I came here with my sister on 3/25/24 so exited to experience this head spa for the first time. We came 10 minutes early but wasn't seen until 10 minutes after our appointment time. The set up looks almost like the Chinese foot massage places. Beds row after row right next to each other. We got the "Pampered" package which cost $110. When my lady started on my hair, first initial thought, "Ooh, I could enjoy this as she's combing my hair with her fingers." Then she put a floral scent on her hands and she started waving around my face. It smelled good. After that, she proceeded to put things on my hair while it was still dry. Wasn't sure what she was putting on. Then she wet my hair with hot water and filled the bowl with some more hot water and used her hand as a cup to pour hot water on my hair back and forth. I couldn't tell if she was even putting product on my hair or not. My package included "hot oil treatment," but I don't even think that was used on me. Then she started cleaning my face and adding product on there and proceeded to use the Jade rollers and red light machine. I would say when she worked on my face, it was no longer than 5 minutes. All the steps during the facial part seemed rushed and not relaxing at all. The shoulder and hand massage is just a light rub back and forth. If you're coming in here thinking you'll get a knot taken out of your shoulder from the massage, think twice. You won't get that here. Very light rubbing here and there and even on the foot. Towards the end of the massage, she hit me hard with a couple of slaps as if she was waking me up. Nothing relaxing about getting hit 10-15 minutes into my service. Lying there, I just felt a little tense and shocked here and there. I was always intrigued with the gold water "U" shape wand that they use on some of the videos I watched. I thought it was part of the scalp therapy massage. They literally turned that on for no longer than 5-7 seconds and left it on one spot. I thought she was gonna move it up and down my head but then she turned it off and that was it! Lol! Geez, with all the tiktok and ads I see with this gold wand being used, this place did not use it like that at all. More like turn on and off! False advertisement I feel! Anyway, she started to wash my hair with soap, scratching my head back and forth pretty roughly, so it was a little hard to feel relaxed. Not sure if the employees were told not to use that much conditioner on their clients but at the end of my hair wash, it was obvious that my lady did not use a lot of conditioner. Another lady had to comb my hair and blow dry because my lady had another client she had to work on. As the lady was combing my hair, she was tugging and pulling so hard because my hair was all tangled and not enough conditioner used! I even heard her telling the other worker "omg, she didn't even put enough conditioner on her ends so it's causing me to brush through her tangles hurting her," while she's shaking her head in disbelief. Kept hearing her say "Troi oi.." Then another lady had to come and help her de-tangle my hair. After the painful hair detanglement, she blew dry my hair. After she was done, I came out looking like a frizzy lions mane! I really wanted to feel relaxed and "pampered," but all I felt was tense, confusion and pain towards the end. This service was not worth $110! I still gave her a generous tip because she still tried her best, but I don't think the service itself was worth it. For $110, I should've been floating out that place feeling fresh and relaxed. I wish I could get a refund or a re do . read more

This is a sister salon to the one in Anaheim I ended up at since the one in Anaheim was all booked up. I got their $70 Aromaie treatment and it was bliss. You get a full facial treatment, an upper body massage & of course the scalp treatment and blow dry. The price was totally worth it. A week later and my hair still feels so bouncy! It's definitely a bit noisy with the blow dryers and everything going so don't expect a really quiet spa experience lol it's more about the treatment. Will definitely come back! read more
