Ralph pulled at the tears, making one noticeably bigger, at first saying he could fix it. Then he changed his mind, saying he can't fix it because it's poor quality. But he kept pulling at the tears! I asked him to please stop making the tears worse if he wasn't going to fix them. He immediately got super aggressive with me. I had taken the jacket back by now, and he tried to grab it from me, snarling "I'll fix the mother fucker." By then I just wanted to get out of there. For a moment, I thought he was going to hit me when I wouldn't give him the jacket. If he had been closer to me in age and size, I'd have been genuinely worried. Eventually he just yelled at me to get out, which I was already trying to do. As I was leaving he suddenly said "have a nice day" as if some part of his brain remembered that it's bad business to curse out one's customers. I still cannot believe this happened. The selection was rather vast and included bowlers hats, townie type caps and some boss level top hats! In the back, we even found an American flag themed Fedora for $5 - Win!
