Food was amazing. We were traveling south to visit someone friends and met up here. We will definitely be back.

Although the food & drinks were good, the service was extremely slow. We didn't order anything extravagant ( boiled eggs, grits, shrimp, bacon, French toast) and it took over an hour (boiled eggs almost 30 mins); everything else almost 40 mins). Maybe they needed more staff working the tables and preparing the food for quicker service (just a suggestion). read more

Cute and cozy atmosphere. Friendly staff, attentive service. Delicious food. Pancake is on the cakey side, not fluffy, and tasty. Need extra syrup Fish and grits was delicious. Big portion, definitely shareable. Deviled eggs came with candied bacon, interesting and yummy. Coffee was good, came in a pleasant presentation. Pricing is reasonable. Large parking lot. Located in a rough looking neighborhood. If wasn't for the reviews. We will never come in if passing by. Do recommend by @winedinenvacay read more

Alicia took great care of us from start to finish! The coffee down to the service was great! The decor is definitely Instagram worthy! Ok food! Food was... scrumptious! We ordered the Love At First Bite Glazed Waffle Chicken Sandwich, Southern Fried Fish and Grits Bowl, and Deviled Eggs with a fruit bowl. We were eating off each other's food because everything was so good. The presentation of the food was amazing too. If you're in the area I'd suggest you come on in and take advantage of their offerings! You won't be disappointed! read more

if you're looking for a solid brunch spot in Atlanta, hit up Love at First Bite. The food is legit. I tore into their pancakes--they were the real deal, no joke. We got the fish and grits, and he was impressed, said the fish was cooked perfectly and the grits were on point. We washed it all down with some mimosas, which were cold and went down easy. It's a good place to grab a meal, kick back, and start the day right. You won't be disappointed. read more

If my bill for just me wasn't $98 with tip I may have given 3 stars but with the big price tag on mediocre food, one star is for my server Nadia, and the other is for effort. The grits were under cooked. $7.00 for two greasy pieces of bacon is just wrong! The drink was mid for $18 dollars. I wasn't a fan of the texture of the pancakes but the star of the show was the deviled eggs, unfortunately that was all I enjoyed. Overall I give this place a 3 out of 10 ‍ read more

postop three days after having surgery. I could finally go outside so I came here because I felt like I needed to be surrounded by Love and I put the keyword Love in and this restaurant popped up. I'm really intentional on places that I visit and this was a great place . Let me start by saying from the entrance until my departure. The ambience was great. I really appreciate it. The great service. My surname was Lala and she was amazing. She made me the best coffee I have ever had in so long and the food was amazing. I would definitely go back here. She did inform me that they will be having a karaoke starting on Thursdays and this place is definitely a great date night or a gathering spot very calm and really nice place to dine in it was raining that day so I was really able to relax and unwind and have a great bite to eat. The music was amazing and the atmosphere gave love love love read more

I came here for brunch after church with some friends and was happy with my visit. The staff was short this day and seating was limited. We did have a long wait time but the staff on shift still did what they could to accommodate my group of 4. We also had time and did not mind waiting to be seated. The owner even came out to apologize and thank us for our patience. The restaurant is upstairs and has a loft type of layout. There was good music playing that made you want sing and vibe along. We ordered the coconut shrimp as an appetizer. Large shrimp. Great flavor. For an entree my partner in crime and i had the Jerk Chicken Pasta and the Shrimp n Grits. Very nice flavors. Large portions 10/10 would recommend :) read more

Came for brunch and got so much more. This is a hidden gem! Food was great. Drinks were presented very well and had great flavor. Portion size was also very good. I would recommend this place if you're looking for a good brunch spot. The restaurant was not too crowded and there was plenty of parking available in front of the restaurant. The service was also good. I will be back for more! read more

