I contacted Newbuild through Yelp in February to get a quote for a major bathroom remodel which included combining two existing bathrooms into one large wheelchair accessible bathroom with a roll in shower. Dan and his crew delivered great customer service, very fair pricing and an overall top notch remodel from top to bottom. The job took 6 weeks to complete which was right on schedule with the contract we signed. Dan even made sure the bathroom toilet was use able during most of the remodel because it's the only one in the house that is wheelchair accessible, which was very much appreciated. Dan at New build did a great job helping me make up my mind. I had a very vague idea of what I wanted to do and how I wanted it to look. Dan was able to take my description and find the exact color I was going for and replace all of my fascias making my house look brand new. My roof was also looking a little weathered and I was not looking to spend the money it would cost on a new one so Dan came up with the idea to just replace the caps on the ridges of my roof that made my roof look new again. Termites damaged my patio cover and window frames and the repair will cost me several thousand. I thought, if I am going to spend that much money, I might as well add in some improvements like painting the exterior of the house and see if I can still fit all that work on a tight budget. I went to Yelp for a list of contractors that can do the work for me and only Newbuild gave me an estimate that went below my budget. I was worried at first that I might be getting what I paid for, but Dan, who was the Newbuild rep/project manager who worked with me the entire process seemed honest and trustworthy enough, so I said why not, let's go for it! I was not disappointed. Leo, and the rest of the crew did a great job with the repair and exterior paint. Dan estimated 10-12 days for the entire project and they were done in 11 days.
