Changing area with some basic toiletries. They also provide a toothpaste and disposable toothbrush. Common area has 4 side rooms (ice, red clay, salt, and forest). There's places to lie down and lounge and tables with chairs. There's also a kiosk to order food and drinks. You'll hear the sound of waves and gentle instrumental music to help you relax. Overall, enjoyed our experience here and will be back! They have a deal where you can purchase 10 spa entree fees for $300 ($35 per entry otherwise). Entry fee is waived if services are purchased (except for scrub only).

Zen cannot control the homeless people you might see. My car was perfectly safe the whole time I was parked. I was not approached by any of them. Hai did ask them to move along. I guess they come by the locations in that area collecting bottles and cans. They were not camped out there but just a few of them getting their cans.
