One of the most interesting buildings I have ever seen. Definitely leaves no doubt as to what business is housed within and stands apart from every other business on this famous stretch of Manhattan. Great concept and execution.

What an amazing and fun store! The interior is amazing, the associates are so friendly and fun and the selection is out of this world! I will definitely return!

Did you know Louis Vuitton's initial connection to New York began in 1898 in the U.S.? The actual first Louis Vuitton flagship store, at 1 East 57th Street, was built in 1980, and is currently going through a major renovation. If you haven't heard, the entire building is wrapped in a large scale LV monogram trunk replica standing at 240 ft tall. It's quite a sight to behold! In the meantime we can shop at their temporary address at 6 East 57th Street, which has a playful carousel theme. They also have a cafe. Let's go shopping!

For some reason most Luis Vuitton locations do not get great ratings. I had a 5 star experience and then some in the newer flagship location. I was greeted upon the third level by Timur was extremely accommodating. He did not apply any sales pressure and had my best interest in mind. He must have spent at least 2 hours with me. I was looking for several items including a travel bag. He gave me a guided tour of several of the floors including their flagship restaurant and chocolate store. Luis Vuitton did not spare any expense in constructing this massive location. They have just about everything you can image. Anything from clothing, travel bags, messenger bags for me, woman's hand bags which most people are famous with. They also have a high end line of dinnerware, glass where, gifts and cases. In my experience their products last and they take pride in service and restoration of any special pieces you have from them. They have engraving and customization if you want to take make your purchase stand out from the rest of the crowd. I would highly recommend you go to the flagship Luis Vuitton location and see Timur.

A very cool building design, outside shaped like their signature luggage/purse style in the shape of a traveling trunk, and across the street from another LV store on 57th St., this at the NE corner of 57th & 5th Avenue. Lots of tourists and visitors, photo-ops in the middle of the street... Heard this was temporary while their original building was undergoing some renovation, but this was a crazy wrap to do it...

Oh wow I can't say enough good things about this. Even if you're not a Louis Vuitton fan or purchaser, this building is unique and gorgeous. I was only able to go during the day, but photos of it at night are amazing as well, highly recommend. The actual store across the street is even more impressive and by far the nicest employees I have ever met. Would definitely return, and was thankful for everyone I encountered.

I love me some LV! And I just had to find the luggage boxes building which is basically hiding the construction that's taking place of the store. The store is currently located across the street from the luggage display. And the store is 4 floors!! The 4th floor is the LV cafe. We of course had to walk every floor and Omgosh how hard it was to resist getting something. They also do the stamping there should you want your goodies stamped. We were greeted when we came in and staff appeared to be readily available should service be needed. Nobody followed you or anything which was nice to just be able to walk around and browse.

One of the best Louis Vuitton boutiques I've visited in the USA. While it doesn't live up to its international shops, this NYC flagship store has levels and levels of luxury goods as well as a chocolate shop AND cafe upstairs...very impressive! The original boutique is being remodeled on Fifth Avenue and the facade is now a stack of LV luggage trunks, which proves to be eye-catching and bold. The temporary boutique is still as amazing with four floors of luxury handbags, luggage, jewelry, shoes, clothing, and more. My friend and I felt welcomed upon entrance and the LV ambassadors were helpful and always available. There is a lot to explore in this boutique so unless you are there for a specific, you'll want to spend more time in each department and even get personalization/engraving on items you buy. Each floor was flawless by design and there are both escalators and an elevator to use. This LV location is a great blend of retail, culture, and gastronomy! The chocolates and the chocolate handbags are definitely something exquisite as well.

Visited the store twice on my trip to NYC. On 1/19/2027, I had a great experience with my sales advisor. He wasn't pushy just wholesome and friendly. He helped me pick out my pieces. Later at the cafe enjoyed an amazing meal and great service. I have to admit the best part was being greeted outside by the security while we waited for an uber. His words were really warm and kind. He politely complimented my girlfriend and I. He was very kind and shared some words of wisdom that really left a warm and lasting impression on us. Made our night. He really should Be inside creating that experience with the customers. I appreciate nice interactions with kind people like him. I didn't catch his name but was a tall gentleman by the door when we left around 7pm, 1/19/2026, Monday. Thanks hope to return.

