I am so frustrated with my experience here. I came in Saturday with one of my girlfriends hoping for a relaxing day and that is NOT what I got. I came in and sprung for the $47 pedicure option. That is NOT cheap for a pedicure, but I was expecting to get a 18 minute massage, which is what I was most looking forward to since I am on my feet a lot. The guy that I had was extremely unprofessional, (I won't say his name because I am not trying to hurt anyones job) Yes, they use a timer, which is great-- But also why I am so upset. My tech turned the timer on and decided to to everything under the sun during my massage time. He got up 5 times during my massage. One time to go in the back room, one time to go walk up to the front, one time to go check his phone. (I took a picture) How is someone supposed to enjoy an 18 minute massage when the tech is constantly interrupting your time and getting up. I feel like every time I would relax, he would get up and go do something else. (While not stopping the timer) This is absolutely ridiculous. If I am paying $50 for a pedicure, I am expecting it to be great. My friend got a no chip manicure (Which is supposed to take longer) and I was even done before her, even with my "18 minute massage." I appreciate that he was in a good mood and wanted to talk a lot during my pedicure, but I was not able to relax, my massage was NOT the 18 minutes that I paid for. Not happy. Definitely visit this salon. Stopped in for a pedicure and was very impressed with my experience. No concerns what so ever. This next part is God's truth-left my wallet with everything and $$$$....Jenny came to my house to return and spoke with neighbors in attempt to return my belongings. I was out of town and never thought I left it at the salon or was told by my neighbor. Seven months later I stop in and my things are returned with everything in tack and Jenny will not even take a reward. I only wish I was not so ashamed of my stupidity I would make this story public. This is a place I want to support. This kind of service, honesty, work ethic and kindness, I am guessing most think doesn't exist. Well go to LT Nails and spend time with Jenny and the staff. The lady did not listen after making three requests of what color I wanted. The shapes of all my nails are different along with the French tip line. They were inconvenient when asked about their discount from their website. Charged almost an extra $20 for nails just because of the French tip and the nails were worse.The most uneven nails I've ever had. They also did not clean up the nails, left crap underneath and glue all over fingers along with polish. So disappointed in them and the quality for the price. Over 100 dollars out the window for the worst set. Workers were disrespectful and majorly lacked common sense. They were not friendly, vibe was weird. Anyone could have seen my nails and easily identify how horrific they looked. don't waste your money here. read more

I've loved this place since my first visit. Before I found LT I had gone to several nail salons in Crystal Lake, Algonquin, and Dundee looking for a place that knew what they were doing and would cater to me as a real customer, not just another dollar. After a few times as a walk in, I found Ivy. She's such a kind person and does my nails beautifully every time. Now I only make appointments with her. She has a busy schedule, and I understand why! The one time I didn't care for how a nail was looking, I asked her to fix it for me and she apologized and it was fixed immediately. The owner also checked to make sure it was fixed to my liking, which was over the top customer service! Great people, awesome interior, and of course my nails are to drool over!! read more

This place does a terrible job on No Chip nails with over the price , and they also have men working on clients who have no clue what they are doing because they have not gone to school to work on nails! The same I got my nails done on Thursday March 7th ; the No chip came off two of my fingers by 8 o'clock that night heading to my party more was off of my fingers by Saturday March 9th. it looked as if I never even got my nails done. I paid almost 100$ dollars to have my toes and nails done just to have it all come off the same day. Horrible place and my guest was asking what happen to my nails I told them about the awful service here. I gave a star because it is doesn't allow ZERO stars. read more

I get my nails done every two weeks and I'm very hesitant to try new places. I was very pleased after the visit to this salon. From the time I walked in I was welcomed by a friendly and smiling staff. The place was very clean and elegant. Jonnie was my nail technician and he was excellent. He made sure I had fun and did a fabulous job with my nails. It was very refreshing to find someone so passionate about their job with 18 years of experience. Don't let the previous review discourage you from trying this place. My experience was completely different. I myself am in the beauty service industry so needless to say I'm pretty darn picky with services so with that being said I've hopped from nail salon to nail salon just because things would start off great then after a few visits it would be terrible and not consistent. My best friend recommend Ivy to me and it was by far the best nail tech I've ever had!! She is so AMAZING takes her time and is so creative with her work. I love that she always has a plan every time I come in!! She is the best !!! I will always recommend her to anyone who compliments my nails which I might add is daily!!! Love love her ! Long wait time, even though I scheduled an appointment and over price, poor quality work . I had an appointment but still wait 15 mins to get in the chair and then wait for another 30 mins until the water freezing to get my nails done . They do not clean up my cuticles, it is very dark in the room so I cannot see my toenails in there when I get home the cuticles with the color on over it , looks terrible l, it looks ike my kid paint my nails . And about finger nails , cuticles cut until I saw blood, painting halfway done. read more

I went to this salon with my friend and I will never go back. I got gel and it was super pricey compared to the place I normally go to. The gel started chipping the second day that I got it and the workers there are not very social. They had to take my gel off from before and they literally scraped it off so roughly and ended up hurting my nails. I would not recommend, thank you read more

This is my second time visiting LT Nail Salon and I absolutely love it! Both times I came in, Jonnie helped me and he is awesome! He's so personable and we talked the entire time and that's what I love to do when I'm getting my nails done. The atmosphere is soothing and tranquil! I have been coming here pretty much since it opened & have had very good experiences. Aimee is very good. My nails are weak so I had been getting no chip manis. She recommended the dip instead & it lasts 3+ weeks. They have so many colors. The salon is very clean & nice. They are opening a second, bigger location soon. Highly dissappointed and dissatisfied! The lady doing my nails appeared to be extremely rude and irritable. I came for a gel fill . After she was done my nails was lumpy, she applied the gel really thick. She cut me with her file and didn't apologize. I certainly could have done a better job myself. Ivy is amazing! Daniel is too! They're nails that they're putting on. Things happen. But when something goes wrong they're super quick to fix and make sure I'm happy. The pedicure area is quiet and relaxing. The facility is clean and up to date. They do what they can to get you in on walk in's but I recommend calling ahead. read more

Seriously love this salon been coming here for about a year now. Excellent customer service and the technicians actually listen to what you want and like. Always helpful with new colors and styles. Found my new place. I found Aimee and she did a fabulous job on my no chip manicure. The salon is very stylish and clean. They have a large selection of no chip colors and regular polish. I highly recommend this salon to anyone. I will definitely be back for a pedicure with Aimee. read more
