This place is very unprofessional, rude .& and money hungry! I came in for a fill in and gel polish for my toes ( mind you no polish was on my toes )! I paid $65 dollars only for me to get home and see my toes were ruined. I never was placed under the dryer because the lady who did my toes told the lady doing my fill in at the pedi chair she could go to her table and finish me so NO DRYER AT ALL. To begin, they have absolutely no manners and please do not say it's their culture. The guy assigned to my pedicure told me to "sit down" then proceeded to place a substance on my toes with aluminum foil. He walked away without explaining what he was doing, and pranced around for 20 min before coming back. I wanted to give them a fair chance so I stayed. The polish on my toes was so thin that I could see the line that separates the edge from the nail body so, I'm guessing they thin the polish out to make it last. Also, the massage chair felt like someone was rolling a brick up and down my back. I told the lady that their customer service is horrible and needs to improve. The wait times are horrendous, not because they're packed, but because they're unorganized and no-one wants to work there consistently. I got a Full Set done on a Friday WITH GEL POLISH... look at my nails TWO DAYS LATER. I went to get them fixed and some half bald, half haired employee named Kevin said he would fix them tomorrow. They were taking walk ins, so coming back the next day didn't make sense. However, I went back the next morning and Kevin took 2 hours to simply drill file off polish and repaint my nails (took 10 mins). And to PAINT OVER the chipped polish on my toes. WITH A DIFFERENT COLOR. WTF?! AND THEY HAD AN ATTITUDE BECAUSE THEY SUCK AT DOING NAILS. LOL! I took my daughter for a manicure, and she wanted black polish. simple manicure no problem right. Nope definitely problem. When we got sat down, she decided she wanted to try the Honey and Milk Manicure. So, she told the lady that is what she wanted. The lady smiled and nodded. She walked away came back with pink polish and did a plain old manicure. So instead of black polish my daughter ended up with pink polish. My daughter only wears black polish. Then I went to another lady to get a fill in. Because I was not happy with another salon that put Gel polish on my nails and charged me like $55. So, I wanted the Gel off, and regular polish put on. She tried to talk me into Gel, but she agreed to use the polish I wanted but when I said I wanted to only do the tip with the color she said no it would not look good. So, I told her fine just do my whole nail. Pricing was not bad daughter manicure was only $18 and my fill in was $35. Service was definitely what I paid for but customer service really is not there. I went into LP Nails on Friday for a manicure with gel polish. The next morning the polish chipped on two nails on my left hand and three nails on my right hand. I went back to request a fix...not a problem....Kevin, informed me that he was the ONLY tech who could fix my nails. I did not care to wait so I requested my a refund. Kevin stated there is no refund and that I will need to wait until he was available to fix my nails (when there were other techs in the salon available). Trying this shop for the 1st time & I think my search for a nail salon is over. The shop is clean, elegant & beautifully decorated. I chose the Spa Pedicure with gel polish. I showed the receptionist a pic of the color I wanted (found on the internet) & she immediately found the exact shade along with the glitter coat. The entire pedicure was excellent & very relaxing. Everything used on me was individually wrapped - this is a plus! The technician was focused on making sure each nail was perfectly shaped. The gels & scrub were brought out on a tray with a pretty flower arrangement which I liked - a very spa-like presentation. Post polish, she applied oil to my nails & feet then I had another minty gel massage, rinse, lotion, massage and hot towels. I was there for a while and my legs & feet were totally relaxed by the time I left. EXCELLENT SERVICE!! read more

