Lovealabradoodle is the best breeder. All the puppies are raised in a loving home setting. I also loved how we could visit with our puppy anytime we felt like it before we brought him home. We love this puppy so much!

My daughter Pony and I can't say enough great things about the team over at Love A Labradoodle. The communication throughout the process from Cindy was top-notch professional. Our F1b Labradoodle Honey Buzz was born at the Anaheim facility under Gena's care, who went above and beyond to make us feel part of the puppy process from day 1 through week 8. We met with the pups 4 times during that timeframe, which made us feel important and engaged. Because Honey Buzz will be a therapy dog, I wanted a specific temperament, and the ladies worked with me to find the perfect pup. Their wisdom in the breed was impressive. After we received our puppy, she went away to the Love A Labradoodle training school under Jessica Avila and her family's care. Cindy said Jessica would be the perfect fit for us, and she was. Fast forward to today, where our Honey Buzz is 8 months old, and she's passed all three of her American Kennel Club tests and will be getting her therapy dog certification to visit sick kids in hospitals and the elderly in nursing care facilities when she's 1. Thank you, Cindy, Gena, Jessica, and family! You'll always be a part of Honey Buzz.

I contacted Love A Labradoodle when I was interested in getting a puppy. Cindy and I talked several times re getting a new labradoodle. She is very knowledgeable about this breed and answered all my questions. It process of adopting my puppy was very easy. My experience was so good I went back 2 years later and adopted another puppy and have recommended this breeder to several people. I highly recommend Love A Labradoodle.

Cindy and her Lovealabradoodle family are amazing. The love and commitment they put into raising their puppies shows. Their puppies are well trained, well socialized, and well prepared to be a loving companion for you and your family. We will always have a Lovealabradoodle in our family.

We decided on the Labradoodle breed due to my severe allergies and also the desire to have a non-aggressive dog for our kids. We wanted a local breeder so we could be close to the entire process - conception to birth, and that's just what we got from Cindy the breeder. Our Doodle isn't an Australian doodle, and we didn't want one of those. She mostly breeds F1B's and it was one of the more reasonably priced local breeders that we could find. We didn't want to stress the puppy out with a flight and all of that. Once we found out the mother was pregnant, we put down a small deposit to get our selection "place" in the litter then waited until they were born (follow her Facebook page for up-to-date puppy pics etc). Well, our pup is now 11 months old and thriving. We just adore his personality. The entire process was exciting for my kids to follow the pregnancy and check Facebook daily to see when the puppies were born. Once they are born she allowed the kids to come help clean, tag and hold the pups which was awesome. We were able to visit them a few times before we took him home at 8 weeks. She also trains them (for a fee) for service dog certification if you want that also, and helps with behavior problems if necessary. Oh yeah, NO Allergies and no shedding!

Thank you Cindy for our Beautiful Sampson! He is 9 years old now and is such a love in our family. The most sweet mild mannered dog. If I didn't know better I would think he was part human. He is so smart and Loves people. We call him the Mayor of our Cul de sac because he literally has to greet everyone he sees. He is so soft and fluffy that people have to stop to pet him. We could not have asked for a better dog. Thank you so much, David, Terrilynn,Danielle and Savannah

We got our Maggie doodles from here and couldn't imagine life without her. We got to meet all the puppies after they were born and got regular updates until she got to come home with us. We love seeing photos of her siblings and momma Roxy on-line. A friend even recently adopted one of Maggie's nieces and the two of them are best buddies.

BEST DECISION FOR MY DOGS!!!…read more My two dogs are the Jack Russel and Golden Retriever. I did not know what I was getting into when I became a dog owner. Before I took them to Rhode's, my dogs pulled on a leash and made it very difficult to walk. They would get upset at each other at mealtime when I gave them food. I used to have to feed them in separate rooms. They also ran out the door into the street when I opened the front door, and they would not listen when I commanded them to sit or come when I call their name. After a month of obedience school training with Rhodes, my dogs are everything I hoped them to be!! My dogs walk on a leash with ME in control, they are nice to each other and eat food together, and they also listen to me!!!! I tell them to sit, they sit!! I call their name, they come to me on command!! They get along with other dogs!! I can confidently take them to the dog park now! They also do not bark excessively like they used to! My neighbors are happy!!! You will not be disappointed with a bit of dog obedience training through Rhodes. I recommend 100%

