Brenda is always so helpful and friendly. I love the quick service, the ease of the drive up window, and the prices are more than fair. Never had an issue here. read more

Long time customer (3+ years)! Super consistent, reliable, and fast! Highly recommend!

I've been a customer here for years and the service is always excellent. I wouldn't think of taking my clothes anywhere else.

Great customer service! The owner Is so sweet & so helpful. They have good prices compared to other places in the area. I highly recommend this place. read more

If you're going to be rude, at least be cheap and transparent. A wash for 1 pant ticketed at $3.49 went up to $10. Apparently because of a $10 minimum on card payments that I wasn't told about until pickup and payment. read more

You can improve by having representatives represent you in a professional way. I've been living in the area for about two months and hadn't noticed this cleaner before. I've actually been driving to The Woodlands for my dry cleaning, so when I saw this place while sitting at a red light, I figured I'd give them a try. I called around 6:55 AM to check what time they open so I could plan a drop-off on my way to work. When I asked what time they open in the morning, I was told "right now." I asked again to confirm if that meant around 6:45 AM, and the response was still "right now." After asking a third time for a clear opening time, I was then told they don't open until 7:00 AM. It was a simple question, and the back-and-forth made the interaction unnecessarily confusing and frustrating--especially that early in the morning. I ended up deciding not to use their services. I did read previous reviews beforehand and, unfortunately, this experience aligned with some of the concerns others have mentioned. read more

Took a designer leather lambskin skirt in for cleaning. The skirt is valued at $1,100. When I went to pick up the skirt I was informed they did not know the skirt was leather and used the wrong cleaning process. the skirt was basically destroyed. I then requested fair compensation to replace the item and was told I will need to sue them in smalls claims court. I asked for their general liability insurance to file a claim due to the value of the destroyed property, and I was informed they are not insured - I'm going to have to literally sue them in smalls claims court. If you value your clothes do NOT bring them here. read more

DONT TRUST THEM!! This place gotta be a joke. I had a custom WHITE button down shirt pressed my this cleaners for a very special event and they completely ruined the shirt by putting a big BLACK iron mark across the front of it. When I picked the shirt up they crossed the arms of the shirt across the chest area where the burn mark was so that I wouldn't see it. Once I got home I noticed it and I didn't have time to run to get a replacement shirt! This place lacks integrity and I'll never return for them to servive me again. What they can do is refund me my money ASAP read more

Customer service is beyond terrible, it's non existent. The employees are rude. I wasn't surprised to see all the negative reviews quite frankly. For me to take the time to do a negative review, goes to show how unprofessional this place is. I will not be back. read more

They open at 7:00 AM. I got there at 7, had to wait until 8:30 for the owner to show up so that I could get my clothes back because apparently they have to be there to handle money. Will not be coming back. read more

Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service. I don't know if she is the owner, but the Asian lady who is always there is SO rude! No hello when you arrive and no thank you when you leave! Today I went to the drive thru to pick up my dry cleaning, and she hands my clothes to me through the driver's window! Then had the gall to ask "oh did you want them in the backseat?!" Really! I have had enough of her rudeness and refuse to continue to give my hard earned money to such a rude and nasty person! read more

Please change the business hours. They are never open when it's stated. This is not good business.

The staff at this cleaners are extremely rude. No hello when you enter. No smile, no civility whatsoever. ‍‍They act like it's an imposition to ask for your number to locate your order. When they bring the clothes, they hang them and turn away. God forbid they have to say thank you for your business. The most rude employees. I will never return or refer people to them. So sad. read more

instead of closing the dry cleaners to go pick up your kid, you leave someone in charge that can't do anything. tells me to come back in a half hour, come back in a half hour and had to wait longer. keep in mind my order has been paid and ready for two days. I just moved to Spring, TX and Louetta Dry Cleaners is 5 minutes from my new home so I thought I would give them a try in replacing a broken zipper on a brand-new duvet cover - did not required cleaning, just repair/replace the zipper. The young African/American lady who took in my duvet cover gave me a receipt for $13.00 ($14.01 with taxes) and told me it would be ready for pick-up in 2 days. I picked the duvet-cover this morning and was told by who seemed to be the owner (Chinese lady) that the girl was new and did not know the prices and that in fact, the cost was $30 +tax ($31.55) and that she did not bother to call and tell me because she assumed that I would realize that $13 was not enough for the work at hand... Having been in the legal profession for a long time, I was inclined to argue with her that what she was doing was against the law. You cannot give a receipt for $13 and then change your mind and charge $30! and even if it is your employee's mistake, you should assume the responsibility and not the client. I paid the $31.55 because I did not have time to argue with this lady who seemed to really not care but I will take my business elsewhere. So should everybody else... read more

