Customers should not have to leave the store to find a restroom while shopping. Providing clean, accessible restrooms is a basic expectation for any retail business. If the restrooms are constantly unavailable, management should be transparent about why and take the necessary steps to permanently resolve the issue. So to her face, I said if you had really been outside, you would've seen it and you would've seen me waiting in my car.
