Came Back Better Than New!…read more This is now the second vehicle I've trusted Jose and his team with my 2025 Tesla Model 3 and most recently my 2025 Audi SQ5 and I honestly cannot say enough good things about the experience. My Audi SQ5 had extensive damage, roughly $35,000 worth, and when I first saw the extent of it, the car basically looked totaled. Seeing it after Jose and his team finished the repairs was unbelievable. It came back looking better than when we bought it. The quality of the work, paint, body lines, fitment, and overall attention to detail were exceptional. You would never know this vehicle had gone through that level of damage. The Audi was with Jose for about three months due to the extensive repairs and backordered parts. Normally, having a vehicle gone that long would be frustrating, but Jose made the entire process as stress-free as possible. His communication was honestly some of the best customer service I've ever experienced. Not one time during those three months did I have to reach out and ask for an update. Jose always kept me in the loop. If there was a delay, a backordered part, a hiccup, or simply progress being made, I knew about it.
