We had our roof replaced by Loveland and they were great throughout the entire job. They kept communicating with us and providing status of job completion. In addition they also assisted us in selecting the roof shingles by providing us feedback. The job was completed in a timely at an affordable price. read more

My experience with this company wasn't good. They fell to communicate with me when they would to the work. When I reached out to them after the date we agreed on about the when they were going to make the repair. No response, however the following week I received a notice of invoice for repair. No one notified me they were working on my roof. I was able to see the section that was repaired. A major concern was, the solar panels on my home. The area that needed repairs was encompassed by solar panels. Which the agreement was to remove a section to access the tile for repair. That never happen, coincidently one of my solar panels is damaged. Which I can;t say they did it but the didn't remove a panel to access the area. I do not recommend this comapny read more

Loveland Roofing did exceptional work. The quote was exactly what they said it would be and they finished the work in a timely manner. I recommend this company for anyone needing roofing repairs. Kimo showed up on time and did a great job. read more

Lovelland roofing Inspected my roof to make sure everything was in order. Prior to me, putting the house on the market. A couple gutters need to be cleaned. But even then, they're not bad. There are 1 or 2 crack tiles. Tyler did the inspection, and he was very polite and professional. As soon as these small areas are squared away, the buyer of my house will be totally pleased to know. The roof is in good shape. And I am happy with the company for being very reasonably priced and all their staff were very polite and fun to talk with. read more

Loveland Roofing provides exceptional customer service and work. They were thorough with initial inspection and explaining the issues and work required to fix our roof. They completed the repairs by their deadline and provided a detailed report with before & after photos. Working with Eric and Sean was a good experience. From beginning to end, this company has been perfection. Sometimes you just know immediately when you get professionalism and competency that this company is gonna be good. First time really working with a roofing company and from their inspection policy to the timeliness of the appointment arrival and the overall knowledge, experience, professionalism and respect everyone showed from start to finish, makes me feel like I hit a home run. This company is in my contacts from now on in case I need roof services. You really can't go wrong with Loveland. read more

Absolutely a wonderful company to deal with. The roof inspector Jonathon , the repairman Junior and the receptionist were so helpful. They listened to our issue, came up with a plan and quickly fixed the issue. I called an other company's out for an estimate. I found others pushy, offering discounts if I "signed" that day The other company's were also much more expensive. So happy with our choice! Go with Loveland Roofing if you want a great experience read more

Excellent Sevice very courteous and professional. Job done in a timely manner and done well. Would definitely recommend this company.

We had a great experience with Loveland roofing. Parts of our roof were torn by the winds last year and our insurance won't renew until it's fixed. I called them and sent someone right away for an estimate. Booking took a little bit longer but they got the job done. I'm extremely satisfied with the work and their pricing. They also offered financing which really helped a lot to ease the stress of expenses. I would highly recommend Loveland. read more

I would like to say they were good, but in the few months that followed, we contacted them reqarding some of the work that was below par. We got no response. So my husband replaced 2 2x6 support boards and siding that both had dry rot. Then some months passed and we were installing permanent Christmas lights and found area that is hard to see but didn't nail the siding back, so again try to make contact. With about 4 to 5 calls and one no show , we finally got them to come take care of it. Project manager said for all we went through and the work my husband had to complete they would give us a gift card to a restaurant or our choice. Once again no response back from Project Manager, Ezequiel, very poor customer communication. And came highly recommended. I have to say I hope they stand by there warranty, I would not recommend them! read more

I sent a reply to the quote they sent and was quite shocked at your price. First, I was told I would get 10% off since they had to reschedule me due to an emergency and that discount was not in the quote. Second, they were $13,000 more than our highest bid from our other 4 bids from reputable companies. Third, I've gotten some bad feedback from residents in our community and how bad of a job they did. And, last, they offer me $50 off when others are offering $500. I'm insulted by them. They will not get the job. They should be ashamed for price gouging and insulting. read more