Two of my granddaughters (GD) and I went there for services yesterday. GD #1 had a regular mani-pedi $46. GD #2 had the $52 pedi and was going to have a full set of nails, eyebrows and another service. I was going to have the $52 pedi and regular mani $18 but decided against all services after sitting with my feet in increasingly cold water for more than an hour. First and foremost the guy that runs the place is extremely rude and harsh. GD #1 experience: They did a horrible job on her regular mani-pedi. Her nails were jagged, the polish was streaked on her nails and some nails weren't fully polished. There was polish on her actual fingers, toes and cuticles. Their attempts to fix her hands were not successful and they never even tried to fix her feet. GD #2 had a horrific and painful experience: the guy running the place took her old nails off. Instead of soaking her nails to remove the old 7nails, he took a fake nail, slid it under the old nails and popped them off as she's saying ouch, etc! He tore the nail bed off of her nails then started to file them down. At this point she's in a lot of pain and feel its probably not a good idea to put more nails on top of the torn nail beds. My experience. I decided against any service as described above. When we went to pay for the "services", I explained to him that while we were very dissatisfied with the services rendered that I was willing to pay for everything except the $10 he wanted to charge for taking the nails off. Keep in mind that we were paying for services that we DID NOT get (proper mani-pedi, no polish at all for GD #2 pedi) and the fact that he caused physical injury to GD #2. He starts raising his voice repeating "oh you refuse to pay I'ma call the police". I raised my voice and said no I'm not refusing to pay, I'm paying for more than I got. I'm not paying for you injuring my granddaughter. HE CALLED THE POLICE and told them I was refusing to pay and causing a disturbance!!! The Sheriff came and said in Georgia if you receive services that you have to pay. If you leave without paying you can be arrested for theft of services. I explained everything as stated above. My position was I was even willing to pay for services that I did NOT receive but I refused to pay for him causing physical injury to GD #2; and he really should be grateful because he could sued for the injury he caused. After the officer spoke with the owner, he agreed to not charge for the injury he caused. He completely wasted the officers time and ours. He didn't care about the harm he caused GD #2 or the sloppy job they did on GD #1. He provided horrible customer care then tried bully me into paying by calling the police. I would NEVER patronize this establishment again and do not recommend it. I wish there was a zero or negative star option. read more

I walked in at 4:45 BEFORE another customer. I literally wanted a polish change on my toes. I was directed to the pedicure chair at 4:54. No one said anything else to me until 5:30. A lady comes and buffs my old polish and puts me in foils..then she leaves. A guy finally comes to start at 5:45..but the lady who I walked in before screams at them..so they made him leave and work on her instead. I took off the foils and walked out. Trash. Slow. And there are gnats and flies flying around everywhere. I understand a business gets busy..but don't mess up the order because someone is disgruntled. Never again. This shop is a rip off because they charge you the same price to only wash your feet and paint your nails and call it a basic while all the other shops I have been to ( and I have been to a lot over the years) include exfoliation as well in their basic. Lp Nails and Spa charge you more for exfoliation and call it some other name that cost more than basic. And they talk about you like you are not there... they think you don't know what they are saying.... how rude. One star is too good for this shop. The absolute worst experience ever. I've been switched to my third tech. I'm here for a pedicure and the highest priced one I might add. My toes are not tender, burning and real sensitive and I'm still not done. However I'm convinced the owner has her daughter or someone who is not licensed working on customers. I have visited this place many times and am a regular customer. On two separate occasions I have had to ask for a different nail tech. I agree that everyone has a learning curve, but I want what I pay for and want to have an experienced nail tech Do the job. It all starts with the new pnail tech barely touching my feet with no confidence or experience and I can barely feel them touching my feet. It is ridiculous!! And, when you ask for someone else they all stared at me las if I am in the wrong. The person lthat ended up doing my pedicure was none too happy, she was visibly mad that she was elected to finish my already bad experience. if the owner had been there this would NOT have happened. Train your people before having them wait on a regular PAYING customer. This salon is nothing like the previous owner who did have ethical standards when it came to her customers! One of the "managers" did come over to ask me what happened and I told her as a paying customer I pactually wanted to be able feel like I had a decent pedicure. I went here on Saturday 07/24 for a gel manicure, pedicure, and waxing services. The lady who did my pedicure was super sweet, and although she gave me sloppiest polish job I ever received at a salon I didn't complain. The lady who did my manicure was super rough and she cut up the majority of my cuticles, but I still didn't complain. By Tuesday 07/27 one nail was chipped, and by Thursday 07/29 almost EVERY nail was peeling. I went in for re-polish and they wanted to charge me $25. Ridiculous!! Now I'm complaining. read more

mani was ok but the tech tried using a dirty file and buffer. when she was done she put the clippers and cuticle tool in the dirty water I had soaked my hands in. the salon was clean but I won't come back. tools are not sanitized! My wife and I went here today since we're moving to the surrounding area. We did see all the bad reviews BUT decided to give it a try and give them the benefit of the doubt. This was a bad idea, the place has just opened up and there's was only two technicians there; man and a woman.
