For reference, my townhouse is 2 bed / 1 bath, 786 sq ft, and the total cost was $388 including fees. They also send a welcome packet beforehand and everything is manageable through their online portal. Two cleaners plus a trainee arrived on time and spent about 3 hours cleaning. During the walkthrough, everything looked great overall, and one of the cleaners even mentioned they thought I already had a regular cleaning service because the home was already well kept. After they left, I did notice a few missed splatter spots on the kitchen walls above the counters, but overall the service was professional and thorough. I'd probably use them again a couple times a year before holidays or hosting guests. The first regular cleaning was great- house sparkled, smelled lovely, and everything was in its place. But it wasn't great after that. Only the bare minimum (if that...) was being done and I had to ask for things to be cleaned or they wouldn't be touched. The crews just didn't seem motivated any longer so we found that it was time to part ways.
