My husband saw a riding mower and was going to purchase it and the tag which was in the mower said $969 and the Lowes guy who he was going to buy said it would be $869 because they said if I came and got Lowe's card we would to get a discount of $100 . Then when we go to purchase it they said the price was $ 1969 ... 1000 more than the tag said I have a picture to prove it . And when we told them that's not what sign says they go to the back and tell us that they can not honor the price because it's a large purchase item . They made the error and only offered a 20% discount which we were getting with the new card I was approved for which I would not have even did had they not told my husband he would get a discount . We were very disappointed how this was handled . read more

Easy in and out of the store and parking lot with plenty of parking spaces. Needed a plunger and a snake! Was able to pick up both at this location. Remembered there were different kinds of plungers and that was key. Used the Lowes app to search options and locations in the store. Still walked around and checked a bunch of stuff out while here but that is part of the fun. read more

Lovely people at the paint department! Definitely would come back to get more paint. Super fast also.

Picked up some paint and tape for a project we are working on at our house . Can't say enough good things about the paint department at this location. Don is so helpful, courteous and he actually put our finished paint in our cart instead of leaving it on the counter for us to come get . I just found this going beyond his job and appreciated the extra service he gave !! The girl who also works in that department helped us another time with pricing paint and what her professional opinion is on certain products . Overall this location is a great place to go for customer service !! read more

Go there way too often. I've been waiting for a refund and a manager remembered me today and asked about it. She took the time to call distribution for herself and I was shocked at the best customer service here in Bexley Lowes. The employees are kind, Knowledgeable and have great customer service. read more

I come here all the time. Most of my experiences have been positive. The last time I was there in the self-service line, someone abruptly asked me if I had rung up something that was in my child's hand (I clearly scanned it and even showed my receipt to the lady). I understand that theft is a concern, but either do your job and monitor for theft or failing to scan items, or mind your own business. I tried calling the store manager several times to discuss my concerns, but surprise--you can't even get in touch with them and apparently they don't have a manager on-site typically? What a train wreck... read more

BEWARE !!! Show products online and never have the product in stock. I asked for assistance and no help ever arrived. Self checkout registers do not work proper. Lowe's IS THE WORST. read more

Customer Service? Good luck. How does it take 45 minutes to pick up an online order that was ready 10 hours ago? They seriously need to change their name to Blowe's. The last trip caused me to come home and immediately cut up my Blowe's credit card. They will be getting no more of my business. read more

I recent contracted Lowe's to install my vinyl privacy fence and it came out wonderful. From the sales to the installers, I rate them a 10 (10 being the highest). My overall experience was wonderful. I highly recommend buying vinyl vs wood as it requires minimal maintenance. My next project will be the inside landscape. read more

Horrible service, was there for 90 minutes and no one could help me get the item that I needed it down from the shelf. One person tried to help, but it couldn't be reached with a ladder, said they would bring a forklift, and from that point on no one helped again, despite multiple calls going out over the store intercom. Complete waste of my morning. read more

Always good service in the store. I've also had three projects done by Lowes; doors (2), screen doors (2), and a privacy fence. All were good experiences. read more

Sad customer service. Too bad 0 stars isn't an option. Attempted to get a price match. The customer service rep told me they could only match with big businesses, but had no idea who the business was I was asking her to consider. She fell on her manager "said so." Great, I would love to talk to the manager. Call hangs up. OK, I call back 2 times. Calls all were hung up on with no answer, even with my 2nd phone. OK, so I call the pro shop and ask who the mgr is. They say Jenny, great, can I speak with her. Sure, no problem. Phone gets disconnected. Wow, they have lost our business and we just happen consistent shoppers there. We wanted to save $50.00 off of a larger purchase which would have been small potatoes to them. read more

if I could give zero stars I would. They close paint department early every night. They stopped doing exchanges all together. They stop doing returns after a certain hour at night (prior to closing). The management is rude. No one ever seems to be available when help is needed. They never have a checkout line open with an employee working the checkout so everything is self checkout now. read more

Once again, we've been shafted by Lowes. We ordered finely ground Scott's mulch and paid to have it delivered. 100 bags. Delivery went smoothly. That in itself was a shock since last years was ordered, promised a certain date but never delivered. After several attempts to get a response from manager, we were told they were out. After emails to corporate we were finally substituted with a higher grade at our original cost. Back to this year. After opening smallest skid load and spreading it, we opened second skid. Clearly it was last years. Most all bags had molded mulch. A few bags were actually growing mushrooms. No one wants moldy mulch in their flower beds for the front of their house. Especially at the cost of the more expensive mulch. Another let down from Lowe's ! I finally have learned my lesson. East Broad Street Lowes, you are a huge let down! Bye bye Lowes, hello Home Depot! read more

