After calling a plus appliance on a Friday, they dispatched Brandon Monday and it took him 20 minutes. To fix my dryer, he did not need to unstack it. Upon getting home and plugging in and giving it 24 hours. We find out this Refrigerator does not work , ice maker does not work, freezer does not freeze. I called yesterday and was told I would be called back in ten minutes never got a call back. My husband called later that evening and they set up a service appointment for the next day from 4-6. We get a call today and were informed that since we did not have it delivered we would have to bring it back. That was never disclosed to us upon signing our receipt nor was it disclosed to us when we had called the previous day and set up a service appointment!!! When confronted with it not being disclosed to us that we would have to transport it back for the 90 day warranty, we were then accused of damaging it when we transported and installed it! The owner of this company himself loaded the refrigerator and tied it down on our vehicle, it was wrapped in blankets!! I may also add if you have a home warranty this place is subcontracted out to fix a lot of appliance problems, I would make sure these people are not the ones sent to your home!!!!!

What I received was very difficult to assemble, to the point where I was afraid I'd break something. I called The Vacuum Store to see if they carry this brand, and even though they don't, the owner offered to help me figure out how to put it together. He also does annual maintenance on my Oreck vacuums and they run like champs. He's never been anything but patient and kind, and his prices are very reasonable. In fact I decided to get this new shampooer assembled with his help and donate it to Goodwill and buy something from him that I can work with more easily and keep maintained. I rarely write reviews, and I only know the store proprietor because I've been a customer there.
