Their customer service is top notch. The store is clean and organized with a multitude of products for all your animal needs plus some! Their prices are reasonable and can be less expensive than some feed and supply stores. You will not be disappointed at the quality and variety of products they carry. They even offer discounted vaccinations. Russell Feed has parking and store entry for those with disabilities. Do Not Use Them! 1 Star - Would give zero if possible…read more I paid a deposit for a storage building in September and specifically asked the salesperson, Dylan, before paying whether my deposit would be refundable if we ran into issues with permits. I was told it would not be a problem and that the deposit could be refunded if we could not proceed. Shortly after placing the deposit, I began working with the city to obtain the permit. Every time I met one requirement, another requirement was added. After months of back-and-forth with the city, it became clear the project was not going to work right now. I notified Ulrich and requested my refund. Since November, I have been repeatedly told that my refund would be processed, yet month after month nothing has happened. It is now March, and I still have not received the refund. Trying to resolve this, I even offered a compromise and said I would purchase a smaller building instead if they would simply move my existing deposit to that order and give me a fair price. They offered discounts but then refused to apply my original deposit, saying I would have to pay another deposit. Now I'm being told they moved the building from another location and therefore won't refund the money--something that was done without my approval while they already knew I was having permit issues. Over the past several months I have spoken with multiple employees, and each one could see in their system that the refund request had been submitted. Yet the issue still has not been resolved. At this point, I am extremely disappointed with the lack of communication, accountability, and follow-through. I simply want the refund I was told I would receive.

Service was above and beyond what most places would do…read more Needed to match a custom paint color and the original shop was out of business. They mixed several colors until it was spot on. The color was not easy as it had a color flop and had metallic in it. I think they mixed up about 6 or 7 batches before it was spot on. Matt was more than fair on how much he charged me for all the iterations he had to go through. If you need automotive paint, I highly recommend Zimmerman's for your next project.

It was our first experience with Home Zone in Hudson Oaks/Weatherford. We had noticed online that…read morethe exact model of the couch sectional we were looking for was advertised at a greatly reduced price as it was the last one available. The next morning we were there when they opened & salesperson, Andy greeted us. When we explained to him the situation & our desire to purchase the last remaining sectional, he very quickly & without hesitation went into his computer & reserved it for us so that no one else could buy it out from under us. In the meantime I had a chance to walk around the store & noticed what a well-arranged display of furniture they had & how reasonable the prices were. But I was most impressed with their salesperson, Andy, who promptly took care of us & remained calm, pleasant & unflustered through the entire transaction while I admit we were not. We purchased it on a Saturday & it was delivered, as promised, on Tuesday morning. The 2 deliverymen whose names I cannot recall were very pleasant, quick & professional at their jobs. And they were very considerate of my house & other furnishings. They set my couch in the exact spot I had designated & hooked up all the electrical wires & cords which operated the 2 recliners & sound system in a short amount of time. We were completely satisfied with the purchase & delivery of our furniture & will certainly go back in the future to purchase more furniture &/or decor as needed.