Absolutely was love at first bite. Everything was delicious! The deviled eggs with shrimp were packed with soo much flavor. best deviled eggs ive had. I got the chefs French toast sandwich, presentation was beautiful and the dish was very tasty, the perfect balance of sweet and savory! Atmosphere: The place is really nice. The music is acceptable and isn't too loud, but it could be lower due to the small space and the amount of customers. Customer Service: We were greeted on entry. We were asked to wait 20 minutes for seating which was fine. However, the bar was completely open. Unfortunately, they don't serve food at the bar which is fine. The problem is that We ordered soda water and drinks after sitting at an empty bar for 10-15 minutes. After the 25 minute wait, we were seated at our table. It took another 10-15 for the waiter to come over. She didn't seem too busy to at least come over and greet us. When she did come over, there wasn't an introduction or a "hello my name is blah blah blah". It was "hello. What would you like to eat?" Been here for an hour at this point and we are just getting our waters... also we weren't offered any up sales. Drinks maybe? Come on yall. Asked for a menu and it took another 10 minutes for them to ask if we needed anything. Update: It's now 1:03 and we have no food. The order was placed an hour ago. No apps. No entrees. Update: 1:12 and we finally got ONE of three appetizers. We had the chipotle wings with dry seasoning. They were small but REALLY good. Let's see how long the rest take. 7/10. Update: 1:21 we just got the 2nd app. Salmon Bruschetta. Pretty one note- salty. The tomatoes were the star of this dish for sure. 4.5/10. Update: 1:30 we received the deviled eggs and breakfast tacos. Deviled eggs are ok. Taste better without the sweet sugar on the top. Ok we got our entrees. Tacos do not mention cilantro. That's a HUGE downfall as my wife has the tastebuds that cilantro tastes like soap when fresh lol. She picked it off the tacos and they were actually really good with the chicken sausage. 8/10. I hope we can come back another time and the service is better. Geesh. read more

Ok I only have pictures of my drink because the food looked so good. I dug right in. It was a cute little vibe. All the staff was super friendly, especially the bartender. Absolutely love this place. We went on a Sunday for early breakfast (10:30am). We were seated right away. It's a cute small brunch spot. Very quiet. The food was good and well seasoned. Food was good and came out very fast. Nice staff as welll. Very cute spot. I definitely would like to return.

We arrived around a good brunch time (11:00am) so parking was easy. They're sharing a space so we had to go up some stairs to access the restaurant. There is a nice seating area outside the restaurant if there is a wait. We had a reservation so we were greeted and seated as soon as we entered. The decor is really nice and the music was vibin. We had a great waitress and the manager was helpful with assisting us. There was some confusion or miscommunication with speciality items not on the menu and pricing. If the blueberries in the pancakes is an extra cost make customers aware. I also ordered a mimosa flight and I expect the mimosas to come in the traditional champagne flute but it didn't and I guess that's my fault for expecting that. Overall the food was really delicious and the portions are decent for the price. I will definitely be back the food is worth it! Check out my pics and until next time SYOY! read more

I found Love at 1st Bite when going for a massage at Iwi Spa, restraunt sits on top, now my husband and I make it for breakfast when going to the spa or Black Coffee , all in the same building! Plenty of parking on Jonesboro Rd, upstairs with plenty of seating and parking The lovely Chef Cam from Kansas inspired by her late mother. Chef Cam loves to cook and I love to eat!! We usually spend about $85! And i noticed customers either call in orders for pick up or online either way several customers showed up and grabbed a bag to go just an fyi The lighting is great, natural light due to sitting upstairs and always a good personality staff waiting to serve you and recommend or give tips. I had a French toast sandwich with chicken sausage and eggs, hold on cheese, but the dish soes cone with cheese i believe. And a side of fresh fruit or potatoes, i chose the fresh fruit and a blackberry mimosa!! It was love at first bite, the 2nd time ive had the eggs and i love the eggs the sausage was juicy and i dipped every bite in syrup!! The blackberry mimosa was good and I always try something new to my palette but I think I should have paired it with a traditional mimosa. As for the fruit I had a mixture of blueberries, strawberries, pineapple and you could taste that it was fresh. The fruit was good!! I highly recommend as one of ATL finest brunch spots to be and you will love every bite read more

The food looked good but did not taste good. Some of the things I ordered were not what was brought out and when I brought it to staff attention they brought out the correct thing but double charged me. I brought that to the ladies attention she said sorry for inconvenience I can give you a free drink the next time you visit. Unfortunately I wont be visiting again and was dissatisfied with the food and service. Be aware there is a 18% gratuity regardless if there's 1 person or 6 read more

Shoutout Jada, she was amazing! And fast. Very responsive, along with the hostess. The service immaculate. 10/10

