This place is AMAZING, to say the least, it's not a fancy schmanzy place, but if you want to get in shape you'll not find a better gym than this one! The owners and staff take an all hands on deck approach, they basically start with small classes and teach, guide, mentor and encourage your success. They emphasize on exercise and nutrition to ensure it. Nothing is sugar coated, no pun intended, Adam the owner tells it like it is. However the attention to detail in to ensuring your safety and success is like nothing I've ever experienced, and the price is right. They literally walk you through every exercise and carefully explain everything succinctly and thoroughly. They even explain what you will feel if you're doing it wrong. In my first week and a half I lost 7 lbs, but that's nothing compared to how I feel. I'm 53, and I feel better now than I did 10 years ago. My only regrets is that I leave in June for the summer and I don't come back til September. Oh, one more thing, the staff is accessible via cell phone 24/7 and each group has their own Facebook page. Due to the lack of parking I had to circle around and this caused me to arrive 7 minutes late to the class. The rude attendant at the front insisted that the teacher would not allow me in. But I know so many times I have seen people enter way beyond the 7-10 minutes. She stood there and argued with me and instead of letting me in. This behavior is the worst I have ever experienced. I have been attending class all over during my work travel to cities including New York, Miami. It is the gym's responsibility to provide parking and the fact that they don't even validate should mitigate a 7-10 minute grace period. The same girl at the front didn't care that I would leave this review. Also later that day I made it to a class and noticed a woman walked in 7 minutes late with no issue.

But, they recently added an area that allows more Crossfit workouts, i.e., box jumps, sled drags, and such. Are you going to get something that a bigger club has, like a basketball court, swimming pool, and such nope. But you get the personalization of the owner being there, the staff knowing who you are when you visit, and it is not overcrowded. The staff consistently exceeds expectations and is very personable when I am there. If you want a more personalized experience instead of your average overcrowded gym, give them a try.
