They did a wonderful job explaining how this worked and making us comfortable. The private room was nice. I rinsed off (recommend) before floating and it was just me and myself and I for an hour of solitary thought. It's salt water, so it getting in my eyes was awful, but the give you a squeeze bottle of clean water to rinse. After the float, I had a lovely shower and went on my way.
