Everything he chose they didn't have in the store or in stock so he went with his 4th choice that he could take home that night. He also purchased a king size mattress that he took home, but they didn't have the box spring in stock until Tuesday. NICK said he would deliver it free of charge on Wednesday because he was off on Tuesday. He said he would call me on Wednesday to give me a time when it would be delivered on Wednesday. Fast forward to Wednesday afternoon we called and he said he his guy was loading the truck and his guy would call when he was close. Fast forward to 530 we called back and he said he was busy but he said he would personally deliver it when he got off work at 8. We got a 730 from NICK saying he would have to bump it to Thursday morning. Guess what it's 345 no mattress they refuse to answer their phones Called corporate and filed a complaint. They said they were going to get in touch with him and they can't even get a hold of him. So two days at home waiting for box springs and corporate says they are sending it to emergency resolution department. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!

We came here with what we wanted already in mind. My Dad had been wanting to get a Ring doorbell for some time and just never stopped anywhere to get one. Since we already knew we were going to be in the area we made a plan to come in. Once we were in the store we made our way over to where they were and had a bit of a wait. This is the only downfall here. We had no idea that they were short staffed and were getting a little miffed that we weren't being helped. When we got to the display area for the Rings there were at least two associates there. They were helping someone and once they finished up with that customer we thought they would come back to help us. No dice. We stood around for a bit and I eventually made my way to the front of the store and asked the lady sitting by the door if we could get some help. This is when she informed me that they were short staffed and those associates that were at the display and then disappeared were 'truck staff.' I guess that means they unload product off the truck and bring it to the floor to be stocked. After a few more minutes of waiting we finally had someone to help us. We told them what we wanted. At first we were told they didn't have it. We all know that Best Buy has those nifty price displays that will tell you if and if not they have a product. Going by that we knew that it was in stock. Well there were multiple displays and one showed they didn't have any in stock. They searched the cases moving things around to make sure that they were not hidden behind other product. We were told they may not have it but to hold on a minute. Both associates, yes we wound up with two at that point when we initially had none, had disappeared. We thought that meant we were done for. The one associate had gone to the back and luck was on our side. They had the doorbell, it just hadn't been taken off the truck yet. This associate, I really wish I had gotten his name, had to climb a bit in the truck to find the doorbell and he brought it out to us. That associate deserves some kind of raise or recognition. He was very helpful. He finished the transaction for us and we made our way out the door with the doorbell and not needing to make another stop on our way home.

Today, I visited this location to purchase rocks and other items for our yard where we tore up bushes. A few days prior to this visit, my wife and I were greeted by Terry in the gardening section. He helped us pick out rock and told us how much was in stock. On todays visit, he greeted my friend and I. He helped us load 40 bags of rock, helped us push it to the checkout counter and helped us load it onto our truck. His customer service was above and beyond. Cynthia helped us at checkout. She was friendly and even recommended a product for yellow jackets after I told her of a nest on my property. Both of these employees are exceptional and this location is lucky to have them!
