There is a strong sense of community with everyone that attends, making it a very comfortable environment. After getting hit by a car bicycling 2 1/2 year ago my life and physical health have been in a downwards spiral. I have been trying to get going, but with constant fatigue and pain it has been hard. Then I heard about Marcus Nisbett and Ncognito, so I decided to give it a try. The fact that we are a small group working out together and have a set schedule makes it much easier to stay motivated. I have only been coming here for 3 weeks but is already feeling better and have gained back some energy.
