Within 30 minutes(probably less) Calvin called and asked questions and his demeanor was calm and reassuring. The Chicago Can't Do is not in the vocabulary with Calvin. He came in and hooked up my speakers and 2 subwoofers and calibrated them. He knows what he's doing. He had to go to Walmart and get a wire for one of the amps. He did so with no complaints.
