Really would like to give these guys a good review as they come across like they're going to take care of you but that just is not the case we had 14 windows installed by them and we have had issues with the windows the latest is a front window that we have leaking water coming in on the representative came out and said someone will be out here with a crew within a week.....over 2+ months, still waiting. read more

Great service. Honest company! My dad (90) had a window in his house that would not close properly. I tried and tried to fix it myself to no avail. So I called Lowery's Glass. Jason came out on time and worked for house to fix it! I was impressed with his quiet dedication. He got it closed. And the charge was very reasonable. Kim at the office handled payment and would would not take a tip! She said "just call us next time." Wow what kind and honest people. About 30 minutes after I called Lowery's glass, a service representative named Kyle showed up at my door. He was great. He had some good suggestions and was very knowledgeable about what it would take to put in the new huge picture window that I want. Joe has a great business but lacks good employees. I understand but you have a business to run and making excuses for the employees you have or don't have is just an excuse. We had 10 windows replaced. It took 2 days and the windows were not cleaned when the installation was done. Then in a rain storm they leaked. I called Lowery glass talked to Joe and was told "I don't know when I can get to you, I'm having employee problems" Telling me that after I just had new windows put in and paid what what we paid he should have jumped up and came to fix the problem. I get it when the owner has employee problems but he's the owner and he also installs glass. Quit making excuses and and passing the buck, get over here and fix my leaking windows! read more

Kyle was exceptionally helpful, courteous, and professional. He was hired to install bathroom mirrors, and went out of his way to adjust the light bar and vanity mirror which was improperly placed by prior contractor. He was personable, enthusiastic and relatable, and I very much enjoyed our time chatting. It is clear he takes pride in his profession. Great job with an older sliding patio door in Central Scottsdale. Replaced the glass quickly, and with a hardware upgrade to the rollers, the door is much better than new. Would recommend them anytime, anywhere in the Valley. read more

On time friendly and efficient. Showed up with mask and was very courteous. We haven't had any one outside of family in our home since March and were a little worried as we have an infant and an elderly mother living in our home. They wore there mask and stayed away and were in and out as quick as possible. Over time, I came to appreciate that Joe only hires the most qualified people, and had difficulty finding good people and meeting the demand for his services. Grout had fallen between the two panes of glass a year after initial install. Joe came out and fixed the problem. The issue was actually with tile installer, NOT Lowery's Glass. Instead of passing the buck and having me call tile installers, Joe took care of it. Joe and his team are the BEST. read more
