Yummy veg dumplings ! Filled with tofu, bok choy greens and other veggie goodness! Must try with spicy sauce.

Went to a different location of loving hut this time (at Hamilton st) and ordered appetizer platter and curry noodles. First off, I was surprised to see that place was not as big and the food was cheaper as compared to the Chandler st branch. (Just got to know that the owner of this branch is different than the other one, so they do have a different menu and prices) Platter- The appetizer platter is around $7. It comes with fresh roll, teriyaki stick, rangoons(my favorite) and other stuff, but I felt like portion of platter is bigger at the Chandler at location(ofcorse the price is a little higher). It comes with 2 sauces. Downside: they will charge you extra for extra peanut sauce Curry noodles- I really liked the noodles! They have a mild curry flavor, some soy protein and lots of veggies(crunchy cabbage). I was expecting curry noodles to be soupy and little bit like spicy bun bo hue(my other fav thing at loving hut) but it did not have curry. However, liked it because it is very different than the traditional stir fried noodles. Very flavorful! Staff: Very polite and welcoming!

Empty table. Because where's the food at ?

No idea how the food is yet, but I have been sitting here OVER AN HOUR waiting for it. My kids are crying. It's extremely hot, pretty sure the AC is broken. I was told it would take about 20 minutes... This is pretty terrible service. Look I love small veg places, I even love when they're not perfect. This took entirely too long.

I checked online before going and it said it was opened on Saturday. One spot said it opened at 11am and another spot said 11:30am. My son introduced me to this place and I decided to bring a friend. Well, I got their and they were NOT opened. The door was locked. I tried calling before going and got no answer, but figured they may be busy, but that wasn't the case. This is VERY bad business. If you're not gonna be opened or if you need to change your hours, OR had an emergency, this info should be reflected either on the door of the business or on your voicemail. The voicemail is not even set up so the customers have no option, but to wait or go elsewhere. We waited about 15 minutes and left. Thankfully, we didn't come from out of town, but I did drive to a different side of town to get my lunch guest and we were HIGHLY disappointed. Their would have been 5 meals bought, but no such luck. I went to a different business and good thing I did. I came back by at 3:14pm and the restaurant was STILL closed. I'm VERY disappointed and it made me look bad in front of someone I was bringing to try out the food. This is the second time, I've been disappointed. The first time I didn't leave a review. This time I had to because a customer shouldn't have to guess when your business will open. I even tried looking on FB and it said the business was open, but it wasn't. Then again, it's 3:55am Sunday morning and I'm writing this review and it says it's opened. Oh well!!!

E17 stir fried veggies with special sauce. Brown rice is an up charge but it's yummy! Only wish the serving sizes were larger...

One of my favorite places to eat (vegetarian and otherwise) in the area. We've been several times to this location and the other one for their buffet. This time around, on a cold rainy day, I ordered a summer roll and the spicy bun-hue. I cannot say enough good things about that noodle soup. Perfect spice (thanks to homemade chili sauce) the fried tofu and brown soy bits are perfectly cooked and the broth rivals some of the best beef pho I've had. Man that soup is good... My boyfriend got the veggie burger which was yummy and served with perfectly crisp shoe string fries. The burger was dressed with tomato, pickles, catsup and mustard.

When making curry at home, I've tailored my recipe to mimic theirs because it's truly the gold standard. Having tried every single type of curry, the pad Thai, the fried rice, the edamame and most of the other apps as well I can say with confidence that this place never misses. And they are very quick and very friendly with great customer service. I highly recommend coming here before catching a show; the restaurant space itself is very inviting! They were constantly refilling our waters and checking in without being overbearing. The Pad Thai and pineapple chicken fried rice were incredible, and the crab Rangoon were so crispy without being greasy. The filling was also really flavorful. I wish I lived closer because I know I will be craving this again soon lol. Honestly, I have zero complaints. Three of us split one order of each of those dishes, and we still couldn't finish everything. The portions are huge, especially for the price. We paid around $50 total, which felt very reasonable for the area. Definitely a great find!

Rating: 4.5 Came to…read morestopped by this local family owned Ethiopian restaurant for lunch on the way to Vermont. Street parking available around the area. It's a small restaurant with just few seatings and a counter. Inside was pretty empty. Looked authentic as everyone in there were African people and seemed to be speaking African language. We sat down and looked at the menu. Menu is small but offer authentic Ethiopian dishes. I ended up getting some samosas to start, spicy lentil, mixed veggie and beef. Had chai tea. Chai tea was nice and hot, chai flavor with subtle sweetness and creaminess. The samosas were fresh, steaming, crispy, and hot on the inside. Came with a dipping sauce the has bit of acidity. All the types were good but beef was my favorite. We got Ethiopian platter with meat. It came with large anjero which is a spongy fermented flat bread which feels and look like a pancake. It came with 5 different dishes on top which consisted of lentil mix, beef and vegetables, cauliflower and eggplant, chicken and veggie, and collard greens and vegetables. You scoop up the dish with anjero and eat them together. I've never had this kind of dish but it was very interesting and tasty. It had lots of vegetables and was large portion so even sharing with another person, I feel like i got really full and got my vegetables for the day. Everything was spiced and flavored well and reminded of authentic home cooking. Even though that taste of the food wasn't mind blowing it was hearty, soulful and healthy food that leave you feel satisfied. The service was excellent. The server which i think is the owner was very nice and helpful. Being relatively new to Ethiopian cuisine he was able help us navigate what to expect and order and answer any questions. He was very friendly and almost felt like a fatherly figure. Overall this place is definitely a hidden gem. If you want to try authentic Ethiopian soul food. I highly recommend visiting. Food and service were excellent. I enjoyed the experience and i was glad that i was able to try new type of food i've never tried before. The man working there was friendly and welcoming and we got an Ethiopian anjero platter with three vegetable stews, beef, and chicken. Everything was delicious and tasted healthy and fresh. I think I preferred both meat stews and the mixed vegetable stew over the lentils and eggplant stews, but everything was great. I'm going to have to clarify this next time maybe, but the stews came atop a large anjero that tasted a bit more sour than the smaller ones that came on the side. We remember the bread from the other Ethiopian place we've tried in the past to be more sour than both of the ones we had here. I looked it up and it seems there's a difference between the Ethiopian anjero (larger and more fermented/sour) and the Somali one. I like both, but it was just interesting to learn.
