His availability was good. His personality was great. [The other company took a few days to even call me back about the quote but I had already booked Joshua]. Joshua went above and beyond his call of duty. He communicated efficiently throughout the entire process. The only thing I was not happy about was the fact that I used him for my Dad's property to be listed on the real estate market and I'd have no need to ever hire him again. If it wasn't for that I would definitely hire him on a regular basis!! I highly recommend Joshua. Thank you Joshua for all your hard work!!!

That's my story and how I found Stephan. I've TRIED to do everything on my own including scrubbing all of the grout with baking soda and vinegar, to renting Mr. Rug Doctor to clean pet stained carpet all to save a few bucks. Each adventure took tons of time, caused spousal fights (you know what I'm talking about), and the results just weren't worth it. Stephan has been our flooring savior since, and I'm not joking. We've had him clean our grout and carpeting (both installed and area rugs) multiple times and each time is perfect. And spoiler alert - it will cost you a fraction of what you think it will. So save the $100 you'd spend on the Rug Doctor, save the chiropractic and massage appointments after weeks of scrubbing grout and give him a call. He'll become an annual visit in keeping your flooring beautiful like he has been for us.
