They were able to replace my sidings and saved me from having to buy new shingles because they were really careful. Brenda the owner stopped by to do a walk around, she must have seen something that wasn't up to her standards and had her workers immediately work on it and make it right. The material they used was good quality. There was zero issues communicating and getting the job done right. 5 stars for the job If I could I'd give them10. We heard some rustling noises coming from above in two sections of our house and were worried about animals in our attic. We had a pest control inspect the attic and found no evidence of infestation. We then contacted Two Rivers and worked with Brenda who was absolutely awesome- extremely helpful and responsive! Brenda arranged for Jose to come out THE NEXT DAY and do a thorough roof cleaning to remove layers of leaves and debris from nearby oak trees, and also did an inspection to find areas where some animals have been gnawing at the plywood sheeting under the roof tiles. He also found significant debris under the tiles along the roof valleys which needed to be thoroughly cleaned out. Brenda provided a detailed quote on work that needed to be done and I immediately approved it. Again, she arranged for Jose and an assistant to come to my house THE NEXT DAY to do the work. We ended up finding three areas where squirrels had invaded a small crawl space below the tiles along the edge of the roof, including one dead squirrel in one of the areas, which he removed, and all the areas were fully repaired with new plywood. There was significant debris under the valley tiles as well, which was cleaned completely. We could not be happier with the work that Jose did! He is wonderful to work with, very hard working, kind and considerate. And Brenda was great all along the way, very responsive and helpful. What more can anyone ask for? If you see debris collecting on your roof, then I strongly suggest getting the roof cleaned and inspected. And whenever roof work is needed, don't hesitate- call Two Rivers Roofing! read more

I was stressed due to a leak in my roof after our heavy rainstorm 2 weeks ago. Brenda and Arazate came out and calmed my fears. They put up a tarp to cover the leak and then at my request talked to me about a new roof. After a day to think about it, I went with Two Rivers Roofing and I am glad I did. Their crew came out and promptly ripped off the old roof and started putting on the new roof. Everything went as smooth as clockwork. It seemed like it was done in record time (I have a small house). Two River Roofing just completed re-roofing my duplex in Rancho Cordova. They removed our old wood shingle roof and replaced it with a Owens Corning roof. Arazate (the owner) showed up on time for our first appointment to review and to give me the quotes. His quote is very competitive and listed everything that he would do. He gave me 2 current project that I can check out his work Brenda was great to work with and kept me updated during the whole process. One thing you should check with him when give you your schedule is how many projects he will do at the same time. You can expect some delays if he takes more projects. It is understandable and it is ok for me as long as he updates me and no rain The job took a few days longer than was originally plan, but I am happy with the result. TLDR: They no called no showed the first time, and were over an hour late for the rescheduled appointment, and promised to e-mail a revised quote the day after, but no follow through. Unreliable with attendance, timelines, and communication. This will be relatively lengthy, and I will try to be fair to both sides. If you have questions please reach out. I'd love to help out in any way that I can. If you're looking for a fair price, then of course I understand. My neighbor originally had their roof and gutters serviced by them and said it was a decent price, but they had to reschedule multiple times. For me, personally, customer service and quality is really important, because I like retaining good business for reoccurring services or future recommendations. I called them about two weeks ago and scheduled an appointment for an estimate at 9/10 AM on 3/29/2021. No call no show. I called the office later in the afternoon and they let me know they put me down for the wrong date. No biggie, mistakes happen. We then rescheduled for the following week 4/5/2021 at 9 AM. They messaged me at 8:47 AM to ask for the address. I had already provided this to the office so it made me nervous to give it out via text, but I called to confirm the address and we got that sorted out. 9 AM rolls around, no show, 9:15 - no show, 9:20 AM - no show, 9:30 AM - no show. I called at 9:30 AM, and the office lady said he's around the corner and will be there in two minutes. 