Kyle thoroughly inspected my concrete tile roof and then walked me through his findings in a clear, approachable, and professional manner. He showed me the photos he had taken and explained what he was seeing. He even repositioned a concrete roof tile that had shifted out of place and reconnected a gutter hook that had come loose during the inspection. Afterward, he sent me a link to clear, high-resolution photos from the inspection. Most importantly, he was honest and straightforward in letting me know that my roof did not need any repair or maintenance work at this time.
