We've done so many things that I couldn't attach all the photos as it's reached Yelp's limit.. Our shower valve bursted so we needed a restoration for the kitchen (right down below) and the master bathroom. Overall they renovated our kitchen, master bathroom, second-floor flooring, stairs, and replaced our water regulator and some water boxes. The results exceeded our expectations. I still remember after installing the cabinets, I noticed the pantry and one more cabinet's doors were very slightly not aligned and was planning to tell Martin about it. However before I had the chance it was already fixed. We really appreciate such details. The crew was very professional and kept the space as clean as possible during construction. Our home feels completely transformed, and we couldn't be happier with the final outcome. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for renovation work.

He referred us to Martin and Cova Construction. We were quoted a very fair price and reasonably quick timeframe. Let's begin! Once the project was started we were so impressed with the first bathroom, we asked if we could add a few more projects. We added new flooring(which looks amazing) painted the living room, kitchen and hallway (very nice) also painted the kitchen cabinets an amazing sage green(HGTV inspired) painted the fireplace mantel and distressed it, after all that we replaced our 60+ year old 10' slider door and added shades for privacy. All this in a relatively short time, about 6-7 weeks. Martin and his squad are all super good people and were a pleasure to have around the house. At the end of every workday all construction debris was swept up and clean. I would hire these gents again and again, you should too Thanks Cova!!!

We chose the tan vinyl as it went a lot better with the colors of our home than the white vinyl. I loved that this was a family business and that everyone that we dealt with at the company was very professional. Out of the three quotes that we got Casa Valenzuela gave us the best quote. The fence was completed in just a few hours and the contractors were great. Five out of five stars! When we replace the other side of our fence we will definitely reach back out to Casa Valenzuela. Thank you!

I can honestly say that he was a pleasure to work with, was very honest from start to finish. Always kept me informed of what was going on, he stuck to the contract we had agreed on and completed the project without issue. The quality of his work was also superb. I personally walked through and inspected every door, cabinet door, flooring, paint, etc and everything was done at a high quality. Very pleased with his work and will use him again on future projects. Highly recommend.

Thankfully, Tom talked me through the entire process. The workers showed up bright and early and worked hard through the day. Another of my concerns was worrying about the mess, (I had paint, countertops and tiling redone) But through out the couple weeks, every time they left my house, it was as clean as could be considering the circumstances. I'll have to post pictures when I finish decorating but I will definitely be using them again when I move on to other house projects.

15 years ago I had done a full remodel and built out the upstairs bathroom to include a jetted tub…read more Recently, after using the tub (LOTS of weight), the entire side of the room began popping and creaking. I knew enough about construction and engineering to seek professional input and reached out to Alpha Structural. They were pretty booked out, however when I explained the gravity of the problem (people in a home office below the tub area), Franchesca worked her magic and got me an appointment in 2 days. Damien showed up promptly at the 9 Am start time. We walked around the property while I explained my concern, and noted several other possible issues. Damien was extremely through, asking numerious questions and providing input and advice along the way. He took the time to explain causes for the different issues and was personable, professional and extremely helpful. Luckly for me, my problems traced back to normal settling, a recent solar panel and roofing job and normal aging. It's no wonder why Alpha has so many 5 star reviews- They absolutitly deserve every one of those. I only wish other businesses were as well run, and with such amazing people like Damien and Franchesca.

One issue, however, was that there was differential settling. This is where Alpha Structural comes in. I feel the entire process went well. Ken came out to survey the situation. We had a good conversation and came to consensus on the scope of work; and I feel I received a fair proposal. David Gonzalez (supervisor) was good at communicating once the job started. He provided an accurate timeline for Alpha's part of the rehab project (so that I could schedule subsequent contractors). When demolition revealed new things, I was informed. And he provided a good debrief when work was completed. Matteo and Dennis spent three days on the project. Whenever I visited the worksite, they were busy. I don't think people realize what is involved when re-leveling a house. These two demonstrated a lot of skilled work. I (and my neighbors) also appreciate the company's "clean as you go" process. Regardless of the work happening, the worksite was always neat. Going forward, I feel I have a good (new) baseline understanding of what is happening within my house.
