I've been here so many times. Always satisfied! Nothing complains at all. Clean area! Friendly staffs. They knows exactly what to do to help you feel better. Each time I come back, i always get to have different treatments, always a better one. From shampooing my hair to shoulder massage. Arms, legs massage to facial. All i can say is "amazing". I highly recommend here. I'm sure they will make your money worthy!!!! P.S. They served soft drinks and coffee. They also make sure to dry your hair before yoh leave their place

The technicians were nice. However, it would be better if they provided more head massage rather than scratching the scalp.

Having booked the service, we were allowed to utilize the amenities located in the spa. In order to get to the spa (if you're not staying in the hotel), you had to drive into the front entrance of the hotel. This is located on the side opposite of PCH. The only real option to park is through valet service which the spa takes care of as part of the cost of the service. Our massages were booked for 2pm but we arrived around 11:30am to have lunch and enjoy the amenities. The food was pretty good and the servings were plentiful. We got a chicken Cesar wrap and the charcuterie board. You're able to eat and have the food brought over just like you were ordering room service, it was definitely room service cost and they charged for delivery to the garden. After we finished eating, we lounged in the garden to catch some sun. This is the part where I say that it almost fit the bill... the weather loved tents providing shade had mold on the canvas. Maybe it was just weather warn because it does stay outside all year round? Not sure but I'm thinking that it definitely looked like mold to me. After the sun, we enjoyed the indoor amenities of steam room, sauna and jacuzzi. For me, there a few other patrons enjoying the amenities but my boyfriend said that he pretty much had the men's locker room all to himself. My favorite part about the amenities was the shower. The shower had a rainfall shower, a handheld shower and then several steam shower heads on three of the walls. The products in the shower smelled great and I would definitely use them again. For our massages, we have the couples suite. The room was absolutely gorgeous complete with 2 massage tables, 2 sinks, a gorgeous tub, 2 separate showers this beautiful stone piece on the far wall. Massages were great and relaxing. After the massages, our massage therapists led us out to the garden again to pretty much recover from the service and it was definitely needed. Upon checking it out from our service, we perused the gift shop. There were cute clothing pieces there as well as the products that were utilized as part of some of the services. When paying, they let us know that the gratuity was already covered in the cost so that was nice. Given the cost for each service, I thought it was a generous but also fair tip. Because we finished late afternoon, we decided to walk down to the pier and venture around there. We were able to keep the car there and the hotel bellman allowed us to store our gym bags in the hotel as well, all at no extra cost. If I was looking to splurge again, I would probably come back. What would sweeten the deal is if we were able to use the hotel pool too but they said that it is only allowed during the weekdays when the pool isn't too busy.

They have various spa options from facials to massages. About $300-$400 for selected services. Day spa ticket to use facilities was $100 included hot sauna and jacuzzi, locker rooms, showers etc. Their spa store had a lot of high quality selections too including clothes, scents, candles and jewelry. Next to it was the access to the workout room. Which had various machines and weight equipment.

I've had several different massage therapists, and every single one has been attentive, skilled, and genuinely focused on making sure the session is tailored to what I need. Before each massage, they always ask if there are any areas I'd like them to focus on and what level of pressure I prefer. Whether I'm looking to relieve tight shoulders or just unwind, they've consistently delivered one of the best massages I've had. The space itself is spotless, with an elegant, calming atmosphere that immediately helps you relax. The heated massage tables are such a nice touch, because I'm always cold! If you're looking for a true Thai massage experience, they also incorporate techniques like walking on your back (with your comfort in mind), which provides an amazing deep stretch and pressure. One tip: make an appointment. They're popular for a reason, and they book up quickly. They also accept Zelle, which is a convenient way to pay and avoid card processing fees. It's not easy to find a massage place that's this consistent, clean, and professional. This is one of those businesses that earns repeat customers, and I'll definitely continue coming back.

I especially want to give a shoutout to Paula because she is truly amazing at what she does. She knows exactly how to work out all the knots in my neck and shoulders without causing any pain or bruising, which is so hard to find. You can tell she really understands the body and pays attention to what you need. This has honestly become my favorite once a month treat. I always leave feeling stretched out, reset, and completely relaxed. Highly recommend if you're looking for a place that actually knows what they're doing and makes you feel taken care of.