Wow! If you are a Louis Vuitton lover or just want to be amazed at a gorgeous store, then you must stop in here! I was blown away and didn't even check out all 4 floors as I spent quite a bit of time on one floor examining some pieces and enjoying our champagne! Associates are super friendly as well as fellow customers. A melting pot of clientele from tourists to your typical NYers to browsers and serious buyers . You can ask to see anything or try on anything. No one hovering over you but there is certainly security mixed in on every floor. We were running late due to Saturday traffic from Jersey to, but my S.A. left me in wonderful hands with his Manager checking in on me while I was able to browse and snap pics of whatever I wanted. The whole store was simply art. They even decorated building across the street to look like LV trunks and are amazingly gorgeous when lit up at night. So many people were taking pics and your usual influencers had to get their shots in. Overall we had a wonderful time and I couldn't leave without buying some of their chocolates. Of course products too ;) Next time we will reserve an appt for the cafe, but we were exhausted and parking isn't cheap. Closest lot costs $61 for SUV for 2.5hrs and not including tunnel fee and congestion fee off 42nd. I had my passport covers and luggage tags stamped with Statue of Liberty as well as my initials free of charge. Got some exclusive items only available to this flagship and had shipped home to save on tax. They are all so accommodating and wonderful! I highly recommend you pop in if you are in the area to add to your lifetime experiences!

Louis Vuitton is putting a lot of effort and details behind their stores' decoration, configuration, light, etc. During a recent trip to NYC, I stopped by the LV flagship store which is going through renovation and they have wrapped the building completely making look like their iconic pieces of luggage. This is really unique and whether I'm going to buy something or not, I had to stop by. The store relocated to another location on 57th St, just diagonally-across from the flagship store. It's impressive all the decoration they come up with even though it is temporarily, from the giraffe and flamingo on the front to old car inside to all the other decoration throughout the store including the new cafe located at the 4th floor. It's a beautiful store altogether.

Cannot wait for the new space to open that will be right across the street but for now the space we checked out had four levels with the last level being where they sold chocolate which is a first and the cafe which you need reservations. They sell a wide variety of items for men and woman or just to window shop and stop in for free AC

We came here last Saturday for dinner, excited to experience the Louis Vuitton ambiance--and it did not disappoint. Initially, we had hoped to walk in and have lunch after our purchase, assuming that, as customers, we would be able to get a table. However, the restaurant was fully booked at the time, so we made a reservation three weeks in advance. I guess to guarantee a table, a reservation is essential. Inside, the restaurant is stylish and beautifully decorated, with intricate details that highlight the Louis Vuitton brand. The atmosphere and aesthetics are elegant. All the food and drinks we ordered were delicious, beautifully presented with a sophisticated touch - many featuring the signature Louis Vuitton monogram pattern. The attention to detail in the plating elevated the dining experience, making it both visually stunning and indulgent. For appetizers, we had: Tuna tartare with gaufrette - The tuna was incredibly fresh and flavorful, while the crispy waffle added the perfect crunchy contrast to the silky tartare. Monogram flower ravioli - standout dish in both taste and presentation. A must-try! For entrées: I chose the Scallop soufflé - light and airy, yet packed with a luxurious depth of flavor. The golden ossetra caviar added a briny burst that paired beautifully with the silky champagne emulsion. The balance of flavors was impeccable. My boyfriend ordered the Filet mignon bœuf, and he enjoyed it. However, the portion was quite small for the price, which left him wanting more. For a side dish, he had the Pomme mousseline Louis Vuitton - very tender and buttery, with a delicious truffle flavor that took it to the next level. We also ordered wine to accompany our meal, which was a great choice. For dessert, we shared the Chocolate entremet cake and tried their signature coffee--both were excellent. Once again, the presentation was stunning and very Instagram-worthy. Additionally, we were served complimentary bread and butter at the start of the meal. While I usually enjoy fresh bread, this one didn't stand out--it was too sour for my taste. The service was warm, welcoming and friendly, but a little slow - even though the restaurant wasn't particularly busy. There were noticeable waits between courses, which made the pacing feel a bit off. (Or maybe the portions were just so tiny that we finished them too quickly! ). Dining here is definitely more about the experience than just the food. The café is worth visiting at least once for its ambiance, exquisite presentation, and attention to detail. The food was top-notch--refined, flavorful, and beautifully crafted--but given the pricing, the portions could be more generous.

