I tried this place based on some of the yelp reviews. I had been in the area for a few months and was on the hunt for a regular nail place. Shortly after walking in the door, I was disappointed. From the terse greeting I received, to the receptionist rushing me in choosing a color to the seemingly endless time it took for the nail technician to actually acknowledge me. The person working on me spoke very, very little English. She attempted to communicate mostly by pointing at things. I wanted a basic pedicure and as that was not one of the options on the signage she pointed to (it exclusively showed spa pedicures), it was a challenge for me to explain what I wanted. The entire process felt very rushed and the results were mediocre at best. Despite this, I wanted to add a tip. I tried to communicate this to the nail technician when I gave her my card to pay. However, she must did not understand and charged me just for the service. As I had no cash, I tried to explain to her that I wanted to add a tip to total. After a few minutes, I thought she understood and left to, what I thought was, charge the tip separately. Well, to my total amazement, she charged me the full price... again...plus the tip. So yes, I was effect charged twice for one service. When I mentioned that that still wasn't quite right, she finally spoke to one of the other techs. The more senior tech said something to her (it sounded like she scolded her) and came over to me to tell me there is nothing she could do. "Today is Sunday, we can't give a refund, our machine isn't working, blah, blah blah." My only option was to receive a gift certificate for the amount I was overcharged. Considering I had already made up my mind to never go back to that place, the certificate was useless to me. I ended up cancelling the extraneous charge through me credit card. read more

Excellent. The place was clean, quiet, and professional. The workers didn't speak to each other and were very focused on their clients. Definitely ask for Mimi, she's wonderful. Received a beautiful pedicure, manicure and 10 minute back rub. Will definitely be returning. read more

They do a very good job ! The gel lasts and my pedicure was great ! Both girls that worked on me looked completely miserable. They did rush but I was in a rush anyway and it was almost closing time I am sure they wanted to leave ! read more

I used to love this place but the last few times I've been the service I have received is absolutely terrible. The employees are rude and unprofessional. My toe nail was clearly smudged because my pedicure was rushed and she tried to tell me that my nail was broken when I knew that it was not. Another employee fixed it but rolled her eyes the entire time. I will NEVER go back. Sloppy work done by rude employees at a high price!!! read more

Got a pedicure and 10 min back massage and both were awesome!! Linda was great and surprisingly strong on my back.

I got a regular manicure and it's been about 5 days and my nails still look great. Very clean salon. I'm going back!

TERRIBLE. I got a 35$ "special" pedicure that was completed - start to finish - in a little more than 10 minutes!! The pedicure was unnecessarily rushed and the technician was very rough, heavy handed and extremely rude. I felt like she was attacking my feet. It was very strange. Her name is Maria. This was in the afternoon on a weekday and there was hardly anybody in the salon and no customers waiting so I'm not sure why she was so rushed. I think that she may be in the wrong line of business. I am pregnant and mostly came for the experience. I am very disappointed. This was my second time coming here and both times were disappointing. The first time I had yet another terribly painful and rushed pedicure followed by a "10 minute massage" which she short cut to about 6 minutes! She stopped when the timer went off for the girl next to me who had begun her massage several minutes before me. I just felt so neglected and swindled. Never again. read more

Rude, rude, rude. I went in for a polish change on my toes and a gel manicure. The man that did my nails was beyond rough. As he began with the polish, I noticed a lot of streaks. I nicely brought it to his attention that there might be something wrong with that bottle or maybe we'll need a 3rd coat. He asked me to wait until he was done. Meanwhile at this point he had already chopped up my cuticles so I asked when they use some kind of cuticle oil, as all salons have different procedures and he told me at the end. When he completed the 2nd coat my nails literally looked ratchet. I hate to use that word, but I can't think of any other description. Now he's clearly not happy and tells me that it's my nails that are the problem.....really??? My nails???. Another customer agreed that they looked horrible. Now I had to soak off the gel again....he buffed my nails to the point where they hurt. I said let's stop. I'll pay for my toes and go. I hand him my debit card and he said they have a $15 minimum on cards....THIS IS AGAINST THE LAW!!!! There is no minimum!!! He rudely used my card and literally threw it back at me. I am seriously in shock at how rude. I've been getting manis and pedis for almost 30 years and have never been treated this poorly. I go at least every two weeks, religiously and know that I do not have defective nails. And they charge $30. First time writing on yelp, but this place warrants it. read more

I'm visiting from LA for a wedding and came across this place and wanted to turn their page around! I had the best experience here! MARIA is the best and gave me an incredible hot stone pedicure and finished it with a 10 minute massage. If I'm ever back in town I will definitely come back and see these ladies! I'm in town for a wedding and decided I wanted to get a mani/pedi. I Visited Love Nails on a Thursday around 11am. There were 7 people getting manicures, 7 technicians working, 1 person soaking for a pedicure, and 1 person sitting in the chairs waiting. I looked at the large variety of polish on the wall for about 5 minutes. During that time, not one person approached me to say hello or see what I needed. The girl waiting in the chair was obviously a regular and they would pop over and talk to her, but no one even acknowledged my presence. It sounded like the girl had come in because her gel manicure was chipping after only a few days and she needed them to fix it. (Yikes! A gel manicure should last a few weeks without chipping!) I waited a few more minutes, perused the menu of services on the wall, and then walked out. Keep in mind, I was the only one standing there. Apparently they don't need the business that badly and their customer service completely non-existent. Good luck if you're not a regular here. read more

Absolutely HORRIBLE. Obviously If I could i would rate zero stars. Today was my first time here. This is by far the worst nail salon I've ever been to. My whole experience was rushed and he barely removed calluses.. It's a shame I spent $40 on a "SPA" pedicure and my feet feel the exact same as they did when I walked in! I go here when I am desperate for a pedicure. The service is ok. I have had manicures here and I am so disappointed. I feel like they rush every time so they can get the next customer in - the point is I want to relax and not feel rushed. Not only that they push my cuticles so hard that it hurt so much. I don't understand why the manicures have to be so rushed. Go here if you are desperate but, find another place. read more

This place is usually crowded, so they don't really have time to be friendly and make you feel comfortable, but I LOVE their color selection. They have a ton of gel colors to choose from and I'd go to them whenever I feel like I need a new color and cool color to choose from! read more
