    Delivery service is very poor. First delivery time was Tuesday December 2 between 7:00Am -7:00…read morepm. Then given a delivery time of 7:30 - 11:30 am for December 2, 2025 then given a delivery time for December 3, 2025 anytime during the day. Then finally got tired of waiting made a call and given a delivery time of December 6, 2025 between 7:00am and 7:00 pm. Not one phone called to let me know that appointments had been cancelled. These people are so unprofessional, selling merchandise that they don't have in stock. I would have never purchased from Best Buy if I had known how unethical this company was. Just giving everyone else a heads up.

When you first walk in they are already trying to grab you through the door asking what you need. They don't let you just tell them you want to look around. They start asking looking at what. You try to give a generic answer and they keep asking questions while you walk away. I literally had to just stop answering. Within 30 seconds of stopping to look at something I heard the door person telling a different salesperson what I said and they were over asking me more questions. I had to be semi-rude to get that person to not stay. We gave up on being able to just enjoy looking around and decided to just look at the Oura rings we came in for and were looking at colors for no more than 2 minutes when a third person came over. When we said we were just looking up stock they told us not to and radioed the second person to come back. With no time to really decide and two salespeople looking over our shoulders, we picked a color and one immediately went to go get them while the other just stood there until he saw the next person to hover over. Since we didn't really have a chance to talk over the color before they swarmed, we ended up changing our mind (not to mention it's hard to pick color when they don't actually have the product out, just pictures of them). When they didn't have that in stock, we took that as our out and just left. Now we can go someplace else and talk it over and make a decision before overly aggressive salespeople take all the fun out of actually making a purchase. People don't shop online for price, most places match prices. They shop online to avoid feeling attacked and pressured and not being able to just look around and figure out what they want alone.

    Bought a refrigerator online. Set up delivery for Sunday. No one ever called to set up a time so I…read morewaited all day. At 4:45 the delivery guy shows up. They delivered it in a small pick up truck with just one person and a folding dolly. It's a 250lbs refrigerator. It was supposed to be hooked up and haul the old one away. The delivery guy had no helper and dropped the fridge off the back of his truck. After an hour on the phone with the store and the delivery dispatch, it was decided he would return the damaged fridge to the store. I would pick out another and they would deliver it. Hook up and haul away. Second delivery was supposed to be after 3:30. I received a text that my delivery was on the way at 11:30am. I called the store I called dispatch, I was told I had to be at the house to received it or be charged again and my fridge would be returned. I took off work 4 hours early. The delivery guy showed up at 4:50 promptly got into a fist fight with his helper. The helper took off walking and the delivery driver said he had to go find help and would return. Two hours later he returns. He tried to park his truck for 30 minutes. Complains about the lack of parking on a public residential street, then told me he would have to return because he'd been there too long. He didn't even bother trying to deliver my fridge. He just said dispatch said he was there long enough. American freight says they don't know what to do, and that I can't get a refund until Charles Hickman their district manager approves it. He won't return my calls or texts. I have videos of everything. I will never purchase from them again.

Removing the old top I tore the drywall paper. It was a stupid, careless mistake on my part. I took the attached piece of drywall paper colored to the wall paint I wanted to match to the Paint Department at Home Depot. Enter Anne who was working that evening. She took my sample and perfectly matched a new gallon of paint to my 30 year old walls!! I thought I would need to repaint this entire section but all I did was touch up where I had patched. I have a Home Depot credit card.h I had this card for 15+ years.i went online and saw where they had charged me a $29.00 late fee. I pride my11 on myself in paying everything on time. Some foreign person waswas speaking to me, who was rude and barely speaking English. He tried to over talk me about my bill, which was only $275.00. I had already sent 130. I asked for the late fee to be removed. He said he could not do it. Asked for someone who spoke better English. They were no help, I went on and paid the -balance. Told them I was done with Home Depot, they have no loyalty to their customers, and that i do not need them need them. Will be shredding the card, and if they want, within 6 months, close the card. I will pay cash. DONE WITH HOME DEPOT!!!!
