Once I gave him approval to order the glass it only took a week from the order to Ismael doing the install. I give him extra credit because we have a textured surface in the shower which adds complexity to the sealing process because the texture means variance in the gap between glass and shower surface. It was easy to contact them, and they arrived promptly to do an estimate. Their price was reasonable, and I decided to hire them for the work. They have a quick turnaround, and they would have completed the work in 3-4 days or so. Only in my case was there a problem: the golf ball broke not only the window but also damaged the frame and the window trim. That window trim had a specific design, and the window manufacturer was no longer in business. It took Louis a couple of weeks to search everywhere, but he did not give up, and in the end, he found a replacement. The new window looks just like the original. I could not be more content.
