Service was above and beyond what most places would do…read more Needed to match a custom paint color and the original shop was out of business. They mixed several colors until it was spot on. The color was not easy as it had a color flop and had metallic in it. I think they mixed up about 6 or 7 batches before it was spot on. Matt was more than fair on how much he charged me for all the iterations he had to go through. If you need automotive paint, I highly recommend Zimmerman's for your next project.

After using Benjamin Moore paint and others, I have found that nothing compares to Benjamin Moore…read more I was in the process of having our home repainted and went to Frontier Paint for education and help in selection of paint. A wonderful man named Gary assisted me in selecting the paint to request from the painter and spent a considerable amount of time helping me select a color and gave me advice that helped me beyond measure in selecting the correct parameters for depth, sheen and tint. I am confident that his instruction will result in my paint being the exact paint needed for the project. I am so grateful for his guidance.

I went into Kelly Moore needing expert advise about staining my existing deck. Sadly, they sold me…read morethe wrong product and failed to sell me the product I needed. Then, when I ran slightly short of stain, I had to buy another entire gallon, since they don't sell quarts. Someone from Kelly Moore contacted me wishing to know the details of my experience. They listened carefully, and asked what they could do to make it right. Then they refunded most of my money. My deck looks good, the cost of materials was minimal, thanks to the refund. So I believe Kelly Moore behaved professionally, and did all they could to resolve an unfortunate oversight.

I called this store because I was in a rush and needed to confirm they had a specific tire inner…read moretube in stock. The person who answered was cheerful and confirmed they carry tire tubes. So far, so good. When I asked about a particular size, instead of checking inventory or walking over to verify, I was told to go to their website to see if it was in stock. That's where the experience fell apart. If I'm already on the phone with the store, asking about a specific item, why wouldn't someone take two minutes to physically check? Telling a customer to check the website feels like passing the responsibility back to them. To make matters worse, I've relied on their online inventory before, and it showed "in stock" when the item was actually unavailable. So being directed to the website didn't exactly inspire confidence. In the end, I did go online -- just not to their site. I ordered it on Amazon instead. For all the brick-and-mortar stores frustrated about losing business to Amazon, this is exactly why it happens. Customer service and convenience are supposed to be your advantage. If your own staff won't take basic steps to help a customer, you're essentially sending them elsewhere. Disappointing experience
