This place is fine. The shower water (post float to get all the salt off ) wasn't warm enough in my opinion.

Upon arrival, I was greeted by signs marking 'parking for Cold Plunge guests.' Given the possible busy nature of the parking lot, it's reassuring to know that there's no need to walk very far and worry about parking! Once inside, I was impressed by the new and polished gym. This rather spacious room leads to the tubs and sauna area, which are located near the employee's office. Upon entering, I received a welcome from the knowledgeable and very kind staff. They answered all my questions about how cold water therapy works, providing me with a strong understanding. Their understanding not only of the physiological component but also the mental one blew me away! I decided to take the plunge! Having never done this before, I spent about three minutes in the cold water the first time. The experience was certainly unique. The staff was incredibly helpful in coaching me and explaining how to control my breathing. By the second time, I had a better understanding, thanks to their help. The sauna was a great bonus and a lovely place to relax. Restrooms and fresh towels were readily available. The entire building was clean and well-organized. After some small talk with the staff, I learned that this is the first Cold Plunge facility in South Florida, with more to come possibly. Here's to looking forward to more plunges in 2024 and beyond!

Although the event was just for the red light therapy and compressions, the manager allowed us to try almost all of their core sessions. I got to try the cryotherapy, red light therapy, and compression. I also got a tour of the sauna. The cryotherapy had to be my favorite experience! Me and one other yelper stood in the cyro chamber for 3 minutes in -145 degrees. I was really scared to do it at first but the manager explained exactly how it would feel and told me that I can step out at any moment if I don't feel comfortable. I'm so glad I did it! I would love to come back just for the cryotherapy chamber.

I could tell there was some tension between her and another associate who went off to lunch. This manner is uncalled for, and I shouldn't have to tolerate being treated unfairly due to staff shortages or disagreements. Compression you can do your legs or arms for 30 minutes-1 hour. I chose my legs for 30-minutes. You will use two sleeves for your legs. This felt like controlled pressure on/off of my legs. The listed benefits are Improved lymphatic function and circulation, reduced muscle aches and pain. Improved flexibility and mobility, Increased athletic performance and reduced recovery time. Red light therapy is for 20-minutes and you have the option to wear the complimentary eye covers but it's recommending to just soak in the red light during the treatment. After both sessions I felt relaxed and my muscles felt good. I've been working out every day and I've been feeling sore and a bit fatigued. Hoping I can sleep better after the treatments. The facility itself is spacious and clean. There's light music and tv's displaying scenic views throughout the building. There's complimentary water + blankets if needed. This location is conveniently located in the Joseph's market plaza, so it's plenty of parking.

The studio is gorgeous, clean, and has a lovely little shop with fun finds, prepared food, and smoothies. They use Manduka mats and blocks, which are simply the best in the industry, and you can rent or bring your own mat and towel. The teacher, Alina, was confident and wonderfully cued throughout the Vinyasa class. She kept the focus where it belongs, on the practice itself, without filling the room with philosophical monologues. That made all the difference in being able to truly go inward and stay present with my breath. The studio also has a beautiful full length mirror wall, which is fantastic if you like to check your alignment. Parking is available at the studio, though I found a spot down the street with no trouble at all. The room temperature was a touch mild for my personal taste, but I still worked up a solid sweat and reached for my hand towel more than once! Everyone there was genuinely warm and welcoming, and the whole aesthetic is just beautiful. Nothing cookie cutter about it. Bespoke, intentional, and a total vibe. This one is worth your time.

We enjoyed the private room for the infrared sauna and cold plunge, although very small...barely enough room for us both to dress and undress. We have one at home that goes up to 120 degrees, and we are both sweating after 15 mins, so it is not accurate. I'd be interested in trying other services. This was my profoundly disappointing lived experience. 1. There was no wheatgrass! 2. There were no broccoli sprouts! 3. There was no E3Live 4. Don't drink the water!!! It's dispensed full of visible sediment - only explanation provided is that the dispensers are new and staff didn't clean them properly 5. The administration and staff is comprised of FEAR-MONGERS, EMOTIONAL ABUSERS and PRETENDERS parading as healers and PROFITEERS, preying on a vulnerable population of severely ill people, dangling health in front of them like a coveted carrot. 6. During week 3 of 4 they completely flipped the highly restrictive life-saving diet protocol, citing new research on late-stage cancer from their Harvard-trained medical director (this sort of lack of consistency between staff members plagued my entire experience). The place has no leadership. But here's the most concerning part: 1.Following a 25 minute therapy session (part of the program curriculum) As he rushed me out of the office for his next appointment Mr. Andy Toman advised me to divorce my husband (also the devoted caretaker of myself and our two young children). When I expressed resistance he shot back, "Well, do you want to die?" 2. At my exit interview, Director Anna Maria Clement informed me (based upon bloodwork and the results of a 5 minute Heart Rate Variability test) that my energy reserves had been totally depleted during my time at Hippocrates and my body no longer held the capacity to heal! This of course, was due to the conventional cancer treatments I had opted into prior to my time at Hippocrates. It was a disgusting way of discarding me. Upon leaving Hippocrates and after strictly following their protocol for two months I was rushed to the hospital for the extraction of an emergent tumor and declared malnourished. I would not entrust anyone's health to these people who are "healthier than thou" and therefore, according to themselves, will never experience illness.

We arrived on a Friday afternoon in June around 1:30pm, with appointments for 6 booked in advance with the spa about 1 month prior. The actual treatments started between 2:30-3pm, though we arrived earlier in advance based on the spa's directions and also bc we wanted to have time to spend in the jacuzzi, sauna and steam room prior to our treatments. The staff was very friendly and helpful at reception and after checking us in, started the afternoon with a candle-lighting ceremony to release our stresses and prepare for a restorative environment, followed by a tour of the facilities. We then got changed in the locker area and headed inside. They provided a glass of champagne at the time, and lounge areas to sit and relax while not in the jacuzzi area. Unfortunately it was raining outside when we went so we couldn't enjoy the garden area (I really wanted to try the swings, they looked fun lol), but our entire party agreed the service and experience was fabulous. They allowed us to individually pay for each service although we had made the total booking together. When we went maybe bc it was a weekday it wasn't too crowded, there were a couple parties that arrived after us. It didn't feel like we had to wait around for space to open up. I didn't order food here so can't comment on that. Sounds like they've enacted a no photography policy inside the spa since I visited, which makes sense given the sensitive nature of changing areas, and I've been to other spas since then where this is the case. I can see why it could be a privacy concern, and not everyone has the same level of discretion in what's posted online.
