Not sure a week goes by that we don't have to make a trip to Lowes. Today we needed the yellow top storage bins and the shower nozzle that attaches to the bathtub faucet. They don't carry the Commander brand storage bins here any more, only their Project Source brand with is slightly wider than the Commander brand. Makes for a tighter fit in our overhead storage rails in the garage. Tho the lids to snap way tighter. Staff was super helpful in finding the bathroom faucet attachment. We'd looked several times and even passed by it a couple times, tho it took the friendly staff to point it out. Christmas times are in full force, lots of cool stuff. Nothing from that department in our basket just yet. That day is coming, need lights to line the roof line of the house and they have ample amounts of LED string lights. read more

Lowe's warranty finally gave us credit to buy a new refrigerator. We bought a new one and it is working good. Not pleased that it took so long to get their attention. They were apologetic and gave us enough to replace our refrigerator. read more

Beware. My mother purchased a refrigerator and it was planned for delivery the next day. The associates that were pushing the sell did not tell her that their delivery service was a 3rd party service. When the refrigerator was delivered, the driver. installer, told her that her pipping was incorrect and that if she would call a plumber and get them out to fix it asap, they would come back that day to install. they lied. she paid an additional 350 for a plumber, call the store to ask for the installer to return and the associate was hateful and rude, stating that it was store policy for only one visit a day. I then called the store where i was met with the same rudeness from customer service and told i was lying about what the driver told us. Having had enough, i asked to speak to the store manager, who seemed concerned about our issue, took down my information to contact me, and stated that he would call me back in minutes. i never heard from him. A family member had to go install her refrigerator for her so that all of her food did not ruin, and they drug the old refrigerator onto the front porch. the next day, the driver picked it up. This is how they treated my elderly mother, and i worry they treat all elderly people, or perhaps all general customers this way. stay away. read more

How does this Lowe's stay in business??? Can never find any help and a number of the aisles have carts of merchandise left in the middle of them so can't get through. Luckily I know where to find the Kobalt items I need and can get out quickly because nobody in check out lines because can't find what they need. Today ran across three customers looking for help and frustrated because no employees to help. As was leaving there were 3 employees at front of store and told them there were customers in the back needing help. Two just plain ignored me and the other told me they were working up front right now. I asked if they could call someone to help those people and I got a blank stare. Tan across two more employed on way out and mentioned to them but they were deep in a non work related conversation to be bothered. Went over to Home Depot just across the street and before left saw two of the people who were at Lowe's and both had Home Depot employees helping them. Also I was asked at least 5 times if I needed help while at Home Depot. Wonder how much more money Lowe's lost to Home Depot. read more

Not sure why this Lowe's doesn't get it! We've been in multiple times with no help in sight. No one will come when called, managers won't come talk when requested, workers standing around and won't help load even when asked, the cabinet people called the other day to see when we wanted to get our cabinets measured... they were installed 3 months ago! This store is going down hill fast and worth the lack of customer service won't be open much longer! We will go to Home Depot from now on! read more

Don't get duped by the rebate offers. Buy one get one on premium paint. You have to buy increments of 2 to get ONE gallon. I bought 5 gallons, mailed my rebate certificate and receipts, waited 8 weeks before calling. They said they had no record of my request. I had to send photos of receipts and form to find out the would only reimburse me for 2 gallons. I will get my gift card in 4-6 weeks from NOW. We'll see if I ever get even that. False advertising at its finest!! read more

Saturday, May 27th my husband and I went to Lowe's to buy a New Zero Turn Lawn Mower. I'm a believer that "Teamwork makes the dream work!" Bill, Shauna, Ryan and Heather were absolute examples of this philosophy! Thank you Bill for being there from the time we stepped out of the pickup, thru our Return and Shopping experience, until we were pulling out of the parking lot. Shauna happily handled combining the order and navigating help effortlessly when she needed it. Ryan stepped right up and does what he does with ease. Heather, while helping another customer, stepped right in and helped Shauna finish up the last detail of our transaction. This experience has given me hope that the "Customer Service Experience" is indeed alive! Thanks for everything Ladies and Gentlemen!! read more

Went into the exterior/interior door department. 3 employees sitting at that. Department's help desk. They disappeared. Went up to the pro desk at the entrance. Girl there told us to go to that department's desk for help. I said the one where all the employees just vanished? She said I'll call them back there. Waited 25 minutes. Left and went over to Home Depot where they jumped on helping us and we got what we needed. Same product. Crappy service. read more

I came in to shop for a refrigerator after not receiving any help at Depot , they were shorthanded but Susan ( I believe that was her name ( 1061136 Sales person ID) greeted me and told me she would be with me shortly. She helped with my my selection and even helped me to apply for a card. I am happy that she was patient, friendly and willing to help. Definitely will skip the depot next time and just go to Lowe's! read more

Ordered 7 Diamond brand upper cabinets through them ,and The manufacturer didn't even build them right . 5 grand for crap cabinets hardly worth a grand . One was not delivered for a very stupid reason and another one was ordered too tall . Then I noticed the most important cabinet was not made right . at this point I snapped ! Super Pissed ! It is all the fault of thier crappy manufacturer at this point . Then it becomes thier fault after . I called and explained how unamused I was with the poor quality of the cabinets . I tell them they need to pick them up and refund my money . They schedule the pick up for Friday from 8 am -1Pm . Friday I get a recorded call saying pick up will be from 4 pm to 8 pm . I was Pissed . After 8 pm and no pick up . I am super pissed I wasted my whole day Hostage in my house waiting for these worthless Idiots to pick thier garbage cabinets up . I called them and the Dumbass said to call some number about the pick up . I said No ! You set it up you fix it and said if I have to return them I will charge them for it and hung up . These guys are absolutely worthless and always have been . I now Hate Lowes worse than Home Depot . I am sick of this Crap ! There is no excuse for not doing your Job and selling garbage ! read more

I wish there were stars that went below 1. The worst store ever! Purchased windows for our entire house in May. One was damaged upon delivery. It is now November, and they have yet to install the last window, which has been sitting in their warehouse for over 2 months. Installations have lied to us several times on delivery. My husband and I are done with Lowe's. Next step is BBB. DO NOT EVER BUY BIG ITEMS FROM THIS STORE. YOU WILL HAVE A NIGHTMARE!!!! read more

I bought paint. The guy helping me was very knowledgeable and helpful. He actually helped me pick the perfect shade of paint color. He added air freshener to the paint. My paint colors were perfect! He was also friendly. I had went to Burleson for paint the day before and left due to poor service. read more

went into this store on a sunday afternoon around 7pm needing treated deck boards and treated 2x6s for a deck expansion that we were gonna start on Monday after going through what few deck boards they had in the bin we were still short. The only employee I could find was at the front I ask him if he could call and have the bin refilled,which were just above the bin,he took out his phone and tried to figure out what a treated deck board was,then ask me if I knew the upc or item number I ask him why he couldn't just walk the about 20 ft with me and I would show him which ones we needed,he said could I go take a picture of it and bring it to him! I left everything I had on the cart and went across the street to home depot,bought everything I needed and the bins were all full not just left overs from the day!! was even ask buy a home depot employee if he could help me load it. will never sit foot back in a lowes lumber yard again where it seemed like it was a chore for them to do what they are paid for.