If you are a Home Seller DO NOT LET THESE PEOPLE ON YOUR PROPERTY FOR A "ROOF INSPECTION" or you are going to pay a steep price. This is the definition of the Fox watching the Hen house because of course for a ridiculous price they will perform the repairs. One of two thigs will happen to you with 100% guarantee. #1) You will get an inspection report stating that your roof is in desperate need of repairs or it will leak most likely this winter. (this scares the hell out of buyers) The most common and costly finding is the "Need to clean all valley gutters" scam that these types of profit centers write. This is going to cost you serious money to repair and once an inspection report is issued on a property it becomes legally attached to the property sale moving forward and must be dealt with. #2) The buyer either uses these inflated costs of repairs to demand money back from you or in some cases they are terrified enough with their findings they will completely back out of you sale offer all together. Losing a strong buyer with a good initial offer in the middle escrow has so many costs associated with it. Besides starting over in the process you only have one opportunity to list your house and that initial opening is where money is made. You will never have that opportunity once it is lost. A costly loss. I recommend finding a local roofing company who for a few hundred dollars will simply come out and inspect the roof without pricing the repairs read more

We would refer Loveland Roofing to anyone who asks us if we know a professional and reputable roofing company! The inspections and estimates done by Eric H. were detailed, comprehensive and reliable. We have used Loveland Roofing multiple times on two different properties over the past few years. This latest repair they performed on our home was extensive. The technician Kimo did a fantastic job. He was courteous, conscientious, efficient, and professional. Kimo is an outstanding representative for Loveland Roofing. We are again very pleased and satisfied with the roofing work performed by Loveland Roofing Company. Definitely a 5 Star experience. read more

Terrible company, with the slowdown in the housing market, this company is producing borderline fraudulent quotes and inspections to get business, shameful. I do not recommend them, only person to speak with is a receptionist, they won't let you speak to any of their contractors or estimators, stay far clear from them read more

EDITED AGAIN: Problem was fixed (I guess to be tested in the next rain) AND he readdressed many small spots we pointed out this needed sealing. Upgraded to 4 stars based on that extra time. EDITED 1/9/24: One of the leaks in the gutter is dripping again, less than a week after the repairs were done. Assuming that having a licensed professional with guaranteed work was "worth" this price, I assume it will be fixed. Excellent! For now, I'm changing from 3 stars to 1 star. If it gets fixed and stays fixed, I'll edit it back to 3 stars. ORIGINAL REVIEW Positives: He was on time, cleaned up really well. Negatives: Overpriced for what was needed. This was perhaps our fault a bit, for not realizeing how simple the repairs would be, but seeing the "before" and "after" photos, we could have done that ourselves. I think the description of services advised in the inspection was made to sound more imposing than it really was, and the scope of the real work done was......far simpler. Live and Learn. read more

Just had Loveland install a new roof and gutters on our home and we are very pleased with everyone that we worked with, from the initial inspector, (Noah) crew leader and job coordinator, Ezequiel. They showed up on time, answered my questions, worked a solid 4 days and cleaned up daily. Handled the permit and provided copies of all the paperwork and just did a very professional job. They didn't ask me to write this review like so many companies will do (and I understand that), but I feel they deserved it and so I am taking the time to do so. I would recommend them, they clearly know what they are doing, are reasonably priced and professional. Thanks Loveland. read more

I got my roof repaired in Feb 2023 for a leak in the garage and everytime it rained I had to call them back to fix the same leak. We recently had a storm this summer and it was leaking again so they came out right away to check it out and they came out back a few days later and fixed it. Before Tovyn left he ran then water hose right over where it had been leaking and we didn't see even one drop of water. They never tried to bill be even after it had been over a year since the first repair. I have been with this company since I moved here 8 years ago. They do stand behind their work. read more

My house in Auburn needed roof work. Unlike the several other roofing companies I dealt with for this job, Loveland Roofing was (a) very punctual for their appointment, (b) gave me an estimate very quickly after the inspection, (c) the estimator (Tovyn) was very knowledgeable, extremely responsive, and very honest, (d) their recommendations were accurate and did not take me for a ride, (e) their price was competitive, (f) the phone and text communications with the office, the estimator, and scheduler were effective, (g) they use electronic communication effectively and professionally (for example for the estimates, schedules, and invoicing), (h) the repair was done on time and as promised without additional surprise costs or delays, and (i) the work was done perfectly and meticulously. I am very delighted. read more

Polite over the phone, but failed to show up for the appointment. A no show without a phone call is not acceptable.