Yelp told me this was the closest Lowe's to my house. It isn't, but it isn't all that far, and I gave it a shot. Pretty typical Lowe's: large, a little pricy, full of stuff you need and things that will give you ideas of stuff you could do. I just needed some tool and nails, and I found them easily. Exactly what I wanted, at a bit more than I wanted to pay, but I was in a hurry so I grabbed them. Decent service, handy location, big lot, good selection. I will keep them in mind. read more

Doing my kitchen remodel through Lowes. Love Eric, he helped me with my cabinet design. But since then.... Feeling like a fish out of water! My experience has not been so great. The other people in the store, not too much of a clue, wasted a bit of my time. Don't tell me that I am coming in for a few minutes and then take over an hour of my time. I was told that my contact person. out of Indiana, would be in touch once a week .... Not so much. I have a cabinet delivery date, so I figured that Lowes would schedule an inspection and an instal date. as to not waste time, not so much. I am not so thrilled so far. I have $27,000.00 riding on this, you would think they would want to keep me happy? I really hope that this turns out better than the bad feeling I am getting. I have had other projects that turned out great, this one is making me nervous!!! What is the issue with them? read more

I had a DeWalt drill purchased for me and not all the components were in the box so I needed to return it to this Lowe's so I called to let them know I needed to return the item, and I spoke to the head cashier. He informed me that I needed to get a picture of the receipt from the person who purchased the drill, and for me to bring the item in. I did so and was told absolutely not by 2 other nasty people when I got in there. I was told this Lowe's does not do exchanges and it definitely does not do returns without the paper receipt in hand. Wait a minute what? You do not do exchanges for the exact same item? What national store doesn't do exchanges??? You can clearly see that the item is yours based on the receipt that I have shown you, and I was told this would be OK by the named individual I stated. I contacted corporate on the spot and corporate told them to allow it, so I waited longer and the person in charge at the time decided she would only allow me to get a merchandise credit card in the name of the person who originally bought the item (which does me absolutely no good!). This is the worst customer service I think I've ever experienced in my life! And this is all after I waited in the store for over an hour. I'm disgusted. This store already has poor reviews and you can see why. I WAS TOLD TO GET A PICTURE OF THE RECEIPT from the person who bought it. That wasn't my idea! I was thinking I should get the mylowes card information. So yea, the scary looking evening shift return lady and the evening shift head cashier girl are TERRIBLE at customer service. And I told them as much. While I'm wondering the store waiting for corporate to call you do I REALLY need to have that return lady stare me down 24/7??? No. It's rude. You are rude. These people think they have power so they are as**oles. read more

Saturday around 6pm - 6:23pm I was stuck trying to get change for my One item purchase. It took over 15 min forManagement to realize I needed my change at Self checkout after the Lowe's associate watching over the self checkout called and then asked several co- workers to tell someone up front that I had been waiting for HELP for very long time. I didn't want to leave the register because it did give me $15 of the $40 that I was owed. I held the three 5 dollar bills so the Security Cameras could see that I needed $25 dollars back...APPARENTLY THE SECURITY CAMERAS AREN'T MONITORED OR DON'T WORK AT SELF CHECKOUT. 10-15 min went by and an associate finally showed up with a key but had NO money to refill that register. I explained too the associate that I had been there for a very long time. She replied back" I just found out you where here" Really? No apology just excuses...I followed her back to the customer service desk carrying the space heater and I waited for the Manager who was chatting with an off duty employee who was just sitting there taking chatting about personal stuff instead of focusing on this customer that needed to be helped. Once he left she finally got to me...I told her I waited so long that I just wanted my money back and I would go elsewhere to get a space heater. I got back from her the excuse that she just got off of break. NEVER DID I HEAR I'M SORRY FOR YOUR INCONVENIENCE. Apparently my time isn't worth the same as their's. The only Lowe's employee who apologized multiple times too me was the Nice Lady watching over the self checkout area. The Manager only apologized after I pointed out that she and the other person who has the key never apologized for making me wait Sooooo long. I counted the money back as the manager gave it to me and it was $25 short. I laid it out on the counter so the cameras could see that the Manager shorted me the original $25 I was still owed. She then went to the self checkout register to get the $25 from the lady with the key. That employee never noticed that I followed her to the customer service area. WOW ... I'm truly invisible at this Lowe's. By the way the store had only a handful of customers which is probably why only 1 open register along with the self checkout was open. Why did the customer/return desk have 5 employees not doing much as I was waiting??? Come on Lowe's... train your employees ...especially management to take responsibility and not give customers excuses for mistakes that should NEVER HAPPEN! I left Lowe's and finished my shopping at Ohio Thrift Store, Target ( got my Space Heater) & Popeye's and had friendly, fast customer service from all of the above. I'm not Mr. Cellophane Man at those stores so why was I invisible at Lowe's? read more

