A bunch of Morons, They seem alive but they're dead from…read morethe neck up. Have you ever placed an order and it WAS delivered but they can't find it Can you come back in 2 days when the person that received the order comes back to work? Well NO, in fact , cancel ALL my orders and put back the contents of my cart as well, I won't be purchasing them either. This store seems unusually more inept than most others. None of them should be still in business. I'm shocked they still are. You can bet I'm not going back. And No , I won't be participating in any efforts to try and improve your service, you should already know how ... I'll bet you guys spend a lot on labor , moving shit around so much, it's no wonder you loose it.

For many many years, I continue to try and give Home Depot a try. I've never been a fan of them…read moresince the staff seems to always be doing stuff and can rarely give a smile or even and "Hi". I've been to several locations in Oklahoma and Texas and they are all the same. Dirty, dank, not bright or inviting at all, everything is always a mess. The landscaping/nursery area is the worst!! It's a nursery slash junk storage. It's like the kids have just stuff all the unwanted or unnecessary stuff in the corner for someone else to mess with. It's not even placed neatly, it's just tossed in the area, no effort to make it even look somewhat presentable. Last visit we went to the nursery, it was no different. Was a complete mess. We went to look for wood to add shelves to the laundry room and pantry and what they had was limited, and what was in stock was water stained! Trying to push bad product, it's sad. To me, it's just an ugly uninviting unwelcoming place that doesn't always keep things in stock.

I have a family of 6, and the washer began to leak from the front. Trying to save money we went…read morestraight to youtube. However, washer still had a leak. After using the Washateria, laundry mat or what have you... I had enough. I went to Thumbtack...described my issue and my model of washer. I came across some that could come tomorrow..but I chose the one who had availability today. The window was given as 4-6, but I recieved a call from the tech letting me know it would be closer to 6. I recieved text message throughout to provide arrival updates. When Wayne arrived he was pleasant and got right to it. The washer was repaired...my discounts were honored...and he walked me through his process. I would reuse the company again and again if i..scratch that...when i need appliance repair. Let it be known that my dishwasher is 2 years old and my first question was - "are you experienced with thermador appliances?" Wayne assured me that he was. I let Wayne know that I needed a new control board for my dishwasher, of course he said he needed to come out and check and couldn't order the part until he verified the problem. My husband called back to schedule the service. He gave us a time slot on a Friday. (From 2-6pm). At 5:45 we called to find out his whereabouts. He said he would be there. At 6pm we called to cancel and he said he was 20 mins away. He finally showed up at 7 pm. Let it be know he never called us to notify us that he would be arriving after his timeslot or running late. We waited 5 hours for this guy. When he arrived, he confirmed exactly what I had told him - that we needed a new control board. After a few minutes of googling on his phone, he said the part was not available, he couldn't help us and then asked how we would be paying the $75 service call. I told Wayne the part was still available through Thermador. He started backtracking and said he could get the part but would need to wait until Monday. After hearing nothing on Monday, I called Tuesday and left a voicemail. No answer, No return call. I called again on Wednesday, again no answer- no return call. I called Thermador myself and ordered the part for $130. Do not waste your time or money with this company - completely unprofessional and a waste of time - not to mention the fact that they are also thieves.
