I ordered online via the crumbl app and arrived before my selected pick up time but was able to get my mini 3 pack shortly after clicking the "I'm here" button. I definitely suggest using the app to order, even if you're already at Crumbl, because it seems like those orders are fulfilled more quickly. I highly recommend the minis, especially if you think their regular sized cookies are too sweet for you. I had a really disappointing experience at the Crumbl Cookies location. I placed an online order the day before for a morning pickup, arrived a little later than my scheduled time, and my order still wasn't ready. I ended up waiting while they finished it, which was frustrating--but what made it worse was the complete lack of customer service. There was no greeting when I walked in, no eye contact, no smile, and no acknowledgment that my order was delayed. Not even a simple apology. When I finally received my order, it was incorrect, so I had to wait even longer while they fixed it. The two employees working that Thursday morning showed absolutely no sense of urgency or care. It honestly felt like they didn't even try. I've been to other Crumbl Cookies locations and have always had great experiences, which is why this was so disappointing--especially for a brand-new store. Unfortunately, this visit left a really bad impression. I hope management addresses the customer service at this location, because right now it does not reflect the brand at all. read more

Super clean location! I ordered using the self-serve kiosk, and was in and out in less than 5 minutes. The staff was efficient, and were explaining the flavors to other customers. I got the Mallow Sandwich cookie ($5) and it was huge! The cookie sandwich was 2 Oreo flavored cookies with marshmallow frosting in-between. Definitely worth the price, since I got several servings out of it. The shopping center it's located in is a bit empty, but I saw an Everbowl just opened, so maybe more businesses will open nearby! Heard about these from a family member and the whole concept sounded fun and interesting, so after we went to a similarly named cookie store by accident, we finally found our way here. I'll just get right to it! The store itself was underwhelming, as it just has a small space for people to line up and some lonely, smudged touchscreens to order on. Luckily someone came out and we were able to order directly from a human! Said human was polite and generally helpful, though we had to spend an oddly long time listening to all the conditions we'd have to agree to if we were looking to have them cater an event (which we were not). Once that was done, it was onto the ordering! They let you choose any combo of cookies, and we got 6. Apparently there were no mystery cookies that week, but we really enjoyed what we got. I mean, we really enjoyed it. This is looking to be the next Krispy Kreme, people! The cookies are simply amazing and absolutely worth the trip. Highly recommend! read more

I had high hopes. But sadly, this bakery did not deliver. First off, the cookies are $4 a pop. That's expensive for a cookie. And the cookies are pretty mediocre. They look pretty and cute. I will give them that. They look appealing. But don't deliver on the taste. Sure, they are baked really well- the inside is still moist and the outside is cooked all the way through. But the flavor. The basic sugar cookie lacks flavor. And that seems to be the same base used for all of the cookies. The basic sugar cookie lacked depth and that sweet, sugary taste. I was disappointed. The cookie with the cream cheese frosting was decent. I liked the frosting, but again the cookie itself was bland. The chocolate cookie was alright. The peanut butter flavor was nice. The lemon cookie had a very strong lemon flavor and just reminded me of a lemon filled donut. Overall, the cookies are just alright. We sampled all of them together and the cream cheese and lemon were the only one's worth eating. The others were just not good. read more

Will not be back. I went yesterday evening because the online menu said "Baking...Ready in 80-90 minutes." When I got to the store they said they were out for the night. Then they said they needed to order more cake pans. Okay...so I returned today and I ordered 4 cinnamon roll cheesecakes and the cookies did not look like the display sample. They drizzle was literally non-existent. I asked the person helping me to please make it right and he refused saying he would refund my order. So you would rather waste 4 cookies than just fix the drizzle to make it like the picture. There were a birthday gift for a friend and I was literally standing there for 15 minutes while the person contacted the manager to see if fixing the cookies was appropriate. He claims he was scolded by the manager for giving someone extra blueberry topping on another cookie. Well I wasn't asking for extra, I just wanted my product to look like the display which it didn't. There was another lady who came in after m4 and he asked her "How does this look?" ? (in reference to her cookie). He seemed super nice to her but unwavering for me. Wonder why? Hmmmmmm... oh well I won't be back here. I'd rather go somewhere that values my business.
