He advised this was his profession and he knew what he was doing. Sure enough, the paint peeled the first time it rained and now he does not take our calls. No priming, very little sanding and a deck he built was nowhere near up to code. Went personally with him to Home Depot in another town to pick out cabinets and counters for a kitchen, but he took no notes and wanted to know all the details all over again later-repeatedly! Look elsewhere.