I was referred to Anthony by a couple of people and after reading his reviews I decided to hire Anthony. Through the process, Anthony kept in communication with me on Penny's progress. Five days prior to her training completion Anthony sent a message via text informing me that Penny possibly sprained her paw/ankle jumping off one of the obstacles courses he had her on. I was set back at first because agility training wasn't agreed upon or part of Penny's program. My understanding is that the obstacle courses are used for agility training which was not part of her 5 week course. He informed me that she was putting a little bit of pressure on it, but because she was not crying and still eating and drinking he believed it was a good sign. He advised me how the same thing happened to his dog and it was ok after a week and that was why he suspected it was just a sprain and didn't think she needed to go to the vet. As an experienced trainer I trusted his judgment because I was not physically there in person to see her behavior. Upon arriving to pick her up; as he brought her out she wasn't putting any pressure on her back right leg at all, only when he asked her to sit. Due to her injury Anthony thought it would be best if we did her last two hour sessions another day. He informed me that we would go over the training he completed with Penny once she got better. Upon leaving Anthony due to the injury and pain I can see on Penny's face I didn't feel right driving six hours back home without getting her examined so I decided to take her to a near by emergency vet. Penny was diagnosed with a dislocated hip and fracture. The vet informed me that if he had brought her in the day of the incident, they could have popped her hip back in. Given that time had passed they had to perform two procedures and now her recovery is to be crated/confined and heavily medicated with little to no activity for 8-12 weeks hoping the procedure is successful. After 8 weeks of recovery, the vet will examine her by X-ray to rule out having to perform a total hip replacement. When I updated Anthony on Penny's condition after her first vet visit, he responded.. "Poor penny I didn't think it would be her hip. I'm so sorry this happened I've never had a dog get hurt before" Afters Penny's procedure, I sent Anthony an update and informed him what was completed and what Penny had to go through. I also asked if he could possibly refund me for the training because in my mind I thought it was the right thing to do since it was only a fraction of the total costs of vet visits and her surgery. He never responded, called or text. This all happened within the week of picking up penny on May 27, 2023 and the last I heard from him was on June 13th. Penny's next appointment in August will determine if she needs a hip replacement. It has been almost two months since the first procedure and her behavior has worsened. She is now more anxious, timid and afraid of being left alone. The vet bills alone have already exceeded the price of training. Due to her pain and suffering she did not retain any of her training. The reason for my review is to warn others of the kind of trainer you will be working with. I would have at least expected a return call or text from Anthony. I never expected a full refund but I did expect him to be professional and at least offer a solution instead he turned his back and disregarded us. Definitely not a trainer I would recommend to anyone.

They took the time to understand Ringo and worked patiently to help him build confidence, improve behavior, and develop reliable obedience skills. Our dog was reactive to people, other dogs, motorcycles, bikes, and more, and we already saw such a huge improvement even on the car ride home. You can tell how much time, patience, and care Carissa puts into her training. Carissa even met us halfway to pick her up as we lived a little far from her. When we picked our dog up, Carissa spent over an hour teaching us everything we need to know to continue reinforcing the commands and training at home. She made sure we felt confident before leaving. We used Cari for a 2-week board and train for our dog, Chorizo. During the training period,…read morecommunication was limited and we often had to follow up ourselves to get updates. At the same time, we were seeing our dog being posted on Instagram more than we were getting direct updates, even after we asked for them. She pinned Chorizo on her Instagram, in the number one post slot, while we hadn't heard from her in three days and didn't even know he was going on a field trip. This was especially difficult for my wife, who had recently lost her father and was already going through a lot. Being separated from our dog was hard on her. We asked multiple times for updates so we could reassure her, but it never felt like we were getting the same level of feedback other reviewers experienced. The training experience didn't match what we expected. Recall still needs work, and "place" became more confusing. Before, he would go where I pointed. Now he tries multiple spots and flinches (expecting a stim), even after we bought him a cot. We asked Cari to introduce Chorizo to our e-collar (EZ Educator). During the consultation, she mentioned that he would learn recall and other commands to near perfection before the e-collar was introduced, and that vibration would be used before stim. The handoff only showed e-collar stim commands, and vibration was not introduced. His recall without the e-collar still needs work. We never received a clear breakdown of what he was working on during the program and mostly followed his progress through Instagram. After pickup, I had to follow up just to get a list of commands. The handoff felt rushed. He was exhausted, it was a hot day, and she had forgotten a water bowl, so a lot of the time was spent just letting him drink water. There was no follow-up afterward to see how he was doing. A few hours after getting him back that Friday, we took him to a groomer who pointed out a cracked toenail down to the quick and irritation on his neck from his e-collar. The groomer said the irritation looked like burns from an e-collar that hadn't been rotated and advised us to monitor his paw to make sure it didn't get worse. We took it easy and avoided taking him out while he healed, but by Tuesday his paw started bleeding. We notified Cari and let her know we would be taking him to the vet after my scheduled surgery. I had carpal tunnel release surgery on both hands that Wednesday, and I took him to the vet while recovering on Thursday. He developed an infection and a fever that required sedation, nail removal, and stitches. This whole experience is not what we expected after reading her Yelp reviews. Even trying to work things out with Cari regarding the vet bills, after we negotiated the cost down with the vet and insurance covered a significant portion, was disappointing. We weren't asking for everything, just something fair. The procedure cost about $900 if the dog is sedated. We asked her to participate $350-$380. She offered $100. When I told her that Chorizo was at the vet because his paw was bleeding, her response was, "Ok thank you for the update." We weren't able to reach an agreement and were told, by Cari, that small claims court would be the best way to resolve it, which is what we are now pursuing. Regarding our training equipment, we also had to follow up on two leashes and e-collar prongs that weren't returned after the program. She told my wife she broke the retractable leash and would send a replacement right away, but a week and a half later we still haven't received confirmation that it's been sent. (Edit: retractable leash and prongs received 3/31 via Amazon Prime.)
