I was super excited to come here and experience salt therapy. I brought my toddler and baby and had a little playdate with my friend and her toddler. The kids room is so wonderful, a huge selection of toys to play with plus a tv on the wall. It gets intense after a bit but in a good way. I really enjoyed my time there and so did my son. We left covered in salt, my son look pretty hilarious, but it all came off easily. The young guy working there was super nice and had a great energy about him. The owner, Vinny, was sweeping up and introduced himself, which I appreciated. They're a bit of a drive from me and a little pricey so I'm not sure a membership makes sense for my needs but I certainly enjoyed my visit and would really love to return read more

The Salt Suite offers memberships and throws events and special guests every so often to continue the balance. My favorite concept is every hour the rooms get cleaned up and ready for next guests to come and heal. Visiting The Salt Suite Lake Worth with my girlfriend was an exceptional experience. I'll just say that we're both nurses(iykyk). The serene atmosphere immediately put us at ease, and the young lady that helped us was very welcoming and soft spoken. I would recommend dressing really comfortable as the session we picked was 45 minutes long. You can either wear long pants or shorts depending on your preference. I wore a light weight gym set which was very comfy, and because the salt will get on you. But you can wear what makes you comfortable. You need socks before you enter the rooms! My suggestion would be to bring a pair of socks however, they do offer socks there for a small fee of $4.00. You should also bring a blanket for your own comfort. If you have belongings they do give an option to place them in a locker and you take the key with you. This was very convenient as I had personal belongings with me. Also the young lady gave us a pair of headphones with an iPod to listen to gamma breathing audio or calming music, your preference. As we settled into the comfortable leather chairs in the salt-filled room, the calming environment allowed me to drift into a peaceful sleep, from which my girlfriend ended up waking me. This relaxation is a common benefit of halo therapy, as the tranquil setting helps reduce stress levels. Halo therapy, or salt therapy, offers several health advantages. We used to come to this salt place with my kids when we lived close by. Very relaxing environment, staff has always been nice, kind and attentive. Miss this place, since we moved, not every town has similar salt suite where customers are treated right, with kindness like at this place. This is my first time in salt therapy. I had no idea what to expect. When I first walked in, I was greeted by Kayla. She was lovely. I filled out some basic info and then was lead to the room. There are locked cubbies for your belongings and you are asked to wear socks onto the salt room. Upon entering I choked just a bit from the salt. After that I chose a very comfy chair and just sat here. Within minutes my nose began to run. It's very quiet and peaceful. After a while I began to get a headache. Soon after, my nostrils began to burn. Now in all fairness, I have Sjögren's syndrome so my eyes, mouth and nose are incredibly dry to begin. It is definitely clearing my sinuses. My lips taste like salt. It was so peaceful that I almost fell asleep! What a wonderful and new experience. Edit: I had no idea how covered in salt you get. Wow!! First of all walking in it has such a nice right aroma, and everything is so nice and clean. Kayla was the attendance at the front desk and she was absolutely fantastic. She took a very very good care of me as soon as I walked in it was pleasant, and she explained everything to me. She showed me where to go, and where to put everything in how to just sit and relax, and she put me in a chair closest to the vent that the salt was coming out of it and I really am appreciative of that. The type of care he could tell, was very genuine and compassionate, and she was extremely helpful. Kayla is wonderful. I bought a shower bomb to bring home with eucalyptus and I just used it and it was absolutely a wonderful aroma, to it to add to my bathroom. I came to their Margarita/mimosa Dead Sea spa night party and it was a lot of fun. It was only $30 a person to test out a bunch of cleansing products and then spend some time in the salt room. Snacks and drinks were served and we got a small take home gift. It was a bit crowded for being such a small place but it was a good time. The facials felt more like a promotional advertisement but they didn't really pressure you to buy anything. The salt room was also very relaxing. We were in the kids room due to the lack of space and it kind of smelled like feet which I didn't love. Overall a fun and unique event. I'd come back for another event like this one. Today, the day before Mother's Day I decided to go to the Salt Suite to replenish a couple of their skincare products that I became addicted to. They are MI - Mindful Minerals - a brand which is only sold in boutique specialty stores such as this. The hyaluronic acid serum and the moisturizing facial & eye cream products are amazing. After less than 5 weeks of using them day and night, there is a visible difference in my skin. So while I was there, I decided to use one of my salt sessions. I can't believe how relaxing that hour was. I was in a very comfortable chair with headphones teaching me the gamma breathing techniques. Then extremely soothing music was playing for at least 45 more minutes before the session ended. I almost fell asleep which is how relaxed I felt. There was a sample of coconut scrub which I tried in the bathroom. Omg my hands were so smooth and moisturized and the scent was delicious. So of course I purchased that for me and a gift for my daughter in law. It's nice to treat yourself once in a while because we live in very stressful times. Wow, was I impressed. I've been in salt saunas before and always wondered why you'd want to sit in an unheated salt room. Little did I know tiny particles of salt are dispersed throughout the room as you breathe them in. It was so relaxing! The owner was a delight as he answered all of my questions and booked me same day over the phone. I fell asleep for a while during the 45 minutes session. I requested to be in the longer that had the strongest salt flow. About 15 minutes in, I decided to move chairs and it was easier to breath. I'm glad I had that initial experience though, because it allowed me to experience just how much salt is in the air! My lips were so salty. After the session I had fun shopping in the boutique area. I snagged some wonderful homemade elderberry syrup and a shower steamer. I also checked out the sauna they offer and that would be a nice addition to the session. I really enjoyed my session at The Salt Suite in Lake Worth. I did not know what to expect but heard it can help relieve stress and thought I would give it a try. I enjoyed it and plan to go back! It might help to look at the photos to get an idea of what it is like. I was warmly greeted when I walked in and when I explained that it was my first time, the woman walked me though the whole process. I put my shoes, purse and phone in the locker, selected some warm salt blocks and went into the salt room. I got an iPod and headphones so I could listen to the introductory talk and then some breathing sessions. The recliner chairs are really comfortable. I got a bit tired of the breathing tape after about half and hour and plan to bring my own phone and headphones in next time to listen to a meditation tape that I like. The session is 45 minutes. I took some photos of the room where kids can go. Children are free when they go in with a grown up. Apparently salt therapy is good for children too. I did feel relaxed and healthy. read more

Amazing expierence. They provide you an iPod shuffle with headphones that play meditative music or you may connect the headphones to your own device for your choice of music/entertainment. The environment is very Relaxing and you feel the salt working for you almost immediately. They have lockers for your personal belongings. You hold the key until your session is complete.
