It's a bio-synchronization bed therapy session promoting the body's healing ability. Once I arrived, I was welcomed with a smile and was given a great tour of their facility. I have to admit, I was transported to a core memory of my youth's first experience of Epcot Center and their Innovation Land. The center is very serene and futuristic in feel. The ambiance is immediately set and you are transported from the busy hustle and bustle streets and lifestyle of Miami. Once my tour concluded I was prepped for my session and surrendered to the peace. I laid back, dark glasses on and meditation music radiating through the headphones. As the minutes progressed I coukd feel myself drifting and getting immersed in the experience. Once my 30mins ended I did not want to leave. I felt relaxed and my body regenerated. As I walked back to my car I could feel the positive effects of my session. I look forward to experiencing again.

But I still bought a package a few months ago, to date myself to do it. It took me a few weeks but I finally made it in today. I walked in to a pleasant gal who confirmed we would do a tour since it was my first time. There was a nice waiting room in the front, that a person to grab a beverage from their fridge and relax before or after. She then went over the room and the details of the whole process. It was expected to show before and after which was in the same room. The whole set up was quite nice. The room had one soft light and a speaker system. Both systems ran on 1 on and off button that could be found even in the dark next to the water tank I settled in and turned off the light, but let the ambiance music play. It was impressive that the high salt content had me. Early floating on top of the water. It was an interesting hour. There were a few moments where I was really floating in time and space, disconnected from everything. It's was a unique feeling for sure. The hour was neither quick nor long. I was fine when the system let me know the time was up. I'm glad I did it, and plan to be back again soon.

Mindy gave me at my foot massage for an hour and proceeded my back with my feet soaked which is the usual ritual. She then sat me back on the very comfortable chair and I dozed off as she massaged and gave me reflexology on my feet, which was absolutely wonderful. She had a strong grip and that's my preference. She kept asking me " is this okay this is okay" and of course it was okay so that was a little distracting at times. But she was very sweet about it I was just in deep slumber. She was massaging my foot with one hand and taking money out of my wallet with the other. I went to the ATM across the street just before going in there. I withdrew $240, counted it and put it in my wallet. When I got up from the massage, I opened my wallet and there was only $200 left in there. I was going to leave her a really good tip, but she helped herself to it.