Lowe's in general is tough to deal with, but this location is an exceptional case. Avoid this particular location.... never once did someone actually help me or have the knowledge to help me. The employees here are rude and clueless. Literally had a woman walk me over to tiles and when I asked her if this is all she had in a particular design she said eh I don't know you can look..... then I had someone sell me the wrong paint! I will do whatever I can to avoid this location. read more

I would give zero stars if I could. The sarcasm, negativity, and condescending behavior of the customer service team and appliance team at this specific store is worse than anything I've dealt with. So bad that I created a Yelp account just to leave them a review... I'm still on hold and have spoken with Michelle (customer service) and Harold (Appliances)... both of which clearly hate their jobs. Go to any Lowe's location but this one. It's miserable. Satan placed this location here and handpicked the staff. Also tried to transfer to the managers- Kurt, Darby, and Janie Green. No answer. read more

Eh, department service here is lazy. Walked around aimlessly trying to find the right sized glass or stone for my project. Departments told me to look for the right sized piece. Once I found it, I took it up front to check out, and couldn't buy it. Display only?... Take my money? read more

I totally agree with Christina C's review, and I love that this store never seems to be very busy. I guess I can say that this piece of property on the east side of Columbus would be a good place to build a decent hardware store as there isn't one there now. For a holiday weekend you would think they might try to be prepared for more business. I waited 20 minutes for someone to operate the paint counter. Not even a manager showed up. I have to say that maybe this attitude is why that area of town is so depressed. It is hard to find people willing to work. read more

I tried purchasing a 7pc ratcheting wrench set that I watched an employee put a sale sticker on the item rack with 5 more of the same sets for $15.99. I go to check out after waiting in line for 10 minutes and it rings up double that and Dawn was the person checking us out and had us go back to the rack check the price which said $15.99 and had two more employees verify that. Then we had to wait in line for another 10 minutes just for her to say they can't do anything. Pretty poor experience for having to wait so long for store error. read more

What can I say Lowes is great. I like this location because like the other reviewer said it's never packed. So, you can get in &out and back to what ever project you're doing. Everyone is very friendly and knowledgeable about everything in the store. The prices are pretty good compared to others home improvement stores. I would highly recommend this home improvement store to any friend or family. read more

We bought a washer and dryer from Lowes on E. Broad St. We were very satisfied with the appliances themselves, however our experience with the installation was disappointing to say the least. They were two installers and they were very young and perhaps not well trained. They forgot to put on the clamp at the bottom of the discharge hose for the washer even though they said it was ready to go. They apparently didn't do any kind of check on the operation of the washer. The first time we used the washer and it came to rinse cycle, the discharge hose popped off and flooded the laundry room and the water got into other areas of the house. They also didn't completely tighten the fill hoses at the faucets. Lowes need to better train their installers. read more

Typical big box home store; actually not as good as some. Frequently frustrating. On many occasions, I go to get the things on my list, but leave empty-handed. Either they don't have the things I need at all, or the quality is so bad I won't buy what they have. I can't say it's always bad, but if I can get it anywhere else, I will. If you need a hardware store, save yourself some time and money and go to Zettler just up the street. read more

I would give them zero stars if that were an option. I completely understand that they are super busy, and I most likely would not be on here writing a review should the customer service had been sub par, but it was completely nonexistent. I had placed an online pickup order, days later I call because no email had been sent confirming that my order was complete and ready for pick up. The order had not even been started, and they said they could have it ready with in an hour. Go to pick up my order the day that I had to call, and half of it had been canceled due to being sold out during the days that had passed. They did not say anything about part of my order being cancelled, just handed me a bag. So I had to ask about where the rest of my order was. Also I completely commend Lowe's for providing their employees with masks, however none of the employees were wearing the masks properly over their nose nor their mouth, completely defeating the purpose of even wearing one. read more

Stopped by thinking i could get a 2x4 cut to the length of forty-six inches. After standing watching other customer stew in frustration for twenty minutes because there was only one man attending the entire Lowe's lumber department run in circles while the only register close was being operated by an elderly woman. Finally got to the counter only two learn Lowe's does not cut a single two by fours to length. Went to Home Depot and was in and out. read more

Absolutely the worst home improvement service ever. Used PSI team for a total kitchen design and install. You pay in full up front. Contract completion date of 8/31/17 changed after I signed it to 9/13/17. Problems at every step. Bad design that was never checked caused wrong cabinets to be ordered. Delays with everything. Multiple sub contractors never showed up. Some who did had shoddy workmanship. Delayed and Incompetent delivery and install has damaged walls and floors and appliances. Crappy install on granite ruined two more cabinets. Rude customer service from PSI and no oversight on job site by Lowes. Promises made but never kept. Third oven cabinet delivered today - still wrong. Stay away from Lowes. Will need to file a lawsuit to recoup all the losses. Still no end to job a month and a half after the (fraudulent) end date. read more
