This place is fine. The shower water (post float to get all the salt off ) wasn't warm enough in my opinion.

Upon arrival, I was greeted by signs marking 'parking for Cold Plunge guests.' Given the possible busy nature of the parking lot, it's reassuring to know that there's no need to walk very far and worry about parking! Once inside, I was impressed by the new and polished gym. This rather spacious room leads to the tubs and sauna area, which are located near the employee's office. Upon entering, I received a welcome from the knowledgeable and very kind staff. They answered all my questions about how cold water therapy works, providing me with a strong understanding. Their understanding not only of the physiological component but also the mental one blew me away! I decided to take the plunge! Having never done this before, I spent about three minutes in the cold water the first time. The experience was certainly unique. The staff was incredibly helpful in coaching me and explaining how to control my breathing. By the second time, I had a better understanding, thanks to their help. The sauna was a great bonus and a lovely place to relax. Restrooms and fresh towels were readily available. The entire building was clean and well-organized. After some small talk with the staff, I learned that this is the first Cold Plunge facility in South Florida, with more to come possibly. Here's to looking forward to more plunges in 2024 and beyond!

Front desk associate named, Desire Lopez was very rude. She kept rolling her eyes after every word…read more She also kept putting an emphasis on her being the "skin care girl so she doesn't know." I could tell there was some tension between her and another associate who went off to lunch. This manner is uncalled for, and I shouldn't have to tolerate being treated unfairly due to staff shortages or disagreements. Compression you can do your legs or arms for 30 minutes-1 hour. I chose my legs for 30-minutes. You will use two sleeves for your legs. This felt like controlled pressure on/off of my legs. The listed benefits are Improved lymphatic function and circulation, reduced muscle aches and pain. Improved flexibility and mobility, Increased athletic performance and reduced recovery time. Red light therapy is for 20-minutes and you have the option to wear the complimentary eye covers but it's recommending to just soak in the red light during the treatment. After both sessions I felt relaxed and my muscles felt good. I've been working out every day and I've been feeling sore and a bit fatigued. Hoping I can sleep better after the treatments. The facility itself is spacious and clean. There's light music and tv's displaying scenic views throughout the building. There's complimentary water + blankets if needed. This location is conveniently located in the Joseph's market plaza, so it's plenty of parking.

My first impression was, this place is soo clean and spacious! The infrared sauna was my first stop. The timing and heat was perfect. I felt the heat coming off of me and was completely bearable. My next stop was the infrared red light. This always makes me feel like I can see so much better afterwards. Definitely recommend this for so many reasons, from reducing inflammation to having healthier skin. I did the cryotherapy and just in case you're tired of cold plunges or just can't bare them (like me sometimes) this is a great alternative to get even more benefits since you breath in the air and it gets all over your body. Very powerful. The last thing I tried was the leg compressions. We hold so much pain from emotions in our hips and legs. This felt very therapeutic. They also have lots of iv therapy that I did not try. Overall, I would highly recommend this wellness center as they seem to cover almost all the basis.

The studio is gorgeous, clean, and has a lovely little shop with fun finds, prepared food, and smoothies. They use Manduka mats and blocks, which are simply the best in the industry, and you can rent or bring your own mat and towel. The teacher, Alina, was confident and wonderfully cued throughout the Vinyasa class. She kept the focus where it belongs, on the practice itself, without filling the room with philosophical monologues. That made all the difference in being able to truly go inward and stay present with my breath. The studio also has a beautiful full length mirror wall, which is fantastic if you like to check your alignment. Parking is available at the studio, though I found a spot down the street with no trouble at all. The room temperature was a touch mild for my personal taste, but I still worked up a solid sweat and reached for my hand towel more than once! Everyone there was genuinely warm and welcoming, and the whole aesthetic is just beautiful. Nothing cookie cutter about it. Bespoke, intentional, and a total vibe. This one is worth your time.

You can't beat the fresh, ABUNDANT (raw, vegan) organic sprouts salad bar and fresh juices - just... amazing! ;-) Grown right on site in their gardens and greenhouses. SO FRESH! LOVED IT! ;-) RIGHT AWAY (as it's FREE ;-) but first-come/first-served): check out a bike for the duration of your stay. You can walk the whole place easy but it was like being a kid on summer vacation! ;-) Biking from my bungalow to the swimming pool! What's not to love?! ;-) Saunas in the rooms. So convenient. They offer a spectrum of different spa services, healing modalities and educational and fitness classes that range the gamut from amazing to... questionably quirky. ;-) It's gotten quite expensive. But I learned so much: it definitely improved my knowledge and changed a lot of elements of my lifestyle (for good).

When we followed up ourselves, it became obvious this organization is completely dysfunctional. No one knows what they handle, and we were endlessly shuffled between departments that contradicted one another and took zero responsibility. Near the end, we were informed that services we were explicitly promised - and paid for - were suddenly "no longer available." That alone is unacceptable. Mary, who answers the phone, is consistently rude and dismissive. Juan Carlos, the Sales Director, is astonishingly ineffective - he speaks as if he understands, yet nothing is ever followed through. This is not a misunderstanding; it is gross incompetence. This business advertises peace and wellness. What it delivers is stress, wasted time, and financial loss. We will be escalating this through the appropriate channels.

4.5. This review is well overdue since it's been several years since I came here on a girls trip,…read morethough overall the experience was positive. We arrived on a Friday afternoon in June around 1:30pm, with appointments for 6 booked in advance with the spa about 1 month prior. The actual treatments started between 2:30-3pm, though we arrived earlier in advance based on the spa's directions and also bc we wanted to have time to spend in the jacuzzi, sauna and steam room prior to our treatments. The staff was very friendly and helpful at reception and after checking us in, started the afternoon with a candle-lighting ceremony to release our stresses and prepare for a restorative environment, followed by a tour of the facilities. We then got changed in the locker area and headed inside. They provided a glass of champagne at the time, and lounge areas to sit and relax while not in the jacuzzi area. Unfortunately it was raining outside when we went so we couldn't enjoy the garden area (I really wanted to try the swings, they looked fun lol), but our entire party agreed the service and experience was fabulous. They allowed us to individually pay for each service although we had made the total booking together. When we went maybe bc it was a weekday it wasn't too crowded, there were a couple parties that arrived after us. It didn't feel like we had to wait around for space to open up. I didn't order food here so can't comment on that. Sounds like they've enacted a no photography policy inside the spa since I visited, which makes sense given the sensitive nature of changing areas, and I've been to other spas since then where this is the case. I can see why it could be a privacy concern, and not everyone has the same level of discretion in what's posted online.

Also, they allow you to use all of the facilities the entire day, so keep that in mind. The massage was $240 plus tip and tax (FYI). They suggest you arrive 30-45 min early. This is because they want to give you a tour of the facilities and a glass of bubbles before your massage. We came to the resort early, but went to Pulpo for lunch. Anyway, they gave us candles to put in their little well to make a wish and showed us to the locker rooms. They have a their own restaurant, so you can order lunch in your robes if you like! The massage itself was okay. It seemed short, but the masseuse was extremely professional and very hospitable. However, the facilities are awesome. We enjoyed lounging outside on the swings and couches, the whirlpools and saunas and the comfortable relaxing massing chairs inside. The staff was also very friendly and kind!