This spot was on my yelp to do list prior to me moving here but my daughter made me wait until she came to visit before I go so we went after she arrived today. We went on a Friday afternoon & it wasnt busy at all. Upon entering Ocean greeted us and let us know we can pick an area to sit in. He was very pleasant & had good energy. The service was good and the food came out rather quickly. We ordered the banana pudding pancakes, banana pudding french toast {YES WE LOVE BANANA PUDDING} & the cinnamon roll chicken sandwich. My daughter said its chickeneggandcheese (IYKYK). We also ordered the candied bacon deviled eggs. All the food was good except the pancakes. I was forewarned when I ordered it but we've been waiting months to try it. I cant pinpoint it but there was an extinct taste to the pancakes that just didnt sit well w me. The presentation of the food was fine & we was satisfied with all the other choices. Overall I would return to LAFB again. read more

I'm a regular here and it's always a pleasurable experience. The food is always a delectable, the service is great, and the ambiance is perfect. My friend and I decided to meet here for brunch after finding this place on TikTok. The restaurant was quite small. I'm glad we arrived early. When we left, lots of people were gathered waiting for seating. There also wasn't a host so things looked a little unorganized. I attempted to start off with one of their crafted cocktails (espresso martini), only to be told they were unable to make my drink due to not having any coffee. Very disappointing considering they had been open for an hour for breakfast. I settled for a glass of champagne. We started off with the "smoked salmon on toast". This was the only thing I somewhat enjoyed. My French toast wasn't anything special and all my sides (eggs, chicken sausage, and potatoes) were cold. My spouse ordered the shrimp and grits that came in a skillet. His entree was better than mine, but lacked seasoning and wasn't worth the money. Ideally, it was just grits stuck to a skillet, topped with grilled shrimp and garnish. A sauce would have made this dish a little better. Overall, very mid dining experience and not worth the money. The staff were nice, but not enough to make me come back. Try at your own discretion. read more

Beautiful spot! Food is delicious.. always fresh! Servers are always kind and attentive!

So I was sent an Instagram reel about this new brunch spot in Atlanta. I randomly ended up here the day after when searching for brunch spots so guess it was meant to be. In going to brunch places in Atlanta it is good that they have their own open parking lot without the extra stuff (valet, paid parking, etc) It is not the biggest location so don't bring the gang lol. I came with a party of 8 & they were able to accommodate. Please note the 18% auto grat. I am not against this honestly. They have all different types of mimosa flavors. They aren't listed so you have to ask the waiter/waitress. I really want to try the pancakes & one of the main things that caught my eye & I must admit they were pretty good. They have a lot of stuff on the menu I would like to come back & try. I will be back. read more

The food was amazing and the atmosphere was real nice. Dre, the manager, was a tad unprofessional in my opinion. He never acknowledged our table with us waiting over an hour to get our order taken. To make it worse he had his underwear half way out the whole time. Even the other tables were complaining about him forgetting their drinks. But the young ladies Britt and Jayda stayed positive and turned the whole place around with their resilience and dedication to maintain good customer service. The whole place is wonderful and I'll definitely be back. I just hope Mr. Dre is on the right pace because he seems like he means well! The restaurant has ample parking and was located in a pretty quiet and secluded area. It is located on the 2nd floor of the building. This restaurant has a lot of potential, but there also ample opportunities for improvement. When I arrived, I was greeted by the host. She disclosed that the wait time was 1 hour and 45 minutes. The waiting list is done by hand (no text service/automation). The restaurant was understaffed and the host seemed new, but she was very nice. When we got seated, we were quickly approached by our friendly server. The aesthetics were really nice, but the venue is a tad small. We ordered the following: Drinks * Old Fashioned: 6/10 * Lemon Monticello (added mango for $5 upcharge): 8/10 Food * Deviled eggs: 9/10 * Wings: 6/10 * Coconut Shrimp: 7/10 The deviled eggs were really good. The wings were extremely small and the ranch dressing was alright . Last but not least, the sauce that came with the coconut shrimp tasted great, but the shrimp was just okay. However, the deviled eggs were really good. This restaurant is new, but has tremendous potential. Service: 7/10 (Short Staffed and I recommend a pos to facilitate customer wait times) Food/Drinks: 7/10 (All items are overpriced) Vibe: 9/10 read more

I went a few weeks ago but just know, I was pleasantly surprised...in a good way that is! Parking Service Food The space is small but packs a big punch, decorated nicely. They have old church pews for your waiting...cute idea. Have your patience though because you may have a wait, just know it's well worth it!
