I went to loyal nail to have my dip removed to give my nails a rest. I figured it didn't matter where I went because everyone removes color the same way (shave down then cover with cotton and foil). I was surprised to find out they briefly butt your nails then put some cotton in a bag with the solution. You are expected to just soak your hands for 15-20 minutes. The acetone did not do any favors for my skin and ultimately was uncomfortable. The salon itself seemed a little crowded and the chairs were too big to comfortably fit at the station. I'll be going back to my normal salon for removal from now on. read more

I have several crooked nails and she did not do enough dip layers, I could tell she was very lazy. Although the lady that did my pedicure was extremely nice and she took her time. First visit I got a refill and the chrome powder they overcharged and charged me $55. I went yesterday and one technician started working on my nail you could tell she just started, my nails were cricked the powder didn't even reach to my cuticles and the powder was all underneath my nails. She switched with another lady and she started shaping my nails and fixed the errors the previous lady did. After all that the lady charged me $40 for these little things. No design just gel polish and the length wasn't even long. $40. Will never be going back again. My nails are uneven and my thumbs don't match. read more

I spent 2 hours in here just for a gel refill. At first I wanted a simple nude color with marble designs. Keep in mind I already have tips on...I ask what would be the price. He as in Jason tells me 60-75 dollars, for marble designs! How is that possible? I have tips on already. My overall experience wasn't how I expected. There instagram has amazing looking nails, but I guess I didn't get the right one. He rushed me to figure out what I was going to do, because I refuse to pay that price. He rushed me to pick out my color, and when I asked if they had the exact color I was looking for he rudely said "all the color are right there". He was no help. This salon is very close to my house. The pedicures are okay, but every time I get a refill, or full set here, my nails pop off one or two at a time within a week and a half/ two weeks. If I have my nails done here, I have to carry super glue with me. It's a little pricey compared to salons in the area, and is not worth it. Any good salon I have been to, my acrylics can last three weeks. read more

Single handedly the worst nail salon experience of my life. Was never told upon arrival there was a wait or were short on staff. The technician doing my pedicure soaked my feet the entire time my friend got her pedicure, over an hour, until my feet were pruny and way after the water got cold. After she was "done" scrubbing my feet, I had to ask her to go back and remove the obvious remaining dead skin still on my feet. Once I finally got to my manicure, again, my nails soaked for over 20 minutes (in cold water at that!) waiting for a manicurist to become available. When one finally was, I had to expressly ask for her to file my nails!! Otherwise, they would have been rough and uneven, looking worse than when I walked in. I don't know how you could mess up gel nails, but she did... I had to ask her to fix the gel polish she had JUST done because it was already lifting and peeling from the edges it was done so poorly. Wasted $65 and three hours for the WORST mani pedi of my whole life. DO NOT GET YOUR NAILS DONE HERE. Spend your money and time elsewhere. Would give zero stars if I had the option. read more

This is one of the best experiences I have ever had at a nail shop. The wait time was not very long. I was acknowledged immediately as I walked in. The place was clean and the smell of acrylic wasn't overpowering the shop. I'm used to nail salons drilling my nails too much and I did not have to tell Jason not too drill that much. Jason talked to me the entire time! He has amazing interpersonal skills. To top it all off, I loved my nails! I got a full set with gel top coat. The prices were reasonable. read more

I absolutely love this nail salon i actually found them the very last minute the day before my wedding.... because i work in a warehouse and I'm unable to get my nails done like how i used to i decided i wanted to go all out with my nails so i checked if they have a Instagram because i love seeing someone's work before i try them out once i noticed 20% off first time customer and nail art on their page i immediately called and scheduled my appointment i arrived on time and they arrived on time the owner is the one who did my nails which is what i only prefer when i go somewhere new she is very friendly her name is LINH and she made me feel comfortable and relaxed and she made anything possible for my special day i love the area of the shop and also the inside i deff would reccomend for anyone to go their prices are a little up there but i would say it is all worth it my nails lasted like 3 1/2 weeks thank you so much linh p.s HOLLY from Cali i hope your business gets blesssed read more

Pedicures are mediocre and they lie when they are busy. I requested an appointment with a specific person because the guy that does nails is rough and he rushes. When I got there for my appointment they tried to have the guy do my nails and lied and said that I didn't request a specific person when I did. read more

Recently moved to the area, so I've been experimenting with nail salons. Out of the 3 I've visited so far, this was by far the least impressive, not to mention most expensive. Although it's super clean and the employees were really nice, I was not happy with my pedicure. I get pedis regularly, but my feet were more rough when I left here then when I came in. The manicure was good though. Overall, not worth the almost 60 dollars. Still on the hunt for a great nail salon! read more

I have been going to Loyal Nail Spa since they opened a couple of months ago and they do a great job! Beautiful colors to choose from, friendly, clean, and timely. I get compliments on my acrylic set all the time! The price is reasonable as well! read more

I am so frustrated with this place! The pedicures here are horrible. My pedicure lady rushed through my toe nails....this is the second time I've been disappointed with the quality of service. My toenails are smudged on one toe that I told her repeatedly she was painting too thick. My other toe nail is completely broken and it hasn't even been 12 hours. The nail techs are not meticulous and I could have did this myself. The male nail tech coughed the entire time he did my nails and was rude. He kept jerking my hands to pull them closer so he can do them. They do not have a friendly disposition at all and are clearly only here for the money. I stated I wanted a darker color on my nails than the one I picked out and instead of letting me pick the darker color the nail tech picked for me and just started dipping my nails.....I hated it so we had to start all over. The only good thing about this place in Linh and although she is an excellent nail tech it's not enough to keep me coming back due to the overall professionalism of this nail shop. read more

This is an overpriced rip off. They sat me in a chair and sat 2 people behind me and they started before me. Then I was trying to see if they could do my design and shorted it to 2 different nail tech and they said it could be done. One person started my nails and only drilled them done because I guess they could see the look on my face wasn't too good. Then he left me for 35 min to just sit there. When some one finally did come she rushed through my nails and my shapping so much that she made me bleed. I kept telling her I needed to was my hands but she kept working on my hand even with me blessed.. grossest thing ever . So when I finally make it to the third person she tells me I can not get the design I want.. so I just waisted 3 hours for nothing to leave with uneven nails, a cut up hand, and I couldn't even get the rest of my work done I came for. To top it all off this MF charged me $37 dollars for a refill ... the prices they have up are not accurate. They just pull a number out of nowhere. They are lucky I needed to leave.. I know they just come out of nowhere with the price because I paid $45 to get them done with pink powder and silver glitter inside my acrylic on the tips. Tell me how that sounds right.. DDDOOOOOO NOOOOOT GO HERE!!!!! You do better at literally any other shop. read more
