Not only does Marcus's team give great massages, Isabella gives a top notch facial. I highly recommend her!

I have been working out at Ncognito for a little over a month and like their small group work outs (2-3) people. They provide guidance and motivation that helps you stay on track and focus on "legs, arms or core " depending on what you want or did last time you were in. They are also unique in that they offer a 5 minute professional stretch session with a trainer professional that knows all the right pressure points and stretches!!! They off early morning classes that fit my schedule. read more

I've been going to Ncognito off and on for several years. My family, friends and I have seen major improvements in our fitness training and have gotten great results. Marcus and his team are exceptional and they take an interest in everyone as they tailor our workout to fit our needs. Let's not forget the post workout 5minute stretch massage. All I can say is OMG best ever and the full body massage; there are no words to explain how great it is. All I can say is you will not regret. The massage therapist is professional and knows how to treat the trigger points. Well worth it. I would recommend this place 100 times. read more

I have never in my life went to a gym or worked out before. So when I walked into Ncognito Wellington for the first time weighing 340 pounds, I was skeptical. I wanted to do something about my weight however I had no clue where to even start. Marcus and his fabulous team welcomed me with open arms. I never feel ashamed or judged as I struggled to walk on the treadmill at 1.8 speed without holding on to the handle bars. I followed their instructions both inside the gym and out. There was sweat and tears, but I was determined to make a change, and the trainers and staff and Ncognito were just as determined to lead the way. My initial workouts were basic, as I gained flexibility in ways I never thought possible and hit milestone after milestone, I was introduced to more workouts, and was able to work out on more equipment. After each workout a well-deserved stretch from one of their Licensed Massage Therapists, was perfect to recharge and head to the office. Working in small groups with Ncognito's personal trainers allowed me to receive the personal attention to help me be successful, at a significant savings verses the cost of a one-on-one personal trainer. With my workouts at Ncognito along with healthy nutrition, I lost 174 pounds and went from a 54" waist to a 32" waist in 18 months! After losing the weight and with a new outlook on life, I took on another challenge, running marathons. Ncognito was there every step of the way offering workouts to compliment my marathon training. While it may be cliché to say "Ncognito saved my life" I shudder to think where I would be 6 years later had I not walked through the doors of Ncognito. If you're looking to make a drastic change, or need to tune up, or tone up. Ncognito is the place. Hands down. read more

Marcus came highly recommended and has earned every star! I've lost 50lbs in 5 months and could not done it without his guidance. With his years of experience as a trainer and massage therapist, he knows exactly what to do with people's bodies that ensures individualized results. Also important is that I know I won't be injured in the environment because of his expertise during training sessions and the bonus of a built in stretching session by one of the massage therapists at the end of your session. Marcus listens to what you say about your body and has never minimized any doubts. Instead he readjusts, reassures, motivates, pushes, and congratulates when you realize there are moments you "just need to get out of your head!" Marcus is passionate about his work, respectful, and and truly enjoys people. He models this approach in his gym and has created a welcoming environment for all clients. His gym is clean and his clients, who vary in age and report being members for many years, are friendly and encouraging of newer members. I have to mention the built in massage component that is offered! Definitely the best massages I've had to date and Erica has the most amazing hands! It a functional bonus benefit that I can no longer live without. If you are debating getting started, START! For what you will get in return, Marcus' rates are truly reasonable! You will begin to fully take back control of your body, mind, and well-being. I'm more productive at work, sleep better and enjoy leisure time to the fullest. Thank you Marcus and staff for providing your combined expertise in a clean and functional space that helps many clients work toward and achieve their individualized goals. I look forward to what 2020 brings! Appreciate you... read more

This place is pretty amazing. It's clean, well laid out, run by a very knowledeagble staff and most importantly, achieves incredible results. My goals were modest when I joined last October; get healthy, eliminate blood pressure meds, and lose weight. Not even 4 months later, all objectives are exceeded. Lost 38 pounds so far, added plenty of muscle mass, lost 6 inches off the waist, and have made healthy eating and exercise a part of my weekly routine without any downside. read more

