I sent the photo to them and asked why price was suddenly went up. They said to me some excuses. But I've had the same experiences through this breeder before. I felt ripped off the price again. They know that I am ready to make a deposit on the puppy, but suddenly they've stopped to answer about my serious questions. I asked them these questions, if the puppy has been whelped and raised in the breeder's house (because I've never seen the puppy on their IG), if they own both parents, if the puppy has been vet checked (because the puppy is already ready to go home), if the puppy has no parasites or any health issues. But they've never responded to me. They could answer my questions if they had only 3 minutes, but they disappeared. Instead of answering my questions, they've sent me nasty messages right after I've left my review on Yelp. They are unprofessional people. They have no problem to say these nasty words to the people who wanted to reserve on their puppy. They've completely destroyed my feelings. Everything I said on Yelp was truth. ( I've edited my review of this breeder with my photo to prove on Yelp what was actually going on).

The Bravos were incredibly kind, accommodating, and truly cared about making the transition as smooth as possible for both us and Wanda. Margie is incredibly caring, honest, ethical, and knowledgeable. It's clear that her puppies are raised with lots of love, attention, and excellent care. Our puppy came home healthy, happy, and well-socialized. As first-time puppy owners, we especially appreciated how much time Margie spent educating us about puppy care, feeding, and the transition home. She was always patient, responsive, and supportive. The adoption process was smooth, transparent, and stress-free, and she was very accommodating throughout. A wonderful bonus was the complimentary 30-day emergency pet insurance coverage. Margie also owns J'adore Pet Salon in Glendale, which is great for grooming, and offers boarding and dog-sitting services as well. After landing on a Havanese (after some deep searching for the best breed for myself and my…read morefamily), I found Marti of Harris Havanese in Redondo Beach. Choosing Marti was easily the best choice I could have ever made and I am forever a client of Marti's. I will never look elsewhere when adopting my next Havanese (or a breed that isn't a Havanese, for that matter). I adopted Cookie, formally Cartier, from the "C" litter. From our first phone call in Fall 2024, Marti was attentive to the details of my life and what kind of puppy temperament would be best fit for my lifestyle. She is kind, SO communicative, and the most detail-oriented, loving, and caring person/breeder. Seeing how loved these puppies are far before they are even born was constant reassurance that I made the best choice. I would receive multiple texts/pictures/videos a day when Cookie was born. So anxious and excited to get my puppy, Marti answered all of my questions and was always so reassuring and kind. Cookie came to me loving her crate (this was a game changer), being exposed to so many sights and sounds (her groomer says she is better behaved than adult dogs she's been grooming for years ), and is the epitome of a perfect puppy and I truly owe it all to Marti because she set Cookie (and the rest of her litter) up for complete success. Everyone in my life is so surprised when they hear how young Cookie is because she is truly so well behaved, has a great sense of independence, and loves to just hang with our crew. Thank you to Marti and Gracie for loving these puppies with your whole heart. You both feel like family and I cannot express my gratitude for how you raised little Cookie.

All of the puppies were there when I visited the next day. Each one of the puppies were absolutely precious and they were happy and lively. The mother was nursing all of them . I wanted a female and there was 1 male & 1 female left. All the other puppies from the litter were spoken for. I quickly fell in love with Roxie and gave my deposit that night. I had to wait another month until the puppies were old enough to go to their new homes. Marty updated me with photos of my puppy and she also provided me important paperwork to look review. The entire process was very easy. The home where the puppies were living was very clean and orderly. Marti truly has the puppies, best interest and was so sweet and caring and accommodating to me. I had asked if she could keep the puppy for one more week because of my busy work schedule, and she was more than happy to do that. I have never purchased a dog before, but this process was very easy. My puppy is absolutely precious and everybody that meets her is obsessed with her. She is an absolute delight, and very well-behaved. I might add. I highly recommend Harris Havenese if you are thinking about getting a Havanese puppy. Marti made it very clear that she's available for any questions or concerns that I might have. She is very well educated on this breed and I had full confidence in her from the moment I spoke to her on the phone.

Adam is so kind and very well informed with this breed. He answered all my questions and really knew his stuff. I love that he owns both the Mom and Dad so I could see and interact with the parents to get a *much* better idea of how the puppies will grow up to be. The Mom and Dad looks completely healthy and very loving dogs. My puppy Tiger, very sweet boy. Not aggressive at all. This breed is big so they do need a lot of time outside when a puppy. They will need training too 100%, I've been training mine myself and they are very smart so *they pick up things quick* But you must train them bc they are just too big to be running wild in the house. With there large size they like to wrestle with other big dogs so you really have to be assertive with this large breed. And understand that their play is just rough wrestling, its not aggresson. Their rough play is what large breed puppies do which is completely fine and you just have to be alert and assertive to know when they need to take a break from wrestling or what not. So yes, very sweet and loving puppy I have. Very healthy. New owners have to just be aware they require alot of walks and run as puppies and def some training. Adam the breeder is great. Highly recommend if your looking for a large breed. I live in an apt. but a large park is right across the street so he can run and stretch his legs.

When I came across their website I quickly realized that they were very knowledgeable with both breeds. I had done a bit of research before hand but having interacted with them allowed me to understand the breed even more. Hershey is 10 and going strong; I believe this is tightly attributed to her linage! Both Hershey and Noya are a very important part of our lives.
