These butt heads would not sell me a simple $25 part that could fix my outdoor heat pump called a capacitor. It's a very simple extremely easy to install part that anybody with simple mechanical knowledge can put in themselves and save yourself hundreds and hundreds of dollars on a technician service call. These butt heads would not sell the part to me because I don't own my own heating and air-conditioning company I'm just a private citizen. I'm also a licensed electrician so I know about stuff like this. Well screw them because I went to Amazon on my computer and typed in some information off of the old capacitor and bingo up popped a brand new one that I could order with free shipping next day delivery for half the price from Amazon. Amazon delivered it right to my house for $12 and this stupid business would not even sell it to me driving to Everett Washington and giving them twice as much money in person? Pretty soon Amazon's gonna take over everyone's retail business and then they'll be wishing they acted differently and valued customers.
