I had problems with the shades, and they would come out but took their time. They were paid for their service. They replaced the motors, and I paid for that as well, which I understood as they were out of warranty. Sent a text to the owner and told him I was having the same problem with the motors and told him they are still under warranty and sent him a copy of his last imvoice so he could see they were still under warranty. He nor his office never responded. I called the manufacturer, and they could not understand why they did not call and take care of the problem. They helped me and found a great dealer who worked with me to get this resolved. Im my opinion I would not use this company. Seems like they want the sale, but that's about it. This is my opinion. They left me hanging!!!

I contacted four different providers and explained to them that we already had an electric whip in the wall, all we needed was a recessed outlet box installed, the power tied into the outlet and yes, a low profile wall mount for the TV to be hung. One of the four never called, the second called but didn't support our area, the third had to discuss it with this boss and team as it sounded technical and they wanted to schedule a survey to evaluate if they needed to hire an electrician first. The fourth was James from Power On Installs. He was here the next day, found the whip, installed the outlet and hung the TV. Done in 2 hours. HIRE THIS GUY!

Finally getting around to writing up a review for this company. They did an install for me about a…read moreyear ago and I wanted for us to experience it and use it for a while before taking the time to give it any thoughts. We didn't do an extravagant install, but we refurbished our finished basement into a family room theater with two large-screen TVs, surround sound, done theater style, and a heavy duty sound system for listening to our music. The rep (Dan) came out and sized up our basement and listened to my grandiose ideas about wanting three large screens and convinced me that two would make more sense. I have since come to agree with that notion. We worked out a layout of where TVs would sit, speakers would sit, and how the furniture would lay out in the room. I guess where the furniture will be plays a pretty big role in how they engineer the design of the overall system. Long story short, we installed a 65" UHD TV and a 48" UHD TV, along with 8 speakers that included a very powerful woofer and center speaker soundbar. They installed the speakers into the walls and ceilings and hid almost all wiring in the walls and ceiling. They programmed the receiver component so that it had all of the different surround sounds that would work in my basement. After they were done installing the tech stuck around and explained how to use it all and made sure I understood it. Since then, I've had an instance or two where I was confused or unsure how to switch from one surround mode to another, and after texting the owner of the company, quickly received a call to explain how to get the sound I want. Later on, without even knowing it, the owner went on to explain that my fancy receiver even had a Bluetooth connection so that I could just patch my phone music into our surround and blow the roof off of my house with my phone music collection. Since then, we occasionally do exactly that. Our rehabbed basement is now the centerpiece of our home. We absolutely love the job Audio Video Specialists did on our basement and it was for a very affordable price that I was able to pay interest-free over a span of a year. The interest-free financing was easy to get and not complicated. I highly recommend these guys. I used to avoid my basement. It's now my happy place. When we watch a movie downstairs now, we turn off all of the lights and it feels every bit like we're seeing the movie at the Elgin Marcus Theaters. Full surround sound and a huge, clear picture. Well worth the investment.
