I left feeling so reinvigorated in every aspect possible- this was so interesting as I went in planning on having a massage body & mind completely recharged. It felt like I had a massage but also so much more. ---- The only grievance I would like to raise nothing to do with service only the venu. The walls are quite thin, and when people walk through the building, speaking loudly, it can be very distracting and detracts from the experience. I hope they resolve this by reminding all who enter to use inside voices at the check-in, or adding sound proofing.

Natasha gave me a tour on my first visit, and explained every piece of equipment they offer. Every room is clean, and the machines look new. I would love to update my review as I try different equipment (salt room, compression therapy, etc). I was very interested in Cryo for its many benefits (anti-aging, metabolism boosting, mood enchanter to name a few). This facility provides all necessary Amenities (mittens, robe, slippers, etc) to make your Cryo experience pleasant .... You can just show up! As a fun bonus, you get to pick a song to listen to as you emerge into -160 degrees of cryotherapy. After 3 minutes, you come out feeling rejuvenated! What's makes Boca Cryo different is that it's not liquid nitrogen gas - - but "cold air" that is FDA approved. After the Cryo chamber, I was led by the lovely staff for my Cryo facial. This pleasant facial stimulates collagen, eliminates fine lines, and helps improve skin texture to say the least. And best part, it's not an invasive procedure! I loved the relaxation room with the salt wall. They also offer a steam room, sauna, and Whirlpool. They have something I've never seen before called a Vichy shower. I do warn whoever comes here though if you CAN NOT lie flat for an extended period of time (1 hour and 15 mins for the Japanese head spa), the session may be uncomfortable for you. I did have a pillow roll placed under my knees for comfort as I do have some back pain. Millie's hands were glorious!!! The facial and scalp massage were so incredibly relaxing I almost fell asleep. The serene music that is playing along with the dim lighting for ambiance creates the perfect atmosphere to drift away toward a land of relaxation! The session starts off with aromatherapy and then moves to the facial portion. The scalp massage is also mixed in as well. I loved the shoulder, upper chest and neck massage as well. For my scalp, I do remember the spider like device being used, vibration therapy and multiple washes and rinses. I left the spa feeling so extremely calm and ready for bed. Millie also blow dried and braided my hair too. The before and after photos of my scalp were astounding! The difference was unbelievable. In addition, before I walked out, I had a choice of some snacks and drinks from a refrigerator which I very much appreciated. I love this place so much, can't wait to bring my mom for her birthday!