I needed my massive wedding dress cleaned and put away because it was taking up too much room in my closet. I came here and they said no problem! They cleaned it so well to where it's good as new and put it in a beautiful box. I thought it was just going to be a cardboard box but this is beautiful! I still get to look at it without having to take it out. I recommend anyone who has a dress laying around to do this! read more

Avoid this crappy laundry. Chinese proverb ... "good things not cheap, cheap things not good" applies here. Gave an expensive outfit for dry cleaning, the misfits washed it instead. Ruined it totally. Unless you want your laundry messed up these guys do a wonderful job at it. My recommendation: Spare a dollar or two extra for a professional laundry. read more

Amazing prices, amazing service, amazing work. Been going to them for over 10 years. Not one complaint. Highly recommend this business!!

I've used Louetta dry clean a couple of times. The prices are pretty reasonable, but not great. They are located close to the house which is the main reason we use them. They have a drive thru which is nice. The line moves pretty fast and you are in and out quickly. I can't remember exactly what happened, but we ended up with store credit some way. I will keep using them until our free cleaning is out, then try to find another dry cleaner. There has to be better out there than this. read more

I no longer drive past the exit to Louetta, however I still drive from The Woodlands to use their dry cleaning services. I have never had any complaints in all the years I have been going, 12 or 13 years. They know the starch my husband wants, no creases in his casual slacks and all of my sweaters folded on a hanger. Nothing ever damaged and it comes back looking great. Now, do they have that little attention to detail, like replacing missing buttons, no., but for the price we pay, it is worth me doing that odd missing button on my husband's shirts. If they say they will have it ready the same day, I know the clothes are there anytime after 5:30p which now means I pick them up the next day because I don't have that drive in to work. I look at some of the other reviews and see people who only have written one or two reviews who have berated them, I am a long time customer and will continue to be. read more

I used their services for over two years however towards the end their service was very poor. In one instance my shirt was not ready after a week and it was apparently due to a stain they needed to remove. The shirt was brand new so I am not sure what stain they were referring too. In another occasion they gave my clothes to another individual who had the same sur name but different first name. To top it off I had to pay full price and return once my clothes was returned. Definitely lost my business due to lack of customer service. read more

The first two months I brought shirts here things were fine. I was excited since my last dry cleaner had lost a shirt. My last trip here consisted on one shirt ripped which they said was caused by moths and after further inspection of shirts from the same batch we found other shirts damaged. I am picking up one of the damaged shirts right now that they said they would look at and call me. It has been two weeks and I have received no call from a manager. Maybe some day I can find a dry cleaner who I can trust with my clothes. I won't be coming back here. read more

Ruined a suit of mine with black stains all over the front of it (looked like oil), & wouldn't refund the cost of the suit. They tried to give us a store credit but after ruining one expensive suit I would not be wiling to take more clothes there for them to ruin. DO NOT GO HERE! read more

If you want your clothes to stay rip free, go somewhere else. They Lose buttons and have no quality control. When I took a shirt they had ripped they refused to take responsibility saying it had been 48 hours even though the tag was on the shirt and the shirt had not been worn. If you use these shirt rippers make sure you take everything off the hanger and inspect the garment before leaving store. read more

Customer beware! Avoid like the plague if you want dry cleaners that keeps their word, because they don't. When a company has window signs indicating same day service, you would think if you drop off clothes in the morning before 8am that they would be cleaned in pressed by 6pm. That's is not the case at this location which the customer reps and the management states if you don't request same day service, then it won't be provided. Now there is no discounted fee for delayed laundry, or a sign posted anywhere in the building that spells out this policy. They simply don't care to the point managers won't return your call to discuss. If this was a one time instance of bad customer service I could justify it in my mind, but it's not. Customer beware, there is no sign or notice on your receipt that indicates there is a $10 dollar minimum to use your card. I don't like the policy but somewhat understand their logic. Tell someone when they drop off their clothes because it's safe to assume very few people pay cash at the dry cleaners. If you want your laundry cleaned go to a cleaners, if you want your laundry cleaned and an owner/management team that stands behind their brand. DONT EVER GO HERE!!!! read more

