Absolutely incredible hot Pilates studio. The classes are so challenging and make my body feel amazing. Some of the moves remind me of a far better version of physical therapy, and the heat helps you repair, build muscle, and tone. The instructors are all fabulous. The room is small and mostly filled with a younger crowd, but my fellow Gen X'ers, don't let that shy you away. If you can hang with Gen Z in here, you'll walk out feeling stronger and more empowered than ever. Classes often fill up, so booking ahead is smart.
They also have a great infrared sauna and two cold plunges. My only constructive criticism is that the sauna and cold plunges are in separate rooms, so you can't do contrast therapy by going back and forth easily. And the shower in the cold plunge room is cold, so there's no way to warm up between plunges. I urge them to bring hot water into the plunge room shower. Just note that the sauna and cold plunge must be booked separately, and they come with an additional charge.
They have a clean restroom stocked with anything you might need, including deodorant, hair ties, lotion, and more. There are cubbies for your belongings, though you can't see them during the workout. I bring my own lock, so that's something to keep in mind if you prefer keeping items secure. They also sell some clothing.
The reception desk is always warm and welcoming. Parking can be a bit of a challenge since it's mostly street parking and some spaces require a permit, but you can find open parking if you pay attention to the signs. read more
