I will begin with service - 0 would not be a low enough rating. evidently despite the fact I have visited from out of state ( PA) one to three times a year and spending between $200 - $3200 each visit I do not 'look' like their type of customer. I have never been treated as consistently badly. this time ( my last time) - I saw the merchandise had gotten even lower scale than ever. very little to purchase. However, I was purchasing a piece of smaller furniture for a garden display. - long story short after treating me like garbage and making me wait beyond ( a half hour beyond) my turn they finally managed to ring me up. It took an hour 15 minutes to purchase an item at the posted discount. i am a 70 year old woman with a toddler and could carry the item myself. In addition (Once again) - the woman behind the counter failed to pack all the items I paid for!!! which I discovered when 130 miles away - too late to turn back. -adding insult to injury the staff acted like I was a thief or undesirable. This stunned me because far more upscale shops remember me and welcome my presence. I do not believe ladies ever treat an older customer who has purchased from them over the years in the way I have endured. I'm tired of excusing the shoddy behavior, lack of service and routine failure to pack what I purchase. Please, do yourself a favor and stay away from this deteriorating standards of merchandise establishment. I will travel to other areas in the future and so should you. I have been in the business as a decorator and dealer and this place and it's desperate shabby ( in the worst way) merch and shoddy repro heavy merchandising sets a record for unpleasant and unprofessional.

Same lady looked me dead in my face and asked me if I knew it was $145. She did not even wrap it up because she didn't know if I could afford it. I told her I didn't give a shit how much it cost. I was purchasing it. Then told her I will NEVER EVER shop at the store again. If you want a pleasant experience with antique shopping NOT go to Old South antique mall in Dothan, Alabama.

It is 100% illegal. I personally know some of the athletes in the photos he has for sale, definitely not their autographs. Never trust a dealer like this in an antique mall of course, but been in sports and working with athletes 30+ years, I guarantee they're all bad and the seller needs to be held accountable. If you bought from them file a police report, this is a forgery scheme he's running, why they are letting him sell is insane. Did find couple other trading cards, dealer wanted $149.99 for an open set worth about $10 (maybe $20 if sealed), and $14.99 of repacked cards worth about a quarter just to look through for fun, real value is zero as it's junk wax era. Again, rest of the stuff looked typical, everyone in there seemed to have something in their hands that they were buying; but they need to boot whoever is selling the autographs before someone sues the dealer and them.

I will say they are a bit on the higher side in price, but they have many markdowns around the store and their items are quality pieces from the best furniture warehouses in the US. This is not one of those bargain places to buy cute furniture that breaks in a month, this place has sturdy and beautiful pieces. I actually sat down and felt the weight of some of these objects. Since I most likely won't be back in this part of town, they gave me a printout of all the designers and warehouses they order from to get pieces shipped to me, so that was awesome.

Well I would give them a one star but there were some good people that helped me . I ordered a whole houseful of supplies to include lighting plumbing doors and etc and have several screw ups along the way. I was impressed that I had a personal shopper assigned to me for my big purchase but the fellow wrote down several of the wrong item #s when he got the quote then forgot to order some of the items. When the purchase was delivered it was short 9 items and they had sent out 3 wrong items. I ended up having to make several visits to the store to find that my items I were missing had been stocked on the shelf for others to buy my stuff and ended up having to get the assistant manager involved to help resolve the issues. My other gripe is that spent several thousand dollars there over multiple trips to the store and trying to find someone to help me with questions I had was impossible. It seems if they have only a dozen employees in the store to service hundreds of customers. I'll go back there because of the convince and selection of goods they have but I may have to check out Home Depot the next go around and no way ever rely on someone else to take my order. And one other thing was that I had to return to the store to pay for a door they had forgot to ring up and when I called to tell them about it the salesperson said they'd take 25.00 off for the hassle but they ring the door up 2.00 more than what it was advertised in their own sales flyer. Uhhhhh rant over. Lowe's find better and smarter employees to service your customers. read more

Very frustrating today at Lowe's. First we went to the a different Lowe's store that was about 2 miles away. We found the tile we liked on clearance but there wasn't enough in that store. The staff called the other store and they said they had plenty. No one mentioned that Lowe's doesn't honor prices from store to store. What?! What chain doesn't honor their own prices?' Steve, the store manager and Matt the flooring manager, offered no help, no discount or anything to help us. Would be thought Lowe's would've trained their managers better. Being a manager myself, I know full well they have the clearance to adjust items according to their own discretion. Sorry Lowe's. This makes me not want to buy from you ever again. Terrible policy. This rating is co-owned with the other Lowes in Dothan, AL. First and foremost, I think Lowes is a good store and has just about anything you may need for your home and yard. My wife and I purchased a 'below the cabinet microwave' This was on 15 Mar 22. It was to be delivered and installed. It was NOT put on the truck for delivery to the store on 24 Mar with over 100 in stock at their warehouse. So we went to the other Lowes and purchased it there (had to go back to 1st store to cancel the first order). We had bought a two-door stainless freezer/fridge and had a delivery w/o problem about 1 month earlier. The microwave was finely delivered and installed on11 Apr. We will not buy another appliance from Lowes. We will use Bracken. read more
