Absolutely my least favorite LV store to shop at ever! The most aloof employees who could care less about assisting you. Now the last several times I've come by for some retail therapy I'm always stopped at the black rope and grilled by SERGE from Beverly Hill's Cop. He the. asks why I'm here. Really what a flipping dumb question to ask. HELLO I've come here to spend money! Serge told me I had to wait an hour to get in, I said SEE YA! Another time I came to pick up something I ordered a few weeks back and received the 5th degree at the black rope and he got all testy after letting me in cause he couldn't locate my order. I was extremely put off by my sub par treatment considering most LV employees are exceptional except here. And then there was the person who couldn't seem to get off her personal phone call to actually take more order, so I turned to the next person who seemed semi interested in helping me. I think shopping here anymore is not gonna happen, what do you folks think! Beside LV Las Vegas is a much more rewarding experience.

I was beyond impressed with the service Ruby gave us today. I was very hesitant to visit the store because of all the negative reviews this store has but do not let those reviews fool you. You can tell that the store has improved since those reviews were left. Great job to everyone. We were in town exploring Seattle and I wanted to take advantage to buy my mother a birthday gift while we were here. We went into Nordstrom to the Louis Vuitton boutique. Keep in mind this store is small so item availability could be limited. We were kindly greeted by Ruby as soon as we walked into the store. This was refreshing because nowadays customer service is very bad everywhere. She asked if we knew what we were looking for. I asked Ruby if we could see some wallets to match my mothers purse. Ruby walked us over to the wallets counter and showed us a few. Surprisingly, they had the Sarah wallet and the Zippy wallet that I had seen online. After picking out the wallet I wanted to purchase, Ruby asked if there was anything else we wanted to see. She walked us over to the men's section but I did not see anything that caught my eye. After, Ruby charged me for my item and nicely packaged it for my mother. Ruby included her business card and a magazine for us to browse through which I thought was very thoughful of her. Ruby made us feel welcomed and like she cared by going above and beyond. She embodies exactly what every LV client advisor should be be. I have been purchasing Louis Vuitton for the past 7 years and will continue shopping with Ruby moving forward.

The I-5 grind to Louis Vuitton. Worth it?

After being shut down at multiple Ben Bridge locations for a Rolex watch I actually wanted, I decided to stick with my Casio until the Rolex watch insanity is finished running its course. In my continued quest for useless luxury, I thought it would be a good time to pick up a nice overpriced wallet. So I went online and found 2 I liked. The Gucci one with the red coral snake was sold out, but could be ordered online with an expectation that there would be more produced and available by February. That wouldn't be fast enough to satiate my luxury needs. Onto Louis Vuitton. I visited the website and found that anything you would want was not actually for sale via the site, but they did have the wallet I wanted in store in downtown Seattle about 20 miles from where I was. I didn't bother calling to confirm because other reviews had said that was a fruitless task to get an answer about actual availability. So off to Downtown! Managed to make it to downtown via I-5 in about 30 minutes. That was a miracle in itself. Found parking at the city centre US bank building a block away from the store. 7 bucks. Quick walk to the store with the Louis signage facing the street. The place felt pretty fancy and a tad girly. That was ok because we know who the main demographic is: women and dandies. But there I was checking out the various accoutrements that anyone could find some use for, even if purchased just to admire. And sure enough, under a rectangular box of glass was the coveted wallet I came for. It looked a little different than the website, but close enough was good enough. I just needed to swipe my card and skee daddle. After a few minutes, I wasn't so sure one of the 3 or 4 sales people was going to assist me. Maybe I looked like a guy who was just waiting for his wife to stop looking at EVERY piece in the store. A couple dudes walked in and were ogling items under the same glass where the wallet sat. I thought it would be funny if one of them decided to buy the wallet. Why wouldn't it be? A sales woman came over and helped them try on some bracelets and they went on their way. She then asked if she could help me and was really nice. She packed up the wallet. Payment was perfect. No extra offers or weird warranties or buying clubs to sign up for. Just swipe that card! The sales woman did throw me off a bit when she asked if it would be cash or credit. Who buys this stuff in cash? The second thing that threw me off is when she asked if I wanted some water. Nice offer, but that's pretty rare in a retail shop. I thought maybe it was going to be a while before she could wrap up the wallet. But she was quick and I was on my way. I was in the store under 15 minutes and I had the wallet. I had low expectations for my trip to the Louis Vuitton store in The downtown Seattle Nordstrom due to the other reviews that were completely believable. The high rating is only for my experience last night. No complaints from me.

