FYI. They must be out of business. I've left two messages to schedule an appointment and have received no call back.

What an interesting experience! This was my first float,…read moreeven though I was expecting a sensory deprivation tank, the float tub was nice! The staff were extremely friendly to my mom and I. They did a wonderful job explaining how this worked and making us comfortable. The private room was nice. I rinsed off (recommend) before floating and it was just me and myself and I for an hour of solitary thought. It's salt water, so it getting in my eyes was awful, but the give you a squeeze bottle of clean water to rinse. After the float, I had a lovely shower and went on my way. I highly recommend this spa and experience!

We enjoyed the private room for the infrared sauna and cold plunge, although very small...barely enough room for us both to dress and undress. My only complaint is that the sauna although it read 146 degrees was barely hot enough to draw a sweat from either myself or my husband. We have one at home that goes up to 120 degrees, and we are both sweating after 15 mins, so it is not accurate. I'd be interested in trying other services. They offer decent membership/point packages that can be shared and don't expire!j

I told her i would share my experience about what went down with us, so she posted a review of her own business, lol. We used to come here and we had no problem for a whole year, while the owner served us. Realizing at this time we did not have membership, so we payed much more money for a session. (35+15for my other kid). Unfortunately, She has an employee now most of the time there, Nicole, she has been nasty towards us all the time. Many people do not like her, as i was talking to other customers, they avoid the place during her shifts, but Jamie the owner does not care apparently, she needs the cheap workforce. i bought our membership, payed 219$ for a month in Sept, with my 2 kids to come more often. (Unlimited). Every time we went in lately, when Nicole was there, she was putting us down, belittled me in front of others, treated me with disrespect, as if i were not a paying customer. I brought this to the owner attention who said would talk to her. She added this employee has issues with others as well. This week I cancelled our appointment since my kid vomitted right after we sat into the car to leave for the salt session, so i called the business about it and cancelled the session. Couple days later i had to have an urgent visit to my gyno because of a health issue, he wanted to see me right away, so whenever i got the call from my dr at 11, i cancelled our 4.30 appointment, as i knew i was not gonna make it back in time from the office. She took the phone over, when heard my cancellation. She scolded me for cancelling, how do i dare? she was rude and nasty on the phone. She was telling me she would charge me a cancellation fee (i m paying 219 monthly already) next time. We were just sick, so i guess, she rather wants people in there sick, because this is what is going to happen if people are charged with a fee. After i sent her a message about this, told her next time my son can vomit in your room then. Her next text was about cancelling our membership, and added, we have notes on our account how my kids are being rough (she is talking about a 2, and a 5 years old). During these salt sessions, my older child is watching a tv show, my 2 year old liked to cook with the toys, this is how rough my boys are. But again she should have just checked the camera they have in the room to see who is right, obviously her employee mislead her. I told her, check your camera! Meantime any time we had other child in the room with us, those kids were misbehaving, was trying to start fight with my kids, pushing them, throwing salt on them, noone cared about that! When i brought this to Nicole attention, she again did not care. All she said, they are fine, they are our regulars, as if we were not that. I do not recommend this place to visit. I used to love the salt room in lake worth, and also in Boca, they were nice to us and appreciated our business.

Upon arrival you're given forms to fill out, a tour and the opportunity to place anything you don't want to bring into the salt room in a locker. They also provide socks or shoe covers since they don't permit you to enter without using one or the other. They have two salt rooms - one for kids and one with about 6 arm chairs to sit and relax while breathing in the salt air. We took advantage of their new customer offer which was $25 for 45min. At check out we were informed on packages and current promotions which I thought was nice that they're shareable.

The employee at the front desk was very friendly and efficient. She gave me a tour of the facility and described the experience I would have. She gave me a locker key so I could store my purse. She also gave me booties to cover up my shoes and a Ziploc baggie to put my phone in. They recommend you wear light clothes, I think this is because you get a slight coating of salt. The salt room had six recliners but I was the only one there during my appointment time. There is another room that accommodates children. The 45 minutes was very relaxing, and when I exited I could taste salt on my lips. I do feel some of my congestion was relieved. The salt is a natural expectorant and can kill some bacteria. It is $40 for a 45 minute salt therapy session. They have many packages for individuals as well as families. They also rent out the salt room which would be great for a girls night they also rent out the salt room which would be great for a girls afternoon out. The concept of the Salt box is dry salt therapy. They have an adult salt therapy room(this is where the the kindermusik class is), a kid's salt therapy room, and a private salt bed. The adult salt room is like no other. It has Himalayan pink salt tiles, pink salt on the walls and I do believe salt is infused into the room during the class as I can see salt collecting on the floor. Dry salt therapy is not known at this time to be harmful to children or adults and there are a multitude of benefits. Dry salt therapy is said to improve lung function ( breathing, alleviate colds etc), has anti-inflammatory properties ( a fellow nurse swears by it for his psoriasis) and even improve sleep patterns. I'm not sure of the validity of these claims but saline is used for a lot of things in the hospital! The kids salt room is set up very inviting for children. The entire floor is Himalayan pink salt! There are large lounge chairs for the parents to relax and watch their children play with the dozens of toys, kitchens and books they have. Kids get to play and benefit from salt therapy! Prices for regular sessions are not cheap but if you can benefit from the therapy it is well worth it! I will be back for more music and salt therapy for sure!