I have been training here with Marcus for about a month and I haven't felt this good in years. There is a strong sense of community with everyone that attends, making it a very comfortable environment. They also offer massage sessions, which are really effective in leaving your body feeling refreshed and relaxed. Marcus is very engaged in the training and pays close attention to form. His corrections are clear and thoughtful. He has just the right balance of being patient with you but will also push you to reach your goals. My energy, mood, and body all have changed for the better and it is definitely because of my Ncognito workouts and massages. Highly recommend! read more

Best gym experience ever. Actually NCognito is more than a gym, it is a safe haven where the staff and other members treat you like family. The small group training or one on one attention you get from the trainers, especially the owner Marcus is incredible. You May come in there not really ready for a work out but you always, ALWAYS leave feeling like you've just spent the best hour of your life. That feeling is from how the staff treats you and from the connection you feel with all the members and from the hands on stretching session you get after each workout. FABULOUS!!! I've been a member since 2017 and beyond. If you're looking for a unique gym experience definitely try ncognito. read more

The trainers at Ncognito are great. I don't like large gyms and I have several physical issues that don't allow for a "one size fits all" approach. The staff works with me to make sure that the workouts I do will not aggravate my trouble areas and I am doing things I never thought I could do. So glad I committed to this approach. read more

Awesome & professional. Devoted to health. Great enthusiasm and support! Give it a try! You will be pleased and relaxed!

After getting hit by a car bicycling 2 1/2 year ago my life and physical health have been in a downwards spiral. I have been trying to get going, but with constant fatigue and pain it has been hard. Then I heard about Marcus Nisbett and Ncognito, so I decided to give it a try. The fact that we are a small group working out together and have a set schedule makes it much easier to stay motivated. I have only been coming here for 3 weeks but is already feeling better and have gained back some energy. It is a nice smaller gym with more of a family feel, and everybody is on the same team with the same goals. Marcus Nisbett is a good trainer, very knowledgeable about the body, which is very important to me with lots of spinal injuries. Even if you work in a group he will customize the exercises to fit you and your body. read more

Ncognito is my fitness home aka my #fitfam. The trainers, massage therapists and support staff are like family. It's like the "Cheers" of fitness studios... Everybody knows your name. Each trainer has their own style but I have found that they all have one main thing in common: they each adapt to your physical and emotional needs EACH TIME they see you. I can not tell you how important that is for me. I'm just like everyone else, there are days that I am completely psyched to get into the gym and kill it!! And there are days where the last thing I want to do is work out... EVERYONE at Ncognito is always so motivating and inspiring on so many levels. I may walk in dreading my hour of training ... I absolutely can say I walk out feeling great and super proud of myself that I just killed it. I attribute that to my #fitfam at Ncognito. I am 38 years old, mother of two active kids and work full time... Ncognito is MY PLACE. It's one of the very few things that I do just for me and it benefits my entire family. read more

This is the perfect environment for people who don't want a "gym" experience. Marcus and his team take the time to talk to you, evaluate where you are at physically and listen to your goals. Then they make a plan that is tailored to your needs. There is no one size fits all at nCognito. It is a truly personalized training experience that offers relative privacy while you sweat it out. There is also the added benefit of awesome masseuses who are hearing about what you have been working on the gym floor so they are well equipped to target what needs attention without you having to say a word. read more

Oh wow! I walked into this facility and met Marcus on a Sunday not knowing that they are normally closed on Sundays. Him meeting me that day already gave me the impression of great customer service plus his willingness to accommodate his clients. After a thorough evaluation, I immediately signed up and eager to get started. My first day of training was the following day (Monday); I was so nervous but the members I met made me feel welcome and at ease. The workout on my first day was crazy good!!! Oh my legs felt like jellos after...and who gets a massage after a workout?! Well, you get it at this place! How cool and amazing feeling after a workout...really love this place! read more

Ncognito has a very professional and well-trained staff. I used their locations in Wellington and West Palm Beach and was always very satisfied with my membership. Their facilities are clean and relaxing with several amenities. Due to a relocation, I needed to request an early termination of my membership. They cancelled my membership right away without charging me an early termination fee. I would recommend Ncognito in either location. read more