9:40 AM - no show. I called back, no answer. I left a voicemail the second time I called. The office called back and said they don't know where he is. He's the supervisor and should be there by now. So we made an arrangement for a new time since they could not get a hold of him. I'm assuming the office folks are the owners. They said they were coming down from Roseville and will do the estimate themselves at 10:45 AM. 10:12 AM - the original person showed up, and I swear I am not making this up in any way, shape, or form. When I asked why he was so late, because our appointment was at 9 AM, here is his answer, "A buddy of mine was in town so we met up for a bit. I haven't seen him in awhile." Again, I swear I'm not lying. In all honesty, I just feel bad for the office folks/owners. They seem really nice, but this definitely appears to be a reoccurring issue with other customers. At the end of the day it could hurt the growth of their business. They were very sweet and warm to interact with and with that kind of energy, it gives so much potential for businesses to thrive. And again, the lady I spoke to was always nice and never curt with me at all. The office folks (which I think are the owners) are incredibly sweet. Every time I talked to them it felt like I was interacting with family, and to to me, that felt good. The only other thing I will say is that when the original guy who came out to do the estimate was explaining his side... it truly felt like his friend needed him (for personal reasons), and I felt bad for his situation, because he was just trying to be a good friend to his friend. I get stuff happens and it's not easy, but I let him know he could have let the office folks know or given me a call and explain to reschedule. I would have understood. The office folks/owners and I reconnected afterwards and I filled her in. She was very apologetic and my heart goes out to her and her team. She offered to give us a discount - which was incredibly sweet since we didn't ask for one. She promised to get a revised estimate out to me by the following day (4/6/2021), but I haven't received anything. Although we told her no rush, given recent events and the lack of organization and consistency, we decided to go with another local family-owned business. If anyone is interested in the new business, they were 100% on time to show up for the appointment, and they quoted us for the same job but about $600 less. Please message me if you would like more information. I hope to have a review for the other business when they complete the job sometime at the end of May. Anyways, I have attached screenshots of phone calls and text messages for time stamps. I know that with Yelp sometimes reviews are mixed so I want to be as informative as possible without too much negativity. I hope this was able to help anyone with their selection for gutter installation. I'm sure if you can get pass the estimate and possible communication hiccups, the service might be a different story, but unfortunately for us, that's where we stopped. These roofers did a wonderful job. They went beyond wonderful when a bad storm hit & my skylights blew off the roof. They came as soon as it was safe & put up a tarp to prevent water from coming into my kitchen. A temporarily fix until I could get my insurance involved. They ended up replacing the skylight and saved me water damage inside my home. I recommend this company. read more

I have used this Company to assist me replace 2 old roofs on strip malls I own in Citrus Heights and in Rocklin. There was flat roofing and non-flat roofing. They are a family business with good customer service. Both projects were pretty large and had a fair amount of complexity. As problems and issues arose they tried hard to resolve any problems. I appreciate the good customer service and fast response time. Anytime there was a problem they took the time to speak with me whether it was on a Sunday or at 1am and at least try to come up with some good solutions for me. In October I tried to schedule an estimate to replace my front gutters. I called twice. Each time I was told that since they lived near me they could just swing by and do the estimate and get back with me. To date I have never received an estimate or any follow up. We had a good experience with this company for our new roof. They worked with us to have our solar panels reinstalled. We thought pricing was fair and our roof looks good and we had no leaks. If roofers don't show up during the work being done it may be because they are also working on another house nearby at the same time or rain is expected. The only reason for 4 stars and not 5 is we were not told why workers didn't show one day so it left us wondering so that communication could have been better during the process. My wife and I went into this experience having heard the company does not communicate well with its customers. We can confirm through an extensive call list, text list, and email list that this company is extremely poor in communicating with its customers. The process of getting our roof installed was like pulling teeth. They provided vague dates regarding when certain