Specifically, the slice of tiramisu for the birthday boy wasn't available so in a haste, I ordered the full tiramisu in the display case. The tres leches I ordered wasn't in stock and was replaced by vanilla rolls. I read so many positive reviews, I assumed any cake should be good. Sadly, the vanilla roll was inedible. The cake part was dense and dry. It seemed like the type of cake they'd use for tres leches but of course, without the milk which made it taste really bad. The red velvet was equally dry and wasn't made with cream cheese frosting. It was bland and actually tasted like cheap ingredients. The worst part was the $30 tiramisu for birthday boy. It had the same dense and dry sponge cake and was nothing like traditional tiramisu. I was really embarrassed and we couldn't finish it. I don't write these reviews lightly but I was extremely disappointed, will not return, and will not recommend.

There are two sides to the drive-thru so it makes no difference which way you enter. I came here while in the area and needed an iced coffee on a hot day. I had second thoughts about coming here while waiting in line. There were only two cars in front of me yet it took me 13 minutes to get to the window. You both order and pay at the window but a menu is conveniently located when you are in the position as the next car to order. I ordered a blended peanut butter mocha coffee. It took less than 3 minutes to have it in hand. Peanut butter. Chocolate. Coffee. All three flavors were there although the peanut butter was more prevalent. With whipped cream on top it was more like a shake than coffee. I quite enjoyed it. While the wait time is a gamble as you may get stuck behind the person ordering for half the neighborhood, I'm willing to take the gamble next time I'm in the area because what they make is delicious.

The drinks were really tasty and made fresh. I got the Brown Sugar Milk Tea and my husband got the Mango Green Tea. We also got their popcorn chicken and it was quite tasty but the portion size was on the smaller size. So we ordered extra Mozarella Sticks and Mini Puffs (which we got custard filling) and both were also delicious and paired perfectly with the drinks. The boba had a nice chewy texture, and the sweetness levels were well balanced. They currently have a double matcha drink for a limited time which I will try next time I visit here. The service was friendly and fast, and the staff were patient when answering questions about the menu and recommendations. Overall, Krak Boba is a great spot in Corona for flavorful drinks, tasty snacks, good service, and convenient parking. Just a bit pricey and less portion size so not as easy to share.

Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing experience. There was only one person working, which I…read moreunderstand can be challenging, but the service and quality were unacceptable. I ordered a latte with 2% milk and was told they only had whole milk, which I agreed to. When I checked my receipt, I noticed I was charged $1 for oat milk, which I never requested. When I brought this up, the barista insisted on refunding me from the tip jar, which I declined. After waiting over 20 minutes for my coffee, it arrived labeled "oat milk." I asked if oat milk was used, and she confirmed that it was. She then remade the drink, which took less than 2 minutes--making the original 20-minute wait even more frustrating. Even the remade drink was terrible: no foam, no espresso flavor, and it honestly tasted like plain brewed coffee rather than a latte. Between the incorrect charge, excessive wait time, and extremely poor drink quality, the entire experience was frustrating and unprofessional. I've since heard that this shop may be closing, and based on my experience, that's probably for the best. I won't be returning and wouldn't recommend it to others.