Dean's hands fixed the "unfixable" -- my LV lives on!

Dean Morgan, in one word, is fantastic! I visited the Seattle Nordstrom last weekend with an out-of-town guest/friend. I stopped by the LV shop in hopes of purchasing/replacing my small but super sentimental LV purse that had a broken zipper. Dean overheard the convo AND swooped in (with his invisible LV cape) and asked if he could take a look at my purse and possibly repair it. Within 15mins my purse was repaired! I was in awe of Dean's product knowledge, professionalism, empathy and customer service! He not only repaired but restored the 15-yr old purse that is truly special and sentimental to me. Within our short interaction, Dean created a moment and memory -- he is truly a gem and LV is super fortunate to have him. Thank you Dean!

Awful customer service. I left feeling disrespected, humiliated and talked down to. I do not recommend shopping here!

Ask the Community - Louis Vuitton Seattle Nordstrom

Do they take Nordstrom's gift cards?

Yes they do!

I want to get my Turenne PM got stamped and LV customer service said it wasn't on the hot stamp list, I have friends that said there's wasn't either but if you go in person someone will do it for you anyways, just depends on person... this true?

Yup

Are you allowed to use Nordstrom gift cards and Nordstrom notes to make LV purchase? And are the sale associates rude if you do use Nordstrom gift cards and Nordstrom notes?

Yes you're allowed to! They're usually not but every associate is different!

Well, I needed a pair of hard leather shoes for a wedding. Something funky and classic I could wear for ages... Now being my feet are damaged from years of soccer I needed something wider in areas than a store like Nordstroms offers. Having scene this store on Western Ave at The Market I decided to drop by. Now Leanne ( THE OWNER ) who was uber friendly helped me design my custom shoes. She actually understood what I wanted and made a game changing call to improve everything. She made the suggestion of using a NIKE tennis shoe mold to build by shoe. Thus giving me a dress shoe that felt like comfort of a sneaker. After taking measurements and foot drawings she ordered the mold and proceeded to build my shoes. Now this process takes some time so book a pair in advance. After several months my masterpiece shoes were completed. My shoes are amazing and fit like a glove... Keep in mind custom shoes are not cheap but you have a one of one pair of shoes nobody else will own. Plus you can custom many aspects of the shoe including design color, sole and pattern. Now one more note , they make other items which include belts and wallets. I was super satisfied would recommend anyone to have shoes made at Leola Shoes! Cheers & thanks for all your help.

Yasss! New Sunglasses!…read more SITREP Quick, basic stop: needed sunglasses and I was surprised that this eclectic clothing store would have what I needed. But then again, giving their awesome edgy vibe, it made sense they would have the awesome edgy sunglasses I wanted. https://www.yelp.com/biz_photos/panache-seattle?select=XeBegpbCywiwM4pb4AkYVA&userid=3mNz5nQFTIBQm0oU5mBR0w THE SETUP My gal pal Tanzie and I were on the move through Capitol Hill, just checking out the scenery, hitting comic book stores, and getting selfies with the Jimi Hendrix statue down Broadway a bit. I remembered the Gothic-clothing store The METRO and was saddened to hear from friends that it had closed some time ago. But when I happened upon it's old site, I was surprised - and overjoyed - to find out that PANACHE had taken over the store, and was pretty much in the same line of fashion! HELPFUL STAFF! I was smitten with the sheer awesomeness of both store employees Iris and Fitch (and there was a 3rd but did not get her name - she looked like Sally had just walked out of Nightmare Before Christmas!) They showed me the sunglasses selections, shared the histories of both sides of the stores (there two in one place) and the history of Metro. The lady working here was very nice and told us the place was the coming together of two adjacent stores, Panache Clothing and New York Exchange I believe. It's hard to nail down exactly what this place is - Part costume store, part specialty store, part fashion boutique. If you're looking for just about everything from a formal top hat to a skimpy leather outfit, some designer shoes or a knife you'd see in Underworld, they've probably got it. It feels uniquely Seattle and it was a fun place to spend 20 minutes! We were looking for a hat specifically as it was stereotypically raining outside. The selection was rather vast and included bowlers hats, townie type caps and some boss level top hats! In the back, we even found an American flag themed Fedora for $5 - Win! While most of the stuff here isn't our dig, the place has a cool vibe, the employees were very chill and there was plenty to look at and try on, plus you'll probably find something you didn't know you needed.