parts of the project would get done. Even the city inspector was surprised by their lack of attentiveness. After the roof was completed, I went up to inspect their work and found they had taken shortcuts (confirmed through another roofer and a friend who works in construction). When I informed them of this they begrudgingly came out to inspect and repair as needed. Also, certain parts of our contract went unfulfilled. At that point in time, several months had already passed and we were done playing this game of phone tag. I should be fair in saying the roof appears to be holding up. I'm just frustrated that throughout the entire process we were made to feel like we were an extremely low priority on their list (maybe they provide better service if you're a large business instead of a home owner?) read more

When they finished our roof (there was a hole in the side awning portion of the roof) they even offered to run to Home Depot and get the same paint so they could paint the underside and not leave a mismatched section. I had needed a new roof for way too long! It was so bad that you could see daylight from inside the attic. So I finally broke down and decided it could not wait any longer and began to call around for estimates. I called Two Rivers first and they were out the next day and I had an estimate that same evening sent to my email. I had contacted about 7or 8 other companies and I don't think any of them ever came out. One company did an estimate from Google Earth which was considerably higher than Two Rivers hands on estimate. After I decided to go with Two Rivers they went out of their way to accomodate my request to be done by a certain time (even though they were very busy). Something must have changed with Two Rivers between October 2nd and December 4th of 2018. On December 13th, ABC Supply delivered roofing materials... the wrong color and not the Duration Premium COOL shingles in Harbor Fog I requested. Arazate, the licensee, insisted the ones I requested cost MUCH more. I asked,"So, who's paying for them?" since I AM PAYING for the job. He didn't respond! I agreed to accept a lesser quality and different color than I wanted. This was just the beginning of the disrespect I endured! His father, uncle, and a cousin all came to my home and stood or sat around, but were not working. I tried to be polite and cordial. On the 18th, One brought a disabled young man with him, allowed him to roam in front of my house, open my mail box and garbage cans on the street. When I asked him to keep an eye on him, he yelled out,"He's disabled!" I said that's even more reason to supervise him. Another day, a cousin dropped by. As he was leaving, he parked on my street, 'bumping' LOUD RAP music laced with the 'N' Word, and other vulgarities! At the end of the job, my half acre lot was littered with nails, roofing debris, wood chips, and my rain gutters and garage contents were loaded or covered with the same. One of the men (the lead I believe) said he'd clean up all the debris when they finished. He didn't! The youngest worker and I walked the perimiter of my home draging a 1"x24"x4" weak magnate, trying to pick up some of the nails and he attempted to use a blower to dislodge some of the debris in the garage. As of Tuesday, January 8th, 2019, I was still picking up nails using a strong magnate borrowed from a neighbor!! Use caution when considering hiring this company. They were the subcontract company hired by the General Contractor I used. On January 3rd, the General Contractor paid one of his regular employees who washed and removed a 5 gallon bucket of debris from my rain gutters. :( read more

Last week was a busy time for roofers because of the storm. Two Rivers was the only roofer out of the 10 that I called with the time to address my leak. They seem relatively new and don't have a lot of reviews so I was a little worried. It's difficult nowadays to find reliable companies with follow-through. after securing 6 estimates for a roof replacement two rivers roofing came out and gave me an estimate that not only beat all other bids but put me in line to get it done. once i was first in line, jan 12 2019, and the weather allowed the tear off, they were on it and had it covered with tiger paw before they left. monday the 14th, materials were delivered in a short weather window, and right then the crew installed 75% of the roof, then the rain started. wednesday morning with a small weather window of 4 hours the crew arrived at 8am and by 10:05 the entire roof was finished, the ground cleaned, thus, contract completed!!!!! two rivers took every open window opportunity to complete the job. thanx very much for the extra attention to detail and professional work ethic. my business for 30 years in sacramento depended on other contractors to complete jobs for my customers that i personally recommended. two rivers meets all my requirements to get the job done at the right price. m wright, carmichael ca. 95608 january 17 2019. read more