I called Loveland to do a roofing inspection and they did a great job and provided options for all the items they found. I would recommend them for anyone who wants an inspection or any roofing work done. read more

Dottie & Steve M. Sun City Lincoln Hills - the name is incorrect on the post. We can't say enough good things about Loveland Roofing. They came to us by way of a referral from a friend, and we were truly not disappointed. They did an excellent job in inspecting our roof, preparing the documentation for our insurance company, and when it came time to actually do the work, they did everything that they said they would do. They were on time, professional, and experienced - Brian was a delight and we appreciated the job he did on the roof for us. The entire staff at Loveland Roofing was awesome, and we might add that there was no charge for them to come out and inspect the roof - Tovyn was our inspector and explained every issue with the roof in detail. We trust Loveland Roofing with our home, and you will too! A very big and heartfelt thank you goes out to them. The Mackens Sun City Lincoln Hills. read more

Noted a number of areas of discoloration under the eves of my house = mold. Somewhat new to the area I had no idea who to call. Thanks to a neighbor, who is a realtor, he recommended Loveland Roofing. I called and had an inspection scheduled in 2-days. Tovyn came out, did a complete visual inspection and let me know that the roof ridge and rake were nailed wrong, allowing water to go through the shingle and soak the eve. He followed up with a complete inspection report (with pictures) and estimated cost. The inspection was free and the estimate was reasonable. I signed the contract and approximately 2-months latter, Brian (from Loveland Roofing) was at my door, letting me know he was going to make the repairs. Repairs were done in 7-hours (and 113* heat)! Both Tovyn and Brian were friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, respectful and courteous. I would wholeheartedly recommend Loveland Roofing for your roofing needs! read more

Absolute worst experience ever. Was looking to have a small area on our 3rd car garage repaired. Matt from co. came out and assessed (i.e. up-sell) our roof repair. He gave us 3 options. One included just the repair we inquired about, another involved moving tiles that slipped down at the front of our house that needed securing with screws vs. nails, and a third option that included the first 2 and our valleys cleaned. We opted for the 3rd option to ensure our roof would continue to be leak free. We were pleased that they were able to schedule the repairs just a few days later. They spent a total of 53 minutes at our residence. The fact that they started/ended the job so quickly for over $1k caused red flags to go up and my husband went to look to make sure the work had been done. Even though we were told pictures of before/after would be forthcoming the invoice came without and evidence of the work being completed. After the one worker left, the area we initially called about hadn't even been touched. Over the course of 2 full days, the original worker came back out, made the repairs but then advised the area we were provided a estimate for by Matt was actually designed that way and didn't require fixing with screws vs. nails. Of course my husband inquired with the worker, who agreed, that the estimate should be adjusted since we were given an estimate for something that ultimately wasn't done. We fought back and forth with Matt about how it could be possible that the estimate would remain the same regardless of whether this other work was done or not. The company ended up providing us a $200 discount, still just shy of $1k to clean our roof and do the repair, what still took less than an hour to complete. I feel like we were gouged on the work and had to fight with them over a 2 day period to be charged for the work that was actually done vs. how the original estimate was verbally explained to us. To add insult to injury, Matt even said the owner was only willing to make a $50 adjustment. I would never recommend this company to anyone. I did provide 2 stars simply because they got to us on the schedule quickly. After that, my husband and I spent a good 2 hour + taken away from our own jobs to deal with this issue. You'd think they would be happy that we were proactive and noticed they didn't make the repairs they invoiced us for on Day 1. It could have turned out much differently if we assumed the repair was done and then ended up having a leak or dryrott or ??? because they didn't do what they supposed to do initially. read more

We are incredibly pleased with Loveland Roofing. We had a 25 year old composition roof on a 1100 square foot granny house and detached garage. Living in a rural area it is not always easy to out to get estimates and have the work completed. Mike was courteous, professional, and answered our questions. We immediately felt at easy with his suggestions. Estimate was professionally electronically submitted to us for review. Price was extremely competitive.
