Came in on a Sunday night. Only a few other table were there. Waitress/bartender came over, took our drink order, went to the table to us, asked if they needed more drinks then proceeded to make their drinks and bring them to them, but did not make our drinks. She then served two other tables. Which ok, get the people their food hot, we understand that. But then she proceeded to cash out a table, go into the back for a bit, then come out and clear the table she brought the check to while they were still there. Went last week with 3 family members. Menu is extremely limited and consists of pretty standard bar fare (burgers and chicken). I chose the south of the border burger and the others went with chicken tenders. Everything was cooked very well. Nice crust on the burger with juicy center. A little pricey. I have been several times and each time has been amazing! The staff is always friendly and accommodating. The variety of drinks are tasty, especially the Summer Lovin! The addition of the adult slushees was perfect for the summer! They always have new concoctions all of which have been refreshing and delicious in their own way. Got there at 11pm, only bar menu available. No problem, ordered ginger ale. Was told they dont have ginger ale, but would be happy to make one with bitters. Cool. BUT...ordered pretzels, waiter came back (no nacho cheese) NO ginger ale, friends ordered chicken strips, waiter came back (no ranch dressing) NO ginger ale. Waiter came back asked if we wanted a salad, yes. Waiter came back, still NO ginger ale. Salad came out, no flavor, and....you guessed it, drumroll please.....NO ginger ale! We tried but were greatly disappointed. There was no host so we searched for a server. We asked if we could sit outside and he abruptly answered, "yeah, go find a spot." Strike 1. We went outside, found a spot and sat down. After 10 minutes we still hadn't seen a server so we agreed to give hem 2 more minutes. Strike 2. The someone lit up a cigarette next to us, gross! Was super excited for this place to open, and finally they are! What an amazing job they did with the remodel. Exactly what this area needs, a modern cool place to eat and drink. Pleasantly surprised they decided to open at noon on the weekends since rumor had it they weren't. Had the charcuterie board on our initial visit and it was fantastic! Had a really nice time here yesterday! Super happy that Gresham has a nice bar. We ordered chicken and tots and pretzels, all was good. Food came out fast. The bartenders/servers were super attentive even though it was a little busy. They have a nice outdoor area, inside is pretty trendy (has great natural lighting) and there is a good selection of beers. They have a crazy Bloody Mary I'd like to try one day. So proud of homely little Gresham. If you're on the fence about trying somewhere new you should definitely give it a shot. read more

In addition, the menu includes a different take on sandwiches (Fancy-Pants Grilled Cheese, B.L.A.T., both on sourdough). The food was tasty and service was solid. Never knew this existed before a couple weeks ago! The atmosphere is cool and eclectic and their menu has some really fantastic choices! I would recommend their charcuterie board! Sat down at the bar and placed our order for two drinks , later while another couple came up ordered and got their drinks right away. Well, we had two very different experiences so I will tell you about both. Last weekend on Sunday we decided to give this place a try after wandering the veggie market. It was extremely busy from the art festival and we were looking around for a table. The bartender small brunette saw us smiled and said hi. We looked and decided to sit at the bar. I immediately noticed how slammed she was and knew it could be a wait. She came over right away offered drinks and was welcoming and attentive. Our food came out in a timely manner and was DELICIOUS. We had smoked deviled eggs and a dip. The service and experience was top notch. Now for today....we were down in Portland but drove back to visit again after the great time we had. We walked in and there were three tables in the whole place. It was quiet slow Sunday. We looked around the male younger bartender just looked at us annoyed until we said can we sit outside? ...ya.... Is what we got. I asked should we order before we go out? He replies no I'll come out... we go outside and sit and wait and wait..... he finally walks out drops menus doesn't ask if we want a drink doesn't seem like he even wants us there and walks away. We then wait and wait.... He finally comes back out asks the table next to us if they want a drink and then walks away again..... we sit and wait... and then we just stood up left and drove home. If a server can't even act like they remotely want your business it's not worth it for me. It's not hard to just be nice. He was NOT busy just bad at his job. It's too bad because last week was great. It's just sad to say that this place is now on the hit or miss list. We were hoping it wasn't a fluke that it was awesome. read more

I've lived in Gresham for years and watched this specific location turnover many times. My wife and I went there based on the 4/5 review. Sat at the bar, my wife ordered a glass of wine and I water. We asked for food menus and that was the last of our service. 7 minutes later, a different bartender informed us that she promised the seats we were sitting in at the bar to someone else. So we were awkwardly asked to move while other patrons (who asked the bartender to move us) waited. Another 10 minutes without anyone asking us if we needed anything and we proactively flagged down someone who wasn't our sever to cash out our glass of wine so we could leave (still hungry). Staff seemed relatively nice and all but lacked any structure, system or knowledge of how to maintain decent service. Best guess is the place was 60% full at most. Sorry for the bad review guys but we won't be visiting your establishment again. read more