Many of the items were missing buttons and they don't come with replacements. The store is quite small and has limited inventory, as well. If anything, it may be worth going in to confirm your sizing, but I'd rather shop at another boutique or online. I ended up having to go through corporate for a resolution for an item that ripped right after I bought it, after this boutique never returned my calls and was unhelpful and curt over the phone when I finally reached them. The experience and quality is H&M, but the pricing is at a premium. While I'll probably buy from MM la fleur again, it won't be at this boutique, which is a shame because it's the closest to my home and work.

MM Lafleur's stuff is overpriced and basic, but I can count on it to fit me well. I ordered $2K of stuff and paid extra for expedited shipping. I just wanted a simple solution and was willing to pay $ for it. Fedex then refused to deliver to my address because I had forgotten the unit number. After waiting 45 minutes on hold with them, I confirmed my name , contact info and the order number, and called from the phone number on the package, but they refused to deliver. (I gave them the correct unit number, or gave them the option of leaving it inside of a locked gate at that address they had access to, but they refused). I contacted MM Lafleur via email hoping they could make it right, but they basically shrugged their shoulders and said 'we've processed your refund, you should have your money back in 7-10 days.' They claimed that Fedex said I refused the package, which couldn't be farther from the truth. I'm going to be working all weekend and don't have the time to go on a shopping trip. I would happily go to a Fedex location to pick it up, happily arrange to be outside the front address when it's delivered. Insult to injury, they said -- 'please update your address so this doesn't happen with future orders.' Sometimes people make mistakes with addresses, I've never had a Company refuse to contact the carrier to make an update. Just laziness with a side of "not my problem" attitude. It didn't seem like MM's customer service bothered to read my email and wasn't interested in engaging. (Maybe they're using AI instead of employees, who knows). Maybe their reps are paid based on how quickly they "resolve" cases. I know I shouldn't be shocked by crappy customer service, but I've had better experiences with Spirit Airlines. MM LaFleur -- do better.

We made a significant purchase. ($3.000) The very next day many of the items purchased went on sale. I was notified of the sale via emails direct from Alice & Olivia. Sadly, I left town and could not assist with the adjustment. I asked my daughter to return to the store for an adjustment since it was less than 12 hours since our initial purchase. She went to the store for an adjustment with her receipt. The store manager, Danni gave my daughter the run around regarding her adjustment. She was told she needed the receipt and the clothing. My daughter had to return to the store again with the receipt and clothing in hand the next day. Danni gave her the run around again. She did not want to honor the adjustment but finally did. I had to call and speak with Danni on the phone to make this happen. Danni said she was following store policy. I googled the store adjustment policy and it lists a 7 day adjustment policy. The adjustments we were requesting was day # 2 & # 3 after the sale. The worst part about this whole experience is my daughter is physically handicapped. She had to make two additional trips to the store for an adjustment. As a mother of a handicapped daughter, this shocked me at how insensitive Danni handled the entire situation. Danni can see my daughter is physically handicapped! If the adjustment return policy is to have the receipt and clothing in hand it should be listed on the A &O website. It is not. I feel Danni needs sensitivity training. She could have handled the adjustment request much differently especially seeing my daughter is handicapped. This will be the last time I purchase anything from this location. The purchase which was a good experience turned into an awful one.