They just ruined my wife's sweater and told me to tell her, if you do not have the original receipt we cannot refund your loss. So unless you keep the receipt for every piece of clothing you own I would stay away from this place. I will be going there after the holidays and handing out copies of all these negative reviews so I can help others avoid being ripped off by this company. There are better cleaners do not use them. READ DOWN BELOW THE NUMBER OF BAD REVIEWS AND THAT SHOULD BE A GOOD ENOUGH WARNING FOR YOU. read more

If I could give this place zero stars I would! I understand mistakes and accidents happen so I let their mistakes slide not once, twice or three times...but four times! If you bring your clothes here, your buttons will break multiple times because they use too much heat on your clothes, and they will always "forget" to fix it. You won't realize buttons are missing until you're getting ready for work in the morning and have to change clothes. This has happened four different times. I would have to bring it back for them to fix and they'll still forget!!! 1) no refunds or discounts were given, 2) no manager or owner is available to speak to and 3) they give you an attitude in return. STAY AWAYYYYYYY FROM THIS PLACE. They don't respect your money, clothes or time. So don't give them your business! read more

Not 100% satisfied w their service. Their drive thru line is ridiculously slow! Was hoping to find a good location close to home w a drive thru, but not even worth the wait. There is a $10 minimum if you pay w a credit card then they say you will just have a credit if your bill is less, BUT the catch is YOU have to remember how much cause they will act like you have no credit. Oh and their work isn't all that great. Guess I'll have to find a new location. read more

DO NOT USE THEM!!!! I have used them for a while and have had slacks come up missing. A few months back I took a new beautiful pleated skirt in to be dry cleaned. I picked tht skirt up & it had oil looking stains on it~Skirt ruined. Yesterday I picked up laundry & the guy ask me "is this your sweater, we didn't want to give it away". Just silly, unorganized & unprofessional. Yes, it was my sweater. He returns, "we have a sweater that's not ready yet, the sweater has a hole in it" I was livid!!!! A brand new Philip Lim sweater destroyed & their only reply is, "you brought it in like this". THE CUSTOMER SERVICE & the Work they do is a ZERO! They are the worst cleaners I've ever used. One mess up is normal in any business but consistent mess ups is unacceptable & pure laziness! They have No regard for the customer! They'll never get another $1 from me. read more

Great place, good location, and great prices. I send all my dry cleaning, dress clothes, and wives dresses here. I would recommend anyone to go somewhere else for dry cleaning service. My family had been going there for about 6 months. Every couple of weeks we would get shirts back not pressed properly-no big deal we would take it back and they would repress it. Then one day we picked up our dry cleaning and one shirt had all these dark stains (spotted) on the front. We brought it to their attention and immediately they said that had to have been there before. Well it wasn't like that when it was dropped off. They said they would fix it but the stains never came out. We spoke with the manager and he essentially said they were there from the beginning. It's hard to believe but he wouldn't even compensate in the slightest for the shirt. I am sure he never even saw the shirt prior to it in its final state. He even said we could take out business elsewhere and he could care less (this is without us saying we would even do that). HORRIBLE customer service to say the least. The crazy part was we weren't even looking for much back, it was an old shirt to begin with. The principal of the matter though still deems this business and its ownership as an untrustworthy establishment. If they can't even fess up and try to make amends for their fault they shouldn't even be in business. Added on top of that this isn't the way you speak to your customers. Use their service at your own risk. read more

Wish I had seen these reviews before using them to clean my son's coat. The coat came back with an impriint like the front part of an iron [was located front left]. Left the coat for them to correct it. On inspection after the "correction", the stain was worse plus whitish areas across the top back and two horizontal whitish streaks on the middle back. Again left it. Young lady said I would have to talk to the manager who would be in in the AM. Manager [Andy] was very rude and said the stain was there to begin with, but he would clean it again. My son was flying out in the afternoon. When we returned to the cleaners, the stain was no better, but now the zipper for the coat liner was nonfunctional, i.e. could not get the zipper to attach. Andy worked on it and then told my son to take it and work on it. Think he wanted us to leave, however we remained in the cleaners while working on it. Finally, Andy said he would get his alterations person to come in and fix the zipper. We picked up the coat, the zipper was 'fixed'; stains no better. Guess we should have checked the outer zipper--my son in Boston now tells me the outer zipper is broken. Would we recommend this cleaners? Not even if you were our worst enemy. read more
